I guess i just got lost
Bein' someone else
I tried to kill the pain
Nothin ever helped
I left myself behind
Somewhere along the way
Hopin to come back around
To find myself someday

Lately i'm so tired of waiting for you
To say that it's ok, but tell me
Please, would you one time
Just let me be myself
So i can shine with my own light
Let me be myself
Would you let me be myself

I'll never find my heart
Behind someone else
I'll never see the light of day
Living in this cell
It's time to make my way
Into the world i knew
Take back all of these times
That i gave in to you

Lately i'm so tired of waiting for you
To say that it's ok, but tell me
Please, would you one time
Let me be myself
So i can shine with my own light
And let me be myself
For a while, if you don't mind
Let me be myself
So i can shine with my own light
Let me be myself

That's all i've ever wanted from this world
Is to let me be me

Please would you one time
Let me be myself
So i can shine with my own light
Let me be myself
Please would you one time
Let me be myself
So i can shine with my own light
Let me be myself
For a while, if you don't mind
Let me be myself
So i can shine with my own light
Let me be myself
Would you one time... oooh
Let me be myself
Let me be me

A close friend introduced this song to me, been addicted to it ever since.
Though I'm still kinda confused with the band name at times....

Pack up
I'm a stray
enough
Oh say say say you'll
Say say say you'll
Say say say you'll
Say say say you'll
Say say say..

Wait.
They don't love you like I love you
Wait.
They don't love you like I love you
Maps...........
Wait.
They don't love you like I love you

Made off
Don't stray
Well my kinds
Your kind
I'll stay the same

Pack up
But don't stray
Oh say say say
I'll say say say..

Wait.
They don't love you like I love you
Wait.
They don't love you like I love you
Maps...........
Wait.
They don't love you like I love you
Wait.
They don't love you like I love you
Maps...........
Wait.
they don't love you like I love you

Wait.
They don't love you like I love you
Wait.
They don't love you like I love you
Maps...........
Wait.
They don't love you like I love you
Wait.
They don't love you like I love you
Maps...........
Wait.
they don't love you like I love you

Can't Stop; Red Hot Chili Peppers

2010-07-21T16:43:00.000-07:00

Some.. people... should start singing this... due to the flooding incidents =x

Can't stop addicted to the shindig
Chop top he says, "I'm gonna win big "
Choose not a life of imitation
Distant cousin to the reservation

Defunk the pistol that you pay for
This punk the feeling that you stay for
In time I want to be your best friend
East side love is living on the westend

Knock out but boy you better come to
Don't die, you know the truth is some do
Go write your message on the pavement
Burnin' so bright, I wonder what the wave meant

White heat is screaming in the jungle
Complete the motion if you stumble
Go ask the dust for any answers
Come back strong with 50 belly dancers

The world I love, the tears I drop
To be part of the wave can't stop
Ever wonder if it's all for you
The world I love, the trains I hop
To be part of the wave can't stop
Come and tell me when it's time to

Sweetheart is bleeding in the snowcone
So smart she's leading me to ozone
Music the great communicator
Use two sticks to make it in the nature

I'll get you into penetration
The gender of a generation
The birth of every other nation
Worth your weight the gold of meditation

This chapter's going to be a close one
Smoke rings, I know your going to blow one
All on a spaceship persevering
Use my hands for everything but steering

Can't stop the spirits when they need you
Mop tops are happy when they feed you
J. Butterfly is in the treetop
Birds that blow the meaning into bebop

The world I love, the tears I drop
To be part of the wave can't stop
Ever wonder if it's all for you
The world I love, the trains I hop
To be part of the wave can't stop
Come and tell me when it's time to

Wait a minute I'm passing out
Win or lose, just like you
Far more shocking
Than anything I ever knew, how about you

10 more reasons
Why I need somebody new just like you
Far more shocking
Than anything I ever knew, right on cue

