Thankfully, we started eating out again with adults. While we are working on shutting down WhatWeDig, we will do our best to advise of really really good dining options we come across in the interim. This weekend, we experienced Cucina Urbana which replaced Laurel on the corner of 5th and Laurel in Bankers Hill. Though [...]

Yesterday afternoon, Lisette Cabrera joined the ranks of the WhatWeDig.com family. She arrived a little late, weighing in at 6 lbs. 9 oz. Krista and Lisette are doing great. Because of the new arrival, posts will be delayed for a while.

I’ve tried to get to Whisk ‘n Ladles’ take out spot Prep Kitchen on Fay Avenue for several weeks. Since my pregnant wife was craving Michelle Coulon a week ago, I decided to order something from the next door Prep Kitchen. The menu is very Whisk ‘n Ladle in that it is fresh, local sourced [...]

We’ve driven by the cursed location a few times now and noticed that it is for lease. Sadly, the Better Half is the latest victim of this terrible restaurant location and economy.
We also heard last night the La Vache in Hillcrest closed — still waiting for confirmation on that one.
