Kwon says it might shrink to less than the thickness of a human hair if the right materials are used.

The battery is designed to drive micro/nanoelectromechanical systems (M/NEMS). Such devices include labs on a chip, and biological and chemical sensors.

The nuclear battery produces power from charged particles released by radioactive decay. It also uses a liquid semiconductor material, rather than a solid one, to minimize damage to the battery.
Kwon said the technology is safe. "Nuclear power sources have already been safely powering a variety of devices, such as pacemakers, space satellites and underwater systems," he noted.

The team has applied for a provisional patent on the battery.

by Tim Hornyak, CNET October 9, 2009 3:18 PM PDT

published by Pedro Gelabert

Kill it Remotely

Many of today's most popular smartphones can be erased remotely if they are lost or stolen. Here's how to do it. By Jamie Lendino, PCMAG

A handset may be valuable, but it's easily replaced. The data on it, however, is often much more important. Cell phones carry all kinds of personal and business information these days, and preventing it from getting into the wrong hands is key.

While a stray personal address book won't matter much to an unsavory type who finds a lost iPhone—they'd much rather just sell the phone—cached online banking passwords, corporate documents and VPN access are better off kept secure. That's why many of today's smartphones support a mobile kill switch, also called "remote wipe" capability. Remote wipe lets a device owner or IT support engineer remotely erase the handheld's data in case it's lost or stolen.

All of the major smartphone platforms have some kind of remote erase capability. There are several ways of doing it, such as installing apps on the handset, using a management console on the IT side, or signing up for a cloud-based service. Here's a rundown of what's out there for each platform. No matter which smartphone OS you or your employees use, you're bound to find something that can help put your mind at rest.

To continue reading the whole article click here.

I personally use Lookout Mobile Security for my Android Phone and Tablet. They are dangerous and hunt for victims. The good news is that you can keep yourself safe by following seven simple safety rules.

1. Be alert
Pay attention to what is around you. Keeping yourself safe is a matter of paying attention to possible danger and avoiding it.

2. Use your senses
Centuries ago, human senses were essential survival tools. Smell could signal the approach of a dangerous animal, or lead to a food source. Hearing could alert you to a predator creeping up, ready to attack. Taste could discern poisonous food. Never listen to music while walking -- stay alert to your surroundings.

3. Notice anomalies
Predators often behave in odd ways. Look for odd behavior such as a couple or small group coming towards you whose attention is on you, and not on each other, or people lurking or loitering without visible reason. The best way to stay safe is to spot oncoming danger and avoid or evade it.

4. Avoid angry scenes and ugly crowds
If you are at any establishment or occasion and aggravation builds, leave the place immediately. If you are in a large crowd and the mood turns ugly, quickly move to the edge of the crowd and leave the area.

5. Keep together
Lions hunting in the wild never attack the leaders of a herd. They attack the stragglers. Human predators follow the same strategy; they target people who are on their own.

6. Look big and show confidence
If you are feeling threatened, walk fast and confidently. If you are lost in a foreign city, never stop and study a map under a street lamp -- it marks you as a possible victim. Always appear in charge of your actions.

7. Treat people well
If you are aggressive or nasty to others, they may respond with aggression or even violence towards you. Your best defense against danger is to be a friendly and helpful person.

published by Pedro Gelabert

Temperament can impact your physical health.

Cynicism
Cynics who tend to be suspicious and mistrustful of others, a character trait that scientists refer to as hostility, may have an increased likelihood of developing heart disease. Hostile individuals might experience more stress, which can cause spikes in an immune-system protein called C3 that has been linked with various diseases, including diabetes.

Lack of Meaning
A study involving more than 1,200 elderly participants found that those who indicated having a purpose in life were about half as likely to die over the study period. Other research has suggested that people with a higher sense of purpose may have different levels of stress hormones, better heart health and improved immune systems.

Fretting
People who are constantly worried and anxious die sooner, on average. A recently reported study of nearly 1,800 men suggests that's partly because neurotics are also more likely to smoke.

Lack of Self-control
A review of more than 20 studies and nearly 9,000 participants revealed people who are organized and self-disciplined live two to four years longer than others. This could be attributed partly to the fact that highly conscientious individuals are less likely to smoke or drink to excess, and live more stable and less stressful lives.

