Kandi's Uncle Ralph Passed Away!!

What's The Tea?, has learned that Kandi’s uncle Ralph has died from cancer. After a long battle with cancer he died last night at 7:00pm. Her Uncle Ralph was featured on an episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta with her mom and her aunts. We are really sad to hear this news and send our condolences out to her family. Kandi tweeted early and says that she understands that her uncle has gone to a better place, but her mother is still crying over the lost. Firefighters had to be called to an emergency room in Newport Beach to help save a man's penis when it got stuck in the hole of a steel dumbbell, Costa Mesa newspaper The Daily Pilot reported. Costa Mesa police said the man was attempting to enlarge the size of his penis. Authorities said the man's organ had swollen to five times its normal size.The man initially refused treatment but officials at the Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian explained to the man if he waited any longer to remove the fastener the flesh in his penis would die.Firefighters used a saw to cut through the metal ring. Someone has released photos of East Cleveland Mayor Eric Brewer with all kinds of -x-rated poses, lingerie and some things even the media felt would be too risque for public consumption. Brewer’s opponent, City Council President Gary Norton, has already condemned the behavior of those who may be associated with the releasing of these photos at this time. HOUSTON - An elderly woman is on the loose - wanted for robbing two banks in the Houston area.

The "Grandma Bandit" was caught in the act on a bank's surveillance cameras wearing a camoflage ball cap and purple shirt with feathers. Police say she hit the BBVA Compas Bank Friday afternoon. One hour later, she reappeared at a another Compass Bank. Both times she demanded cash and threatened to use a gun.

News that for the first time an HIV vaccine has had some success in protecting people from the disease is severely tempered by news out of St. Louis County that a 40-year-old African American male is being held on $200,000 cash bond on six counts of recklessly risking infection of another with HIV. The news of the vaccine shows how far we've come in the battle against HIV, but the arrest of this St. Louis County man shows how much further we have to go in educating the public.

Prosecutors say that Orlando A. Hadley had numerous sexual encounters with a woman and did not reveal his HIV status to her. The woman later tested positive for HIV. Now, police are polling the public to see who else may have had sexual contact with Hadley.

Let's be clear, not being honest with your sexual partner about your HIV status is terrible. Individuals, though, must learn to take steps to protect themselves from sexually transmitted diseases, regardless of what our partner tells you. The advance in HIV/AIDS medications has turned the disease into more of a chronic condition for some, but just because living with HIV/AIDS is easier doesn't mean we should let down our guards.

"Quite frankly, this kind of prosecution misses the boat and does harm. Outside of rape, it takes two people to transmit the disease," Phill Wilson, president and CEO of the Black AIDS Institute in Los Angeles, told AOL Black Spin in an interview. "This says to folks, 'I don't have to protect myself.' What would be healthier is to change the conversation to address how it is each of our responsibilities to protect ourselves."

It's a conversation that needs to happen now because HIV and AIDS is ravaging the African American community. According to the Centers for Disease Control, African Americans account for 51 percent of new HIV/AIDS diagnoses. African Americans also account for 48 percent of people living with HIV/AIDS. At the end of 2007, 40 percent of the people with AIDS who died were African American. -BV

Prenup Or No Prenup?

Odom has lawyered up and so has Khloe. The problem is ... they have to get married on Sunday and there isn't enough time to hash out the details of a prenuptial agreement.

Why, you ask, isn't there enough time? We've learned they must get married on Sunday because one of the Kardashian reality shows is footing the $1 million bill for the wedding, but the deal is that the wedding must be shot this Sunday.

So we're told Lamar wants a postnup -- meaning the agreement will be hashed out and hopefully signed after Sunday's event.

Now here's the intrigue. There's talk that Sunday's wedding might not be the real deal -- it could be a non-binding ceremony. It's common with a postnup that bride and groom would not officially tie the knot until after they sign the document. What they typically do sign before the ceremony is an acknowledgment that it's not really an official wedding, to prevent misunderstandings down the road.

Mother Tries To Sale Her 6 Yr Old For Gas Money..WTF!

The recession is fucking all of us over, but do we really need to be trading our children in for gas?! That's what a woman in Florida tried to do. Allegedly.

WTSP in Tampa reports that 37-year-old Marcy Pappalardo was arrested after a truck driver called 911 claiming that she tried to sell him her 6-year-old son for gas money. The police questioned the woman and then put her in handcuffs. Another woman who was in the car with Marcy says the truck driver is lying. According to her, the truck driver wanted sexy times from Marcy in exchange for gas money. When she turned him down, he made up the child selling story to get back at her. The truck driver said the topic of sex was never brought up. Dude went on to say:

"You know, I have mixed feelings. To see the kid crying like that on TV was tough. I caused that upon him and I have a kid of my own. But had it been the other way, where would the child be?"

Something in the milk ain't clean about this fuckery. You would have to have used tampons for brains to want to sell your kid for just gas money. I mean, I know a kid can't you get to the bar before 2-for-1 happy hour is over, but selling him for just gas money?! A Slurpee and a Slim Jim were not part of the deal. Talk about selling your poor kid short. How dreadful.

And instead of trading your kid for gas money, train him how to siphon tanks and snatch credit cards. That could be a real precious mother/son bonding moment. There's my parenting tip of the day!
