&lt;span style="font-family: Gill Sans MT;"&gt;* Ensure that World Vision’s ministry is directly  contributing to the sustained well-being of children and the fulfillment of  their rights within families and communities.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Gill Sans MT;"&gt;* Represent World Vision to all donors, project partners,  other World Vision Partnership offices and divisions, local government,  interfaith representatives and non-governmental organizations serving according  to given Power of Attorney.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Gill Sans MT;"&gt;* Ensure  alignment with microfinance through participation in microfinance Board (member  or chair of microfinance Board) and other governance structures, and provide  appropriate collegial support to microfinance Executive Director.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Gill Sans MT;"&gt;* Appropriately develop national governance  through identifying national lay leaders for Advisory Council or board  membership and leading organizational transition.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Ensure a relevant,  timely and accurate flow of management and operational reports according to  program objectives and standards and to meet reporting standards of the support  and donor partners, the Regional and Partnership offices (as specified in the  Covenant of Partnership) and local partners;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Gill Sans MT;"&gt;* Ensure there is a documented  office strategy, Ministry strategies and operating plans, and the latter have  been derived from the office strategy and has clear, measurable short-term and  long-term targets; Ensure that Ministry strategies are aligned with Regional and  Partnership strategic priorities;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Gill Sans MT;"&gt;* Ensure  there are clear strategies for People and Culture, Communications and other main  functions, and they are based on the office strategy and operational plan and  include main priority areas identified in respective Regional and Partnership  Strategy. Facilitate and be accountable for the execution and monitoring of  strategies; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Gill Sans MT;"&gt;* Oversee the design of  Learning Center (LC) Strategy in the particular discipline hosted by the  National Office (NO).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Educational Requirements and Work Experience&lt;/strong&gt;Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT Marketing or allied courses&lt;br /&gt;

5+ years experience marketing web and software services and products&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Extensive B2B experience to design and development community/ online marketers&lt;br /&gt;
Usability and user experience testing expertise highly preferred&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Prior experience in an early stage start-up&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dynamic and proactive business development personality&lt;br /&gt;

Demonstrated experience creating marketing strategies from the ground-up&lt;br /&gt;

1.Project Concept: To review the concept of the project in terms of scope and rationale and assess whether the project will be consistent with market demand.&lt;br /&gt;

2.Market: Provide a detailed assessment of the market(s) for the project, focusing on the demand, supply and pricing structure for the project’s services. Describe the project’s main competitors, and nature of the competitive environment in the target market. In view of the projected market opportunities, recommend the mix of services and optimal project size.&lt;br /&gt;

3.SWOT Analysis: Conduct a detailed analysis of each identified market’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with relation to our identified product offerings.&lt;br /&gt;

4.Marketing: Assess and describe the arrangements to market the project’s products, and make recommendations on marketing issues.&lt;br /&gt;

1.Develop, document, and implement worldwide support delivery plans to ensure clients receive seamless software support for their purchased offering.&lt;br /&gt;

2.Provide needed support to train and illustrate to SW Global customers, how the software meets their business needs and goals and ensures overall efficiency in their operations&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
3.Work with delivery management, product developers, account managers, finance, as well as technical sales and marketing as the support liaison between these business units and the customer.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
4.Support, shape and redefine Service Delivery processes, ensuring technical consistency for SW Global customers. &lt;br /&gt;

5.Within the scope of the software development life-cycle, advice Product Development on technical support processes whilst preparing the SW Global support structure for new offerings and support readiness. &lt;br /&gt;

6.Help determine workload projections as input to the staffing plan required to develop software and provide support after implementation. &lt;br /&gt;

7.Responsible for developing a relationship with customers, to help identify other software service opportunities&lt;br /&gt;

Experience or knowledge in Healthcare services&lt;br /&gt;

• Work  with relevant stakeholders in HIVlAlDS/STIITB prevention. Care. Support and  treatment by working towards increasing knowledge and creating demand for HIV  counseling and testing. treatment services and products using different  activities and strategies&lt;br /&gt;

Minimum Requirements&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
• Bachelers  degree or higher diploma in health communication/promotion. Mass communication.  Social work, public relations, advertising, media. Broadcasting, English,  journalism, languages and linguistics or behavioral science with demonstrated  ability to manage SSC activities in a large. complex health-related project or  general arts, pUblic health, management, marketing, environmental. natural or  social sciences with at least 3 years experience in health  communication/promotion, public relations, journalism, advertising, media,  broadcasting or marketing in a similar setting .&lt;br /&gt;
• At least 5 years post-NYSC  work experience&lt;br /&gt;
• A masters degree with 3 years experience will be  considered&lt;br /&gt;
• Professional membership of relevant professional bodies such as  APCON, NIPR and NIM will be an advantage&lt;br /&gt;