Anxiety
People with a mellow demeanor may be less likely to develop dementia. The claim is based on a study that followed more than 500 elderly individuals for five years. Dementia risk was 50 percent lower for participants who were calm.

Gloom and Doom
A preliminary study of more than 180 patients suffering from peripheral arterial disease (plaque buildup in the arteries) showed participants with so-called type D, or distressed, personality, had an increased odds of dying sooner than other people. The researchers suggested that the personality type is linked with the body's immune system as well as stress response system.

Stress
Prolonged stress can be deadly, and workplace stress can increase your chances of heart disease, flu virus, metabolic syndrome and high blood pressure.

published by Pedro Gelabert

Michael and Mary Eades’ newest book, The 6-Week Cure for the Middle-Aged Middle.

The two doctors note that no matter how the story spins from the denizens of the anti-fat camp, one piece of their advice remains staunchly constant: “You should sharply limit your intake of saturated fats.” But will saturated fats really increase your risk of heart disease and raise your cholesterol? In a word, no. In fact, humans need them, and here are just a few reasons why:

1) Improved cardiovascular risk factors

Saturated fat plays a key role in cardiovascular health. The addition of saturated fat to the diet reduces the levels of a substance called lipoprotein (a) that correlates strongly with risk for heart disease. Research has shown that when women diet, those eating the greatest percentage of the total fat in their diets as saturated fat lose the most weight.

2) Stronger bones

Saturated fat is required for calcium to be effectively incorporated into bone. According to one of the foremost research experts in dietary fats and human health, Dr. Mary Enig, Ph.D., there’s a case to be made for having as much as 50 percent of the fats in your diet as saturated fats for this reason.

3) Improved liver health

Saturated fat has been shown to protect the liver from alcohol and medications, including acetaminophen and other drugs commonly used for pain and arthritis.

4) Healthy lungs

For proper function, the airspaces of the lungs have to be coated with a thin layer of lung surfactant. The fat content of lung surfactant is 100 percent saturated fatty acids. Replacement of these critical fats by other types of fat makes faulty surfactant and potentially causes breathing difficulties.

5) Healthy brain

Your brain is mainly made of fat and cholesterol. The lion’s share of the fatty acids in the brain are actually saturated. A diet that skimps on healthy saturated fats robs your brain of the raw materials it needs to function optimally.

6) Proper nerve signaling

Certain saturated fats, particularly those found in butter, lard, coconut oil, and palm oil, function directly as signaling messengers that influence metabolism, including such critical jobs as the appropriate release of insulin.

7) Strong immune system

Saturated fats found in butter and coconut oil (myristic acid and lauric acid) play key roles in immune health. Loss of sufficient saturated fatty acids in the white blood cells hampers their ability to recognize and destroy foreign invaders, such as viruses, bacteria, and fungi.

published by Pedro Gelabert

It can see millions of colors, adjust easily to shifting light conditions, and transmit information to the brain at a rate exceeding that of a high-speed Internet connection.

But why stop there?
I
n the Terminator movies, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s character sees the world with data superimposed on his visual field—virtual captions that enhance the cyborg’s scan of a scene. In stories by the science fiction author Vernor Vinge, characters rely on electronic contact lenses, rather than smartphones or brain implants, for seamless access to information that appears right before their eyes.

These visions (if I may) might seem far-fetched, but a contact lens with simple built-in electronics is already within reach; in fact, my students and I are already producing such devices in small numbers in my laboratory at the University of Washington, in Seattle [see sidebar, "A Twinkle in the Eye"]. These lenses don’t give us the vision of an eagle or the benefit of running subtitles on our surroundings yet. But we have built a lens with one LED, which we’ve powered wirelessly with RF. What we’ve done so far barely hints at what will soon be possible with this technology.

By BABAK A. Here’s what a burglar won’t tell you:

1. Of course I look familiar. I was here just last week cleaning your carpets, painting your shutters, or delivering your new refrigerator.

2. Thanks for letting me use the bathroom when I was working in your yard last week. While I was in there, I unlatched the back window to make my return a little easier.

3. Love the flowers -- they tell me you have taste, and taste means there are nice things inside. Those yard toys your kids leave out always make me wonder what type of gaming system they have.