Can't stop addicted to the shin dig
Chop top he says, "I'm gonna win big"
Choose not a life of imitation
Distant cousin to the reservation

Defunk the pistol that you pay for
This punk the feeling that you stay for
In time, I want to be your best friend
East side love is living on the westend

Knock out but boy you better come to
Don't die, you know the truth is some do
Go write your message on the pavement
Burnin' so bright, I wonder what the wave meant

Kick start the golden generator
Sweet talk but don't intimidate her
Can't stop the Gods from engineering
Feel no need for any interfering

Your image in the dictionary
This life is more than ordinary
Can I get 2 maybe even 3 of these
Come from space to teach you of the pliedes

Can't stop the spirits when they need you
This life is more than just a read through

Mr Raindrop: Amplified

2010-07-21T16:27:00.000-07:00

Woke up on a rainy day.... First song that came across my mind...

I guess the anime Gintama did a huge impact on what I'm listening to~

Mr.Raindrop falling away from me now

Do u know how much you mean to me

Why must you leave?

I'm just a flower on a tree

why must you leave

Do you know how much you mean to me why must you leave?

I'm just a flower on a tree

Why must u leave?

Mr.Raindrop falling away from me now

falling away from me now

Mr.Raindrop falling away from me now

Shimmer: Fuel

2010-07-21T15:55:00.000-07:00

Fuel an American hard rock band formed by guitarist/songwriter Carl Bell and bassist Jeff Abercrombie in 1989. Originally known as Small The Joy, they changed the group's name to Fuel sometime in 1994. They are well known for their hit songs "Shimmer" from Sunburn, "Hemorrhage (In My Hands)", "Bad Day" from Something Like Human, and "Falls on Me" from Natural Selection. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fuel_(band)

Love the band, especially the lyrics of their song.

Unwritten: Natasha Bedingfield

First Post! Woohoo!

Here's what I guess I would like to express by setting up this blog.
By listening to this song, by Natasha Bedingfield just kinda makes you wanna start writing out your life huh?

Let's just cut this short! Enjoy~

I am unwritten, can't read my mind, I'm undefined

I'm just beginning, the pen's in my hand, ending unplanned

Staring at the blank page before you

Open up the dirty window

Let the sun illuminate the words that you could not find

Reaching for something in the distance

So close you can almost taste it

Release your inhibitions

Feel the rain on your skin

No one else can feel it for you

Only you can let it in

No one else, no one else

Can speak the words on your lips

Drench yourself in words unspoken

Live your life with arms wide open

Today is where your book begins

The rest is still unwritten

Oh, oh, oh

I break tradition, sometimes my tries, are outside the lines

We've been conditioned to not make mistakes, but I can't live that way

Staring at the blank page before you

Open up the dirty window

Let the sun illuminate the words that you could not find

Reaching for something in the distance

So close you can almost taste it

Release your inhibitions

Feel the rain on your skin

No one else can feel it for you

Only you can let it in

No one else, no one else

Can speak the words on your lips

Drench yourself in words unspoken

Live your life with arms wide open

Today is where your book begins

Feel the rain on your skin

No one else can feel it for you

Only you can let it in

No one else, no one else

Can speak the words on your lips

Drench yourself in words unspoken

Live your life with arms wide open

Today is where your book begins

The rest is still unwritten

Staring at the blank page before you

Open up the dirty window

Let the sun illuminate the words that you could not find

Reaching for something in the distance

So close you can almost taste it

Release your inhibitions

Feel the rain on your skin

No one else can feel it for you

Only you can let it in

No one else, no one else

Can speak the words on your lips

Drench yourself in words unspoken

Live your life with arms wide open

Today is where your book begins

Feel the rain on your skin

No one else can feel it for you

Only you can let it in

No one else, no one else

Can speak the words on your lips

Drench yourself in words unspoken

Live your life with arms wide open

Today is where your book begins

The rest is still unwritten

Oh, yeah, yeah
