Again with the usual warm up started with run then move onto jab, cross and sparring. this time however, we receive conditional training, where we receive kicks from our coaches so that in future fight, we can take hits. No picture was taken but overall a good day, really dun remember what was the workout but body was sore for two days.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;On Tues, which is today, also with usual warm up. Towards the end, we receive conditional training where we partner up and our partner whack us in the thigh and abs. It was a challenge to learn as with all martial arts, the basic is everything while after that, everything is improvise.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Learning to Punch, hook and uppercut was very interesting as comparing with what we usually do, i got alot of wasted movement and energy. Basically, that was it on the first day, correcting my form and the way i punch.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Second Day&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Second day was Fri, as on thurs, i had prior plan to meet up with friends so didnt go for class. On fri, i join both session from 6-10. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;During first session, we did warm up exercise of running, forward back side way etc. After that, we practice our punch and kicks. After those session, we spar. I however suck at it but thankful that the senior members took it easy on me and teaches me how to block and hit. That was the end of it.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Second session&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Because i miss out on thursday, i stayed for second session to learn properly how to kick and knee. Alot of correction but Thankful for Wind (the senior that taught me) for his patient.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;That was all. Do a 30sec shadow boxing. Yes, you might look like an idiot get stare from the gym goer, but all for the shake of fitness. Make sure you move your legs, duck, punch and what not. Pretend you got an opponent and you gotta block, hit and duck.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;I can honestly tell you. I'm dead tired after this workout. It's a whole body complete workout and one that you would love to hate. I honestly thought that i can start with 10kg weight but after the first circuit. I am sorry readers to dissappoint you. This was the workout for the past few days.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Tues: Rest&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Took  a day rest on tues cause my body was sore.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Wednesday&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On Wednesday, i did a short workout alone. When i say short, i meant short.&lt;br /&gt;15min workout&lt;br /&gt;The workout;&lt;br /&gt;Pull up: 10reps x 4sets&lt;br /&gt;dip: 10 reps x 4 sets&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Done for the day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Thurs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thurs was superset again.&lt;br /&gt;The partner: Yan Dong And Jared&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;20mins of chest and back superset&lt;br /&gt;The workout:&lt;br /&gt;Flat Bench Press, 10kg again.&lt;br /&gt;reps for me: 12reps and increase up to 20reps after awhile.&lt;br /&gt;reps for Jared and Yan Dong: 10 reps&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wide Grip Pull down, 5.&lt;br /&gt;reps for us: 12reps&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;total workout: We tried to kept track that day, manage to complete atleast 15sets if i am not wrong.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Took a short break&lt;br /&gt;Then we move onto fly to finish it off as Jared had pull a muscle when he was asleep. Lesson to us, try to keep a proper position when we sleep.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fly&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1set war up of  10reps. weight 9kg&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3sets, 10reps, weight 10kg&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;That was it, a well done Thursday. yes, i know we did not do legs but since Jared can't even walk properly on that day,i decide not to do legs on that day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Friday&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;rest as i was really busy with assignment. Trying my best to juggle my workout life with my studies but priority is studies first.  Didn't finish until 6 and reach back at 7pm. In time for dinner and gym was pack on those days, so rested.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Saturday&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;rest Again as i slept till quite late and&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Sunday&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On sun, we workout again. But this time, only with Yan Dong as Jared is out of commission for atleast a week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Warm up&lt;br /&gt;Incline Bench Press with 10kg x 10reps&lt;br /&gt;Dip 10reps x 2sets&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The workout:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First, Incline bench Press&lt;br /&gt;started with 30kg, 10reps x 2sets.&lt;br /&gt;Move down to 20kg, 10reps x 2sets&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Second, Flat Bench Press&lt;br /&gt;20kg, 10 reps x 2 sets&lt;br /&gt;15 kg, 10 reps x 3 sets&lt;br /&gt;10kg :10reps x 1 set then move to 14reps x 1set, 20reps x 2 sets&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That is done for chest.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We move ontoTriceps for the day:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The workout:&lt;br /&gt;forgotten what this workout is called but we used an ez-barbell over the head.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;weight&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt; 5kg x 3sets&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;7.5kg x 2 sets&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt; Tricep Pushdown&lt;br /&gt; weight(unknown as machine just say, 1,2,3,4,5)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt; 2 first x 3setsx10reps&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3, 2sets x 10reps&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;5, 2sets x 10reps&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt; Tricep rope Pull down(?)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;2, 3sets x 10reps&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;5, 2sets x 10reps&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt; Then we are done for the day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sorry no pictures as didn't remember to take any. Will post a picture of him real soon. Started off with 1set of body weight dip and 10kg bench press for warm up.