4. I really do look for newspapers piled up on the driveway. And I might leave a pizza flyer in your front door to see how long it takes you to remove it.

5. If it snows while you’re out of town, get a neighbor to create car and foot tracks into the house.

6. If decorative glass is part of your front entrance, don’t let your alarm company install the control pad where I can see if it’s set.

7. A good security company alarms the window over the sink. And the windows on the second floor, which often access the master bedroom. It’s not a bad idea to put motion detectors up there too.

8. It’s raining, you’re fumbling with your umbrella, and you forget to lock your door -- understandable. But I don’t take a day off because of bad weather.

9. I always knock first. If you answer, I’ll ask for directions somewhere or offer to clean your gutters -- don’t take me up on it.

10. I always check dresser drawers, the bedside table, and the medicine cabinet.

11. However, I almost never go into kids’ rooms.

12. I won’t have enough time to break into that safe where you keep your valuables. But if it’s not bolted down, I’ll take it with me.

13. A loud TV or radio can be a better deterrent than the best alarm system. You can also buy a $35 device that works on a timer and simulates the flickering glow of a television.

published by Pedro Gelabert

Learning unconditional love from God puts you in control of yourself (1 John 4:16-19)

How to stop dwelling on the negatives and disqualifying the positives:

Think on things above, not below (Colossians 3:2)

Remember everything happens for the good of those who love God (Rom 8:29)

God is in control! (Eph 1:22; Heb 2:8)

How to take better care of oneself:

Seek God's Kingdom First and His Right Way of Living in Christ Jesus (Matthew 6:33)

Eat to live, don’t live to eat.

If your work style is sedentary (sitting on a desk or with limited movement), make sure you have a workout routine to keep yourself in shape.

Take ownership of your health

Be Ready for Change – The cheese needs to be moved once in a while to keep your faith growing and leaning on God. You need to make yourself vulnerable to allow God to introduce change. If you’re defensive and inflexible you may get broken! Read Luke 21:34-36

Know What You Need to Change – Change according to Scripture, not pressure from people, places or things. Willingly disclose your fears and worries to the Lord and to those close to you. God uses deep relationships to help you know where and when you need to continue your transformation. Listen carefully to how He uses these people!

Actively Make Room for Change – Don’t get engrossed in the world – you are not of the world even though you live in it. Don’t hold on to a sinking ship. Willingly let go of the things that trap you or tempt you.

Make New Habits to Keep On the Path For Change – Repentance is about replacing godless habits with godly ones. You know you don’t like to exercise to be healthy, but just as much or even more you need to exercise your faith to be saved by confessing the name of Jesus to those around you that do not know Him or obey Him and by filling yourself up with the Word to the brim on a daily basis.

Incorporate Change – Don’t just envision it or talk about it – do it! We will continue discipleship for several weeks with the theme "a new creation". We appreciate your prayers for this new soul. That’s the promise of French company Wysips, which wants to turn your phone’s screen into a solar charger.

It works like this: a transparent photovoltaic film covers the screen of your device, and provides 250mW of power to trickle-charge the battery. The film is thin — just 100 microns or 0.1mm — and won’t dim the screen when incorporated into the LCD panel. Wysips says the film will typically add just a dollar to the cost of a phone, and hopes to have shipping units within a year.

The beauty of the design is that it scales. The bigger the screen of a device, the bigger the solar panel. A typical phone will be fully charged in six hours, and the second-gen version will give you a half-hour’s worth of power with just one hour of charging.

The real winner here will be ebooks. These typically sip power anyway, and have pretty big screens. While you may still have to plug in an iPad to charge it at night, a Kindle with Wysips’ tech in its screen would likely never, ever need to be charged, especially as you can only read it when there’s enough light to do so.

Wysips product page (Wysips)

No More Chargers! May God continue to bless you, your families and churches where you meet. Peace and Grace of our God be with you all.

Beloved, we inform you with great joy and happiness that this Sunday, January 23, once again we enjoyed a worship service to our God, full of love, great faith, beauty and devotion. The attendance was 85 people (a record) with 54 brethren, 12 guests and 19 children and pre-teens.

