It has been interesting watching the response to the Honduran military’s recent ousting of its nation’s president, Manuel Zelaya. Barack Obama called the action "not legal" and Hillary Clinton said that the arrest of Zelaya should be condemned. Most interesting, perhaps, is that taking this position places them shoulder to shoulder with Fidel Castro, Daniel Ortega and Venezuelan’s roaring mouse, Hugo Chavez, who is threatening military action against Honduras.

Official Islam is not only made up of half-truths, but it also has points that contain no truth, e.g. Islam is the religion of tolerance, so it contains both half-truths and total lies. There is not a single statement in it that it completely true. It is a Big Lie. Anyone who does not agree with these points is labeled a bigot and will be condemned by all of the official non-bigots, those who believe the Big Lie. The oddest thing is that they make moral judgments about those who do not believe. They say that if you don't believe in the Big Lie, you are a bigoted Islamophobe.

Changing her vote from "nay" to "yea" was Debbie Halvorson (D-IL). She swore up and down that she would "never cave in to pressure from Obama to vote yes on cap and trade." Shortly, after a brief conversation with Barry..."I had a nice chat with the President this morning, and I'm fine with the bill." One of two things happened at that "chat": Chicago thuggery politics or she was promised pork for her district beyond anything she imagined. Nonetheless, she needs to go if she can't stand on principle.

Bono-Mack, Castle, Kirk, McHugh, Reichert, Smith, LoBiondo, Lance - names of Republicans who voted with the Democrats to pass the abomination called cap and trade. The sad thing about this is that we have come to expect the party of Barack Hussein Obama to sell out their countrymen in the quest of power and control. We used to expect more of Republicans, but recent events have shaken our belief that the Republican Party was really the party of smaller government and free enterprise. These eight could have helped put some luster back on that image. They chose not to do so.

Near the top of my list of things we Americans have lost is PRIDE. Pride at being an American. Pride that was earned - that was paid for by the men and women who went before me into the jaws of hell and back to free a people in a country the name of which some of them could not even pronounce. It was pride earned because Americans were a people who would lend a hand to their fellow man, far away, who yearned to be free from a brutal dictator.

This single pattern allows for easier enforcement of laws, and in fact enables the creation of a much simpler code of rules, or laws with relation to the nation. Public Order is often the keystone of authors, socio-political theorists, and Hollywood movies.
