Well as many other individuals today, I am doing my best to work at home, while making a living as a freelance writer.

I do my best and am still confused about some things concerning technology.

While trying my hand at sharing my informational articles with those in my social network at Twitter wound up clicking my own ads by Google link when the Share Button jumped on the computer screen in midst of my clicking the Twitter icon in the Share Button .

I have recently received the second handmade soap from DeShawn Marie’s free handmade gourmet soap for a year prize. I met DeShawn through Twitter where she announced her handmade soap giveaway back in November of last year. The first soap I received and reviewed was the Orange Vanilla scent and it is wonderful too!
This time I received the Perfect Rose soap in the mail. I can tell you, that this is some awesomely scented handmade soap. It smells so very good! The scent of roses is so strong that it brings back memories of planting and growing roses with my grandmother. The scent of roses is strong and heady with this little bar of luxurious bubbles!

I also enjoy using various types of flavorful coffee creamers such as those produced by the Coffee-mate brand. Sometimes when you are in a hurry or short of time and you want something cold to drink, you might want to try the various drink mixes available today. For instance, you might like to try Lipton Green Tea with honey and lemon ice tea mix.

I had tried an instant tea mix to make myself something to cold to drink; I liked the dry tea mix that I had tried earlier. However, while shopping at the local Wal-Mart super center I found some Lipton Green Tea with honey and lemon ice tea mix in 25.5-ounce canister at a reasonable price and decided I wanted to try it as well. This particular product makes 10 quarts of tea; however, I only needed it by the glass full. Making a glass at a time, saves time and saves space in the refrigerator, since I do not use it to make a gallon of this green tea at a time.

I come from a long line of tea lovers; my family has been drinking tea as far back as I can remember. Generally, we drink cold southern sweet tea, although there are times when a hot cup of tea hit’s the spot whether it is orange teas or especially herbal teas.

However, like many individuals in the world, I have become interested in green tea for various reasons. The biggest reason is for its various healing properties as well as good taste depending on the product you choose to drink. I have tried different types of green tea drinks.

Some of them not so pleasing for my taste and some that do taste very good. However, I do like to experiment with new things I find while out grocery shopping.

I am not one who generally takes a lot either of medications, prescription or over the counter types. Not that it is that I have never taken them. However, if I do not catch it in time to start taking my regimen of remedies, when I do become ill, it generally does hit me pretty hard. What can I say? I knew as soon as I saw her blog message that I wanted to win her giveaway prize. So I made sure to stay on top of the game by promoting her intended offer. They all look so wonderful and she offers some amazingly wonderful scents. The other participants did a good job of promoting her handmade soap club as well.

Accordingly, various institutions were closed, including public schools. Several people and families were quarantined to reduce the possibility of spreading the virus to others.

I remember thinking I wish school would get out earlier than usual because of this virus outbreak. I also remember wondering why in the world was not a single country simply quarantined. The answer to this question seemed to lie within economics. I remember wondering why individuals and families did not have the good sense to quarantine their own selves, sick or not.

Our family has been using various types of cooking sprays since they entered the marketplace. Cooking sprays are so much easier to use than having to add grease to a pan. I love to drink coffee drinks when they taste good. I especially enjoy drinking hot coffee drinks during the cooler weather of fall and winter. I recently purchased a 16 ounce container of Hills Bros. Cappuccino drink mix, English Toffee flavor, while grocery shopping. I had never tried this particular brand of coffee drinks; however, I do know that Hills Bros. coffee is very popular here in the south. It is the chosen brand for just about all the convenience stores in the area or at least the stores I have visited.

Generally, when I choose a coffee drink mix it is International Coffee, one of the more popular brands of coffee drink mixes, which I enjoy some of their flavors as well. However, this brand was a bit cheaper and something new in the store where I do my grocery shopping, so I figured I would give it a try, just to see what it taste like.

Some times the kids get tired of drinking Kool-Aid products, believe it or not and sometimes while shopping you try to get the most for you money or try to stretch a dollar further. While grocery shopping the local Wal-Mart I found a very large 5 pound 2.5 ounce container of Country Time Pink Lemonade. It makes 136 servings and costs about $8.00 a can, but still a good bargain when you consider that for that price you will only get about 40 servings of Kool-Aid.