After the worship service was held for the Glory and Honor of our God we had three (3) baptisms. Millions of people have just finished celebrating the fact that a new year has come. There always seems to be a lot of excitement and enthusiasm at the beginning of a new year. It is a very popular time in the world for people to make plans, set goals, and make resolutions as they look for some good changes in their lives in the year to come.
Some will make plans to find a new job, or move to a new place. Some will resolve to eat better, or exercise more, or have better sleeping habits. There will be those who will be looking to be a better person and they will resolve to be kinder, happier, or more thankful, and so on.
The truth however is that a new year does not guarantee a new person, nor can it alone guarantee that there will be any good change in someone’s life. In fact like the old saying goes, “the more things change, the more they stay the same!” For as long as you are a slave to sin and as long as the fear of death is hanging over your head, it doesn’t matter what you wear, what kind of education you have, where you work, or where you live, nothing can be new in your life.
But praise God, brothers and sisters, that we can gather here today, as we do each and every first day of the week to celebrate something that has really made things new for us, the new covenant between us and God. A new covenant that was established through the body and blood of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ over 2,000 years ago on the cross. For at that cross is when things in this world were truly made new. For that is when for the first time sin was conquered and death was destroyed.
We celebrate the fact that when we were bound by sin and doomed to condemnation, and powerless to do anything about it Jesus went to the cross and sacrificed his body, and shed his blood to make things new for us. By his sacrifice our sins have been forgiven and our relationship with our Heavenly Father was made new.

Hebrews 10:12-17 ESV But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God, (13) waiting from that time until his enemies should be made a footstool for his feet. (14) For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified. (15) And the Holy Spirit also bears witness to us; for after saying, (16) "This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, declares the Lord: I will put my laws on their hearts, and write them on their minds," (17) then he adds, "I will remember their sins and their lawless deeds no more."
At the cross Jesus brought in a new era. An era of forgiveness – where men’s sins would no longer be counted against him, and the burden of guilt could be removed. Where the threat of punishment has been replaced by the confidence of grace.
He brought in an era of righteousness – where man can actually live lives that are pleasing to God. Where man can have the power, through the Holy Spirit, to say no to the flesh and yes to God.
He brought in an era of love: not the love of old when you loved your neighbor and hated your enemy; but the love of the new covenant, whereby you love your enemy and try to win them over with kindness. The type of love that we could never do until Jesus showed us how by suffering and dying for us - his enemies, on the cross.
He brought in an era of hope: The hope of eternal life. Hope that only became possible when Christ rose from the grave on the third day, destroying death.
Only those who are new themselves can take advantage and enjoy the newness of this covenant offered by the Father, through his Son, Jesus Christ.
Praise God, if you have been baptized into Christ, then you are a new creation, and how blessed you are to be a part of this new covenant!

2 Corinthians 5:17 ESV Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.
How awesome is it to be totally new, and have a second chance at this life! To have been forgiven of all your sins, and to be considered blameless in the eyes of the great I AM! How awesome is it to know how much you are loved by your Creator, Jehovah God, and that you have been given the power to love too! How awesome is it to know that you are going to live forever and ever, where joy, peace, and righteousness reign! This is something truly worth celebrating!
And brothers and sisters unlike the world we know that it is not a new year that will give us the desire or the power to change. The motivation to change comes from the cross, and the power comes from the Spirit who lives within us. According to the scriptures this change should be an inward renewal that is happening day by day, making us more and more in the image and likeness of God. Amen!
It is through the body and blood of our Lord that we been given new life. Remember how blessed we are to be a part of a new covenant where sin and death have been done away with and grace and righteousness reign. Let us remember that outward changes to our lives, such as new clothes, a new job, a new home, or a new level or education, can never truly make us new, but that the Spirit who lives inside of us is renewing us day by day and preparing us for a time when things will be made new once more, when Jesus comes to take us home with him. Amen.

