If you were not in church at the beginning of May, I want to let you know about an announcement I made.  As many of you know, I am part-time at Westview (20 hours a week).  I have also been teaching at Drake University this year as an adjunct in their Actuarial Science program.  That is the program I attended years ago.  They have an opening next year for a full-time Professor of Actuarial Science and Statistics, and I have accepted that position.  I will be stepping down from my Westview staff role at the end of May.

My family and I will still make Westview our home church.  We look forward to continuing to worship, pray, and serve alongside you!

It has truly been a joy and privilege to serve as one of your pastors.  It is with such mixed emotions that I leave this role.  I love all of you dearly, but I am feeling called to this new position and look forward to the ways God may use me at Drake.
