The clients I&#39;ve interviewed that get the full amount of sleep end up getting a more productive workout and meet there fitness goals more efficiently than the other clientele.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There is an average of 70 million Americans unable to get full nights sleep which can be easily fixed through an exercise program. An exercise program will not only help you sleep better but will also help you be more effective and alert during the day. All things work together for the good, if you have a great nutrition plan and Exercise routine, most likely your going to have a great night sleep as well!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;While sleeping your body goes into what&#39;s called a metabolic state, during this state (with a proper amount of protein throughout the day) your muscle fibers that are once torn apart through exercise are repairing. If you work out for a week putting forth 100% and you step onto that darn scale you see you&#39;ve only dropped a pound! Of course, you’re going to be bummed out but that&#39;s no reason to stop. I see so many people go through this phase and often times they get so discouraged they give up. You can&#39;t give up when the going gets tough you just have to keep charging for that goal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In order to succeed you need to put it all aside! 95% of time a client will say to me, it&#39;s just to hard to eat right! Not only have they given up on themselves but there self esteem is at a low point. The first thing I do for them is conduct a strategy plan to establish their fitness goals. I often take my clients grocery shopping to help them with the things they take into there body.  At the end of the trip, they get better food and they even safe more money! Once we have the food, I discuss ways they can break it down into smaller portion meals.  This method get the client a new understaing of how important it is to have a nutritional plan. I give them a nutrition tracking binder to enter everything that eat for the week. At the end of the week, we look at it together to find out where they need to improve… if at all. Most of the time they have eaten well because they know I will be observing it.  I know they don&#39;t want to disappoint me. Within two weeks after this new coaching plan we conduct a body assessment, (body fat, Blood pressure, circumference measurements) to see their improvement. Growing up in Lompoc has been a great experience for the most part, but I&#39;ve reached my total capacity. The one thing I will miss is Jalama Beach County Park, all the perfect surf sessions I&#39;ve had with all my buddies.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  A person comes to a point in there life where they need a change, for some it may be getting a different job, others a different girlfriend/boyfriend, we are all human and need a change everyonce in awhile, which brings me to the exercise section for today&#39;s post;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; You need to say goodbye to all that is being dragged along with your training program, the bad eating habits, the same exercise routine, the negative influence coming from an indiidual saying you can&#39;t make that goal. In order to succeed you need to put it all aside! Working out and getting in shape doesn&#39;t just stop with the nutrition and exercise, there is an emotional part to it as well. Say you worked out for a week putting forth 100%  and when you step onto that darn scale you see you&#39;ve only dropped a pound! of course your going to be bummed out, but that&#39;s no reason to stop. So the big question to ask yourself is what does fitness mean to you?&lt;br /&gt;For me it means to not only be physically in tuned with my body, but also be mentally in tuned with my body, pushing my body to different extremes in order to see maximum results. I know i want the best physique my body will allow me, but also know that it won&#39;t come over night! it takes years of hard work, and i will be able to do so because my mind is in tune with my body telling me to focus and set that goal I have for myself. Exercise has not only brought me confidence, but has also brought me my career as a Fitness Professional and Fitness Model. I plan to take both Fitness Training and Fitness Modeling to the best of my potential and will continue with them for the rest of my life. Where does it end? I hear this question oh to often, I quickly come back with the question why would it ever end? Fitness should be a lifestyle take it as serious as eating, making sure your body has it in order to operate.