published by Pedro Gelabert

They are supplements (vitamins) that only take full effect if you are doing your part at home. Your foundation for strong faith begins at home first. The Bible makes it clear in Psalm 1:1-3 that if you want to be blessed you must delight in the word of God and meditate on it every day and night. Hence reading my bible during any of the above mentioned church meetings alone would be like eating 3 times a week. For many of us not eating 3 times a day is unthinkable, can you imagine only eating 3 times a week, yet many of us lay aside time for many other things but no time for good old-time gospel fashioned bible study. I give you this challenge! This year many members in our congregation have set a goal to read the entire bible in one year. Everyday my family and I sit together with our bibles in hand and read three or more chapters. I do not prepare a lesson or anything else. We just read. While we read that is when the scriptures come alive and the questions and the discussion come naturally. If I don’t have an answer to a question, I let my family know that I will get back to them after I have done some research. We love it! There are many different reading plans to choose from and one good place to find them is YouVersion.com. I look forward to hearing some of the blessings you experience with your family as you live out this challenge in the year of our Lord 2011.

published by Pedro Gelabert

I have strived to read the Bible all the through every year. Sometimes I do it and sometimes I don’t get to finish it within the year. I strive to read a different version each year. I’ve read the NIV, the NAS and some Spanish versions as well. This year I read through the ESV. I’m almost done with the ESV that is. In 2011 I am committing to read through God’s Word for the Nations Translation (GW – God’s Word) and the year after that I want to read the Deaf Version (ERV – Easy To Read).

Needless to say it is a very enriching experience to be in the Word on a daily basis. No matter how many times you do it or how you do it, it is taking in Life itself from the Bread of Life and the Living Water Himself, Jesus and His Spirit.

Jesus Himself said: Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God. – Matthew 4:4

If you think eating is important, and I am sure you find time to eat at least once a day, then how much more is eating from the Bread of Life Himself?

This is why I am proposing that all of us, as a church family, read through the Bible together in 2011. We have a Bible Reading calendar on our website (http://www.licoc.org/TBS/readindexf.htm) you can print and follow along.

For those more technically inclined, I have discovered a website that will not only facilitate your reading when you’re on the move (they have many great reading plans to choose from), but also allow us to share with each other our thoughts on what we are reading in the spirit of Galatians 6:6:

“One who is taught the word must share all good things with the one who teaches.”

This site is youversion.com. Creating an account is free and you can join the group LIChurch to see all the notes and comments we write pertaining to the verses we read.

Not only is youversion.com a website you can access from any computer, but you can also download apps to your Blackberry, iPhone or Android device and have access to your reading plan, comments and bookmarks there as well.

I hope to see you there as we encourage one another and build each other up in the love of Jesus and by having His Word be the center of our lives as we strive to obey Him.

Peace, mercy and grace be with you in Christ Jesus.

published by Pedro Gelabert

Those people have probably never taken the time to read the book of Proverbs. I read from Proverbs almost every day and I am continually amazed at just how relevant this book is. It seems that wisdom is timeless. The lessons David taught Solomon speak to myself and my children as much as they did to the men and women of ancient Israel. The wisdom of God given to Solomon continues to ring loud and clear in my heart.

If Solomon were alive today and we were to ask him how we are to relate to one another in this digital world, if we were to ask him how we can honor God in our use of all these social media available to us today, here is how he might respond.

Count to ten before posting, sharing, sending, submitting. “Do you see a man who is hasty in his words? There is more hope for a fool than for him (29:20).” How many arguments could be avoided and how many relationships saved if people were only a little less hasty with their words? Before posting an article or before replying to a Facebook status, it is always (always!) a good idea to re-read what you have written and consider if your words accurately express your feelings and if expressing such feelings is necessary and edifying. And while I’m on the topic, a spell-check doesn’t hurt either.

Leave the fool to his folly. “Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest you be like him yourself (26:4).” There are times when it is best to leave a foolish person to his own devices rather than to try to change him. Sometimes it is best just to leave him alone rather than providing him more ammunition to work with. This means that it may be best to ignore the troll, to leave a rebuke unanswered, than to bait him and to suffer his wrath.

Expose folly. “Answer a fool according to his folly, lest he be wise in his own eyes (26:5).” Here it is—undeniable proof that the Bible contradicts itself! Are we to answer a fool according to his folly or not? Evidently this “contradiction” is deliberate and is in the Bible to show that there is no absolute law in this situation. There are times when folly must be exposed, either if the fool is one you believe is honestly seeking after wisdom, or if his folly will damage others. If a fool is impacting others, drawing them into his foolishness, he must be exposed for the sake of the church’s health.

