in seguito all&#39;epidemia da COVID-19 che sta interessando pesantemente anche il nostro paese.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Due giorni dopo, l&#39;11 marzo, il nostro presidente del consiglio Giuseppe Conte firmerà un nuovo decreto, con il quale saranno inasprite le disposizioni del precedente.&lt;br /&gt;Sostanzialmente si chiede agli italiani di restare in casa ed uscire solo in caso di urgenze: fare la spesa, recarsi in farmacia, raggiungere il posto di lavoro nel caso l&#39;azienda non abbia attivato il telelavoro.&lt;br /&gt;E&#39; tutto chiuso: bar, ristoranti, musei, teatri, cinema, palestre, parrucchieri, estetisti...&lt;br /&gt;Rimangono operativi gli esercizi per i beni di prima necessità e pochi altri: alimentari, farmacie, stazioni per il rifornimento del carburante e tabaccherie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dovunque ci si rechi è obbligatorio mantenere la distanza di 1 metro tra sè e le altre persone: si entra in negozi e farmacie uno per volta, si fa la fila ordinata per entrare ai supermercati, che contingentano gli ingressi. Ci sono le forze dell&#39;ordine in strada che chiedono conto degli spostamenti attraverso un&#39;autocertificazione, nel caso non si dia valida giustificazione della propria uscita, si viene multati.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E&#39; un momento destabilizzante e ognuno, dentro di sè, cerca la propria strategia per potergli fare fronte. E&#39; importante rispettare le regole imposte, chissà se verranno inasprite.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dal nostro canto facciamo il possibile per attenerci a quanto comunicato dalle autorità: alla metà l&#39;azienda ha attivato il telelavoro, il mio, purtroppo, ha subito un blocco totale. Il settore del turismo, economicamente, è stato investito per primo da questa emergenza, e credo che sarà l&#39;ultimo ad uscirne. Quindi, a fianco della mia pratica yoga, mi ritrovo a leggere Nabokov (&lt;i&gt;Il dono&lt;/i&gt;), a cucinare un po&#39; di tutto (vedrete) e a studiare spagnolo (c&#39;è un perchè anche per questo, già).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oh, ho appena scritto un post.&lt;br /&gt;A domani. Riuniteli in una ciotola capiente e conditeli con olio, sale, pepe e una spruzzata di aceto.&lt;br /&gt;Portate ad ebollizione l&#39;acqua per la cottura della quinoa e salatela leggermente. &lt;br /&gt;In una casseruola dal fondo spesso tostate la quinoa con un filo d&#39;olio evo, aggiungete l&#39;acqua, riportate a bollore e cuocete 18&#39;-20&#39; a fiamma bassissima, coperta e controllando spesso {se necessario aggiungete acqua}. Portatela a cottura, trasferitela in una ciotola di vetro e conditela con poco olio d&#39;oliva, mescolate e fatela raffreddare. Unitela alle verdure, spezzettate le foglie di basilico e il prezzemolo {foglie e gambi} tritato. Unite il resto delle verdure, aggiustate di sale e pepe e saltatele per qualche minuto.
