There are triangles, circles, rectangles, and squares. Some of them are prisms so you can remove these if your child is starting to learn about geometric shapes to avoid confusion.

Fifth Grade Science section!

The Brain Game & On My Nerves!

These games help children remember the basic parts to the brain, and of a nerve.

Since these are Fifth grade games, they come with an answer key, and a "Show you know" worksheet for students to turn in after playing the game.

We have a ton of crafts and activities to go alongside this theme,

you can really make a fun unit out of this pretty easily!

by matching the octopi to the correct equation.

The Skin You're In File Folder Game

This is a file folder game for chidren to learn about SKIN!

Using a simple cross-section of the skin,

children label the different parts to complete the diagram.

There are many different options for this game,

some with clues and some without.

Also because this is a 5th grade level game,

I've included a "Show you Know" worksheet that can be

included in the folder and useful to see if your student

actually learned the information presented.

Skin Crafts & Activities

We used this game as part of our Skin unit within

our Human Body studies. I've posted lots of activities,

crafts and resources you can use to round out this theme.

Animal Sorting File Folder Game

Animals of All Sorts!

My little Monkey(2) wanted more animals, so I made him a larger animal sorting game!

This one takes children through pond, ocean, forest, and farm. It's a great game for children

who are able to recognize animals and where they live.

I'm just using them as matching cards with Monkey for now, but I know he's going to love this game once he starts to understand where animals live.

Hope you can use this with your little "monkeys" too!