Know when to walk away. “If a wise man has an argument with a fool, the fool only rages and laughs, and there is no quiet (29:9).” There are times when you need to walk away instead of carrying on an argument. Foolish people have no real desire to learn or to be wise. Instead, they only seek opportunities to loudly proclaim the folly. Walk away so you can have peace. Shut down, log off, erase—do what you need to.

Be careful what you read. “Like one who binds the stone in the sling is one who gives honor to a fool (26:8).” Be careful whose words you read and whose wisdom you trust. Foolish men may seem wise, but they will still lead others astray. If you give honor to a foolish man by reading and soaking in his words, you are as foolish as a person who binds his stone in a sling, rendering the sling useless and leaving himself defenseless.

Avoid the gossiper. “The words of a whisperer are like delicious morsels; they go down into the inner parts of the body (26:22).” There are many web sites, blogs and Twitter accounts dedicated almost entirely to gossip, to sharing what is dishonorable rather than what is noble. Avoid these people and their gossip!

Be humble. “Let another praise you, and not your own mouth; a stranger and not your own lips (27:2).” “One’s pride will bring him low, but he who is lowly in spirit will obtain honor (29:23).” Let others praise you. If you never receive praise from anyone, especially from those who are wise, it may be a good time to examine your heart and examine if you are walking in the ways of wisdom. Those who are humble and lowly in spirit will receive honor while the arrogant will be brought low.

Mind your own business. “Whoever meddles in a quarrel not his own is like one who takes a passing dog by the ears (26:17).” If you have ever grabbed a dog by the ears you know it will inevitably bring trouble. Grabbing a strange dog by the ears will bring even more trouble. Stay out of other people’s fights rather than wading into them as if they are your own. There may be times to wade into a theological dispute or to try to mediate a disagreement in the blogosphere, but wisdom would usually tell you to mind your own business.

Don’t be a troublemaker. “Whoever digs a pit will fall into it, and a stone will come back on him who starts it rolling (26:27).” Those who exist only to bring trouble to others will pay a price. And unfortunately, on the Internet there are many of these people. Don’t be one!

Examine why you write. “A continual dripping on a rainy day and a quarrelsome wife are alike (27:15).” The proverb speaks of a quarrelsome wife, but it could as easily apply to anyone. If you are writing merely to be quarrelsome or because you enjoy an argument, perhaps it is best to find something else to do. “As charcoal to hot embers and wood to fire, so is a quarrelsome man for kindling strife.” Do not be the kind of person who kindles strife for his own enjoyment.

Be careful what you teach. “Whoever misleads the upright into an evil way will fall into his own pit, and the blameless will have a godly inheritance (28:10).” Those who choose to teach others accept a grave responsibility; if they mislead others, they must expect that there will be consequences. Be careful what you teach, what you share, what beliefs you express. Remember that your words are public and that they may remain available forever.

Walk with the Lord. “Whoever trusts in his own mind is a fool, but he who walks in wisdom will be delivered (28:26).” And here is the key to everything else. Trust in the Lord rather than in yourself. Walk with the Lord and in the ways of wisdom taught in the pages of the Bible. Be a wise man or woman of the Word, rather than a fool who trusts in his own wisdom (or lack thereof). Arm yourself with spiritual maturity, with true wisdom, before venturing into the world of social media.

published by Pedro Gelabert

Here are some tips that may help:

At least once a day, make each child helpless with laughter.

Sing in the morning. It’s hard both to sing and to maintain a grouchy mood, and it sets a happy tone for everyone.

Get enough sleep. It’s so tempting to stay up late, to enjoy the peace and quiet. But 6:30 AM comes fast.

Avoid feeling cranky by getting organized the night before and making sure you’re not rushed.

Most messages to kids are negative: “stop,” “don’t,” “no.” Try to cast your answers as “yes.” “Yes, we’ll go as soon as you’ve finished eating,” not “We’re not leaving until you’ve finished eating.”

Say “no” only when it really matters. Wear a bright red shirt with bright orange shorts? Sure. Put water in the toy tea set? Okay. Sleep with your head at the foot of the bed? Fine.

Everyone wants a peaceful, cheerful, even joyous, atmosphere at home -- but you can’t nag and yell your way to get there. So think about ways, like those listed above, to cut back on the shouting and to add moments of laughing, singing, and saying “yes.”

Taken from: mercola.com

published by Pedro Gelabert