I do believe that you can find Country Time lemonade drink mix in smaller containers if you prefer. I just figure with the way the kids love to have a nice cold drink and love the way this particular drink mix tastes that I would get what they like in a bulk purchase as well as save money in the long run.

I was out to the store not so long ago to buy one of the Java Monster coffee energy drinks when I found them sold out. I was trying to decide which of the other flavors I might try when a small slender can with a dark wood grain pattern caught my eye. It was over near the rim of the cooler almost hidden from view. I reached for the X-Presso Monster Hammer espresso energy drink and looked at it. Espresso sounded good, so I decided to try it.

I am not sure why, but for some reason the can seems to be just the right size to make you think it may need a shake. However, do not shake this little slim can of the Hammer espresso energy drink, since you may just wear some of it. This espresso energy in a can includes Nitrous Oxide. I did not know that to begin when I bought the drink. I just wanted a cold coffee, they were out of both the Loca Moca and the Nut-Up Java Monster coffee energy drinks and espresso sounded good that morning. I repeat do not shake the X-Presso Monster Hammer espresso energy drink.

These coffee drinks are good by themselves or while you are eating food.

The Lysol brand has been around for a long time. Although, it seems that Lysol has a bit of a sorted past for various applications, it is a very good product and is useful in many hospitals and elderly care homes as well as day care nurseries. Lysol disinfectant spray claims to kill 99.9% of germs, bacteria and fungi that cause illness and viruses that lay in wait on the hard non-porous surfaces within the home.

Our family has been using Lysol for many years. I remember mother using the liquid Lysol in the diaper pail and while doing other types of cleaning from the kitchen to the bathroom. Whether she was mopping the floors or wiping down the countertops or the baby bed mattress. Lysol was the first product she would reach for while cleaning.

Having come from a long line of farmers and their wonderful women who took to canning and preserving foods, I know that using a good bag for storing and preserving is essential. Whether you are preserving meat, fruits or vegetables by freezing them, using a gallon size Ziploc freezer bag is always the best choice. Believe me, when Ziploc came out with the Ziploc bag the world changed drastically for people who use plastic bags for storing and freezing foodstuff. They no longer had to worry about dealing with the older type plastic bags that came with a twist-on tie, like garbage bags do today.

I watched long ago as my mother and grandmothers wrestled with those older bags of yesteryear. Most of the time they may do well with them; however, there were other times when using those old type plastic bags there were accidental spills and mishaps involving food. I have to admit that I enjoy coolness of autumn and spring. Summertime gets terribly hot down here in the humid south and winters just get too cold for many individuals living down south.

I have been using oil radiator heaters and I like them much better than coil element heaters. They are easy to use and not so much worry about fire hazards. I have two, one in a bedroom at the far end of the house and another in the living room. They were enough to heat a good bit of our living area. However, I needed something for my bedroom. I had picked up another radiator heater and was strolling away when this smaller less expensive, compact design fan-forced heater caught my eye.

While shopping at the local WalMart, I found this Sunbeam fan-forced heater, model #SFH090. It is small and compact with overheat protection, cool touch and it is a manual model. It was only $9.00, plus tax, which is a good deal I do believe, especially while considering how cold it may get.

While shopping the local WalMart I came across a special deal of two products for one price, reasonably affordable for $5.00 plus tax of course. I knew I was soon to run out of the other like product I was using so I bought the Olay body quench two-pack set. This particular product features active hydration with green tea & vitamin complex for normal to dry skin. My skin is normal, so this was my choice over either for oily skin or for normal to dry skin.

I only got to try the Olay body quench body mousse a couple of times before my teen found it and ask to use it, since there were two products, so I shared. I did however; enjoy the feeling of the Olay body quench body mousse at those times. So, as of now I am using my half of the two-set Olay body quench products, which is the Olay body quench body lotion. These Olay products are part of the advanced body care system and they work quite well.

Remember, proper skin care is essential when you want to have healthy, glowing skin.
