The First & Only All Women Supercar Club was founded in 2021 by a group of women who wanted to create a space for women in the world of high-performance cars. The club’s mission is to empower women and break down the barriers that exist in the male-dominated world of supercars. The club has grown quickly, and others can also join the club with an annual membership to share their love of speed and adrenaline.

This year the drive invites women from across the country wherein the club already has 100 women registrations including 7 women from different cities like Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Chandigarh among others flying to Gurugram along with their supercars to join the others for the drive. The members meet at the Big Boy Toyz showroom in Gurugram at 2:30 P.M.. The drive then commences with a flag-off at 3:00 P.M., following which the members rally on a decided route and return to the showroom within an hour. Smart Find – It lets you to locate your scoter. For reference, if you’re 10 meters far from the scooter, all the four indicators will flash which lets you know the location of the vehicle.

Smart Unlock – If there is no interaction then it locks the scooter in 20 seconds. For reference, if you’re within two metres of the scooter, you can lock and unlock its handle, and also unlock the fuel lid and seat.

Smart Start –  without the need of physically using the key you can ride the scooter. You have to turn the knob and push the start button.

Smart Safe – prevents vehicle from theft using a Mapped Smart ECU. 

Apart from these features, the smart key allows user to lock/unlock the handlebar, the fuel filter lid and under seat storage via a knob. The company will commence the production of the Activa H-Smart in this week, while the deliveries are scheduled to take place by the end of February 2023.

Under the hood, the Activa 6G H-Smart continued to be powered by the same 109.5cc air-cooled, single-cylinder motor that churns out 7.79PS of peak power and 8.79 of peak torque. It includes a telescopic fork along with a monoshock, rolls on a 12-inch wheel at the front.

In terms of design, the overall silhouette and dimensions of the new-gen model remain unchanged, it sports a wider and slimmer grille, the grille gets chrome garnish that expands to the angular LED projector headlamps with LED DRLs, giving the front end a bold persona. The shoulder line is revised from its predecessor, mildly revised 16-inch alloy wheels are the only change on the side, while the rear-end gets new split-LED tail lamps and an ever-so-lightly revised bumper.

The most drastic change on the new-gen Baleno is on the inside and tech has been one of the major focus areas. The new-gen Baleno gets a new dual-tone black/blue dashboard with plenty of silver highlights, the biggest highlight is the new dashboard sporting a bigger and advanced 9-inch Smartplay Pro standalone touchscreen unit, taking the centre stage. It gets an all-new interface featuring much sharper and crisper graphics and the revised central console with new AC vents and climate control knobs. Lastly, the steering wheel has been borowwed from the Dzire.

Q3. How do you see market Post COVID-19?

Ans: The COVID-19 pandemic has deprived many of their lives and livelihood. Even amid this traumatic and tragic situation, there were new opportunities and avenues that were raised for a profitable business. People started prioritizing their health and preferred to commute through their own personal vehicles. The used car sales, vehicle service and repair, manufacturing and supplying of branded parts, contactless booking for car servicing, etc. are some such business opportunities that the new crisis has promoted.

During this pandemic when everybody’s business is affected and consumers are looking for more affordable services and repair, they have started opting for local workshops and skip those of the OEM dealers.  Currently, 70% of car owners go to the nearest car workshop after the OEM warranty expires. Customers expect a warranty on new spare parts.

Vehicle Care offers annual maintenance schemes and memberships that assure the car owners that someone will take care of their car for the whole year at an affordable price. Even though there is no big increase in these AMCs, if they come with attractive offers, there are chances that customers will buy the “peace of mind-like support” for emergency roadside assistance.

During this pandemic when everybody’s business is affected and consumers are looking for more affordable services and repair, we have started opting for local workshops and skip those of the OEM dealers. Pre pandemic, we used to generate 20-30 Lakhs revenue per month but when we talk about post-pandemic we are now generating 5-6 Cr. per month. 

Q4. What are the future plans like quarterly/yearly?

Ans: We are on a massive expansion spree and by next quarter we are planning to start operations in 100 more cities in India and also planning to start new verticals like Spare part supply chain & doorstep services. We are planning on opening 500+ outlets by the end of this year. We are generating 5-6 crores revenue per month and through our future expansions, we are planning to reach 10 crores per month by the coming Quarter.

Q5. How is Vehiclecare different from other brands in the market?

Ans: Vehiclecare is developing a complete ecosystem for the automotive industry to serve every stakeholder like B2B, B2C, Insurance Brokers, Insurers, and Workshop Owners, etc. Many industry players are only focusing on B2B but we are working for B2B and B2C too. We are providing a 6 months warranty to our consumers to offer transparent service.

Q6. What are the services provided by Vehiclecare and do you deal with two-wheelers?

Ans: Currently we are dealing in Periodic Service, Denting & Painting, Washing, Alignment & Balancing, Running Repair, Refurb, Insurance Claims, and Doorstep Service.

We are only providing two-wheeler services in Delhi NCR as of now but planning to scale in other cities by end of this year.
