Wow this was a ton of food. Burger is so big it always ends up raw in the middle. So much pork belly !

Pork belly

Out with ex co workers on a Wednesday night. I was very bummed they didn't have cider. I made due with a tasty red. It is really too bad I don't drink beer.

This is a burger , with cheese some German sauce pork belly and a potato pancake. It looks way better than it was. It was impossible to keep together. The pancake was too much carbs for me on the burger.

Overall was a good night though I still crave the perfect burger.

I think this was fish. Filet or something. Who knows, I certainly don't . My high school French did not stick. This was dinner at the hotel the first night.

Here's the main course from the Gala dinner. Delicious. Not enough though. Man the portions I ate this week were way too small. That circle is a macaroni and cheese. Probably not Kraft.

Fois Gras and some forest berries. I did feel guilty. In my defense I was very hungry and ate everything.

I had a kilo of mussels in a mustard sauce, with french fries. Now that's a French dinner. I was very hungry again after dinner.

Turkey thai mess

2012-09-19T16:36:00.001-07:00

Lean ground turkey with a Thai peanut sauce. I added some celery to it while cooking. My wife then pulled out a brocoli slaw she had made with a wasabi mayonaise. Added that in, and added some Boston lettuce to pretend that I was going to make wraps out it. It was delicious, filling and pretty damned healthy if I do say so myself.

Awesome.

Duo

Duo in uptown Kingston. Oh man, delicious homemade bread. I had a burger with cheese, sausage, and egg. I feel like I ate way too much. The sausage was made there also. Little pricey for lunch but very complex flavors.
