The way they feel and what causes them to feel stressed may vary also. It is hard to pin point just what stress is, but is something that can affect the body and the mind of just about anyone.

It is believed that stress is the continuous build up of pressure and anxiety on an individual and when that individual has taken as much pressure as they can handle, stress will occur. Although stress may not be dangerous, it may prevent people performing at their best and can cause tensions in relationships both at home and in the workplace.

Many people have stress because they are so tired. If a person is not getting enough sleep, they are going feel irritable and in some cases bad tempered. They may be far more susceptible to the feelings of stress or anxiety as a result...

There lots of situations that can cause people to feel stressed, struggling to cope with the pressures at work for example, deadlines to meet, long working hours and not enough quality time with their family.

Money worries can also lead to stress, if a person is worried about money, they may be more inclined to have stress in their life. When a person worries that they cannot pay the bills or if they are not earning enough money, they will start to feel depressed. This can cause relationship problems at home and may start to affect the way a husband and wife gets along.

In the turbulent times we currently face more and more people are finding themselves out of work. Some people that are faced with this situation may start to have feelings of anxiety or depression, also low self esteem if the situation is prolonged.

Dysfunctional relationships at home are also a common cause of stress. This form of stress is often harder for the individual to deal with especially if they are having issues at work too.

It is very normal for people to have some form of stress on their mind. It is something that we all have had to deal with at one time or another and we eventually get through it. However, there are some that find it difficult to work through and this may lead to more problems that can become very serious for them later down the road. This will include their emotional and their physical health.

When a person has too much stress, they must seek help at the earliest opportunity so that they can get their live quickly back under control. This way the person will have a chance for a happy and healthy lifestyle. There are ways to control stress and deter your body from it. All you have to do is recognize when you are under too much stress and that you need to get help for it.
