Here's 10 Recommendations Healthy Dinner Recipes (part 3)

Whenhealthy - The following article is a continuation of a previous paper, about Healthy Dinner.

6. Cheese which Contains Low Fat

If you miss the cheese, then you can choose low-fat cheese
for additional menu in your dinner. Indeed, there is still fat, but calcium can
help strengthen bones.

Cheese flavor also makes the food even more savory and
delicious. So long as the portion within reasonable limits, the cheese will not
make you fat.

7. Red Onion

Red onion should be included in your diet, not only as a
flavor enhancer, but the content of selenium can help you sleep better at
night.

Moreover, the cuisine was not complete without the onion.

8. Fish or Chicken Grilled

better.

When the grill, the fat of fish and chicken are also usually
shed and reduced. But give the seasoning to taste and avoid the use of high-fat
sauces.

That way you will not feel guilty after spending a portion
of your favorite grill chicken.

This excessive antibodies, can enter the entire network in
two ways:

First, the antibodies 'strange' can directly attack
the tissue, such as the red blood cells (erythrocytes), which causes the cell
to be destroyed. This is resulting in the sufferer a shortage of red blood
cells or anemia.

Second, the antibodies can be joined with the antigen
(a substance stimulating the formation of antibodies), forming bonds called
immune complexes. then the antibody and the antigen together flow with blood,
until caught in the capillaries to cause inflammation.

Under normal circumstances, the complex will be limited by
inflammatory cells (phagocytes). However, in abnormal conditions, this complex
can not be limited properly. In fact, inflammatory cells had multiplied while
producing enzymes, which cause inflammation around the complex. As a result,
the process will be prolonged inflammation and damage organs and interfere with
its function. Furthermore, it will be seen as a symptom of the disease. If this
is the case, then in the long run will be disturbed organ function more
seriously.

A total cure of the disease, it seems difficult. Doctors are
more focused on the treatment of temporary nature. More focused on preventing
the spread of the disease and do not attack the body's vital organs.

Beware !! Lupus Disease More Often Infecting Women

Whenhealthy - The following article is a continuation of a previous paper, about lupus disease.

Dr. Rahmat Gunadi of the faculty Medicine
Unpad explained, lupus is a disease in which the immune system tissue in the
body is considered a foreign object.

The reaction of the immune system can affect various organ
systems of the body such as skin tissue, muscle, bone, kidney, nervous system,
cardiovascular system, lungs, lining of the lungs, liver, digestive system,
eyes, brain, and blood vessels and cell- blood cells.

“Lupus disease may affect all walks of life, 1-5 people in
every 100,000 residents, it is genetic and can be lowered. Women more often
6-10 times than men, especially in the age of 15-40 years. Africans and Asians
are more prone than Europeans. And of course, the family Odapus. The incidence
of this disease because of the sensitivity factors such as infection, excessive
drinking drugs, exposure to sunlight, the use of birth control pills, and
stress.” He said.

This indeed mostly suffered by women of childbearing age to
50 years, although there are also men who experience it. It was therefore
considered suspected disease is associated with the hormone estrogen.

In pregnancies of women who suffer from lupus, often allegedly
associated with pregnancies that lead to abortion, fetal developmental
disorders or stillborn baby. but often also encountered lupus symptoms appear
during pregnancy or after childbirth.

The body has immunity to attack the disease and to maintain
healthy. But in this disease, it attacks the body's immune organs. So, lupus
disease allegedly due to excessive immunological system.

Keep Your Gums Healthy From Now

Whenhealthy - Gingivitis, or inflammation of the
gums can lead to more serious gum disease. If left untreated, gum disease can
lead to infection and loss of teeth.

Dental hygiene is the best way to prevent gum disease and maintain
healthy gums.

The annual dental examination is very important, but daily
treatments should also be considered to reduce the buildup of plaque and
prevent from gingivitis.

Here are some steps to keep gums healthy:

1. Do not smoke and maintain a healthy diet

Tobacco can cause gum disease, but healthy foods such as
vitamin C and E can improve immunity and help prevent infection.

Keeping stress levels will also boost the immune system.
Avoid eating too much sugar because it causes cavities.

2. Do not grind your teeth, especially when sleeping

See your dentist if the problem is severe. The dentist may
recommend a protective mouth to prevent the bad effects of the grinding.

3. Brush your teeth for two minutes at least twice a day.
More ideal if you always brush your teeth after eating.

Hold the brush at an angle of 45 degrees from the gum line.
Clean all surfaces of the teeth gently, then brush to the palate and tongue.

4. Use dental floss to clean between the teeth. Hold the
floss between the front and back teeth to resemble the letter 'C'.

5. Rinse the mouth with an antiseptic mouth rinse for 30
seconds to remove food residue and plaque.

Lupus, a Deadly New Disease; Here are The Symptoms

Whenhealthy - Lupus disease is a new disease that is
considered dangerous and deadly. the danger of this disease equivalent with
cancer disease. Not a few people with this disease do not survive longer, in
the world people are detected with Lupus disease reaches 5 million people, and
more than 100 thousand new cases occur each year.

lupus is derived from the Latin, meaning "coyote".
This term began to be known about a century ago. Initially, patients with this
disease have calculated skin disorders, such as red spots around the nose and
cheeks. Red blotches on the face and arms, heat and prolonged fatigue, hair
loss, often swollen joints, and raised sprue. This disease not only affects the
skin, but also can affect all organs in the body.

The symptoms of lupus disease, known by the name of Systemic
Lupus Erythematosus (LES). Erythematosus means reddish color. whereas systemic
means to spread to various organs of the body.

The symptoms which are common are:

1. Skin that is charred or blackened, as a result of sun
exposure and the onset of indigestion.

2. Symptoms generally are sufferers often feel weak, fever
and aches. This phenomenon is mainly found in the active period, while in
remission (inactive period) then the disease seemed to disappear.

3. On the skin, a red rash will appear stretching across
both cheeks, like a butterfly. Sometimes called butterfly rash. However, a red
rash that resembles this disc can appear on the skin all over the body,
prominent and sometimes scaly. Seeing the many symptoms of this disease, so the
women who are attacked two or more symptoms only, should be suspected of having
lupus.

4. Anemia which arises as a result of red blood cells which
had by this LUPUS disease.

5. Frequent hair loss and excessive tiredness.
Here's Some Symptoms and How to Treat Urinary Tract Infection

Whenhealthy - Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) is a type of infection that is
very common and usually more often infected in women than men. UTI can occur in
renal tract (ureters), bladder, or urinary tract outside (urethra).

The main bacterial cause of UTI’s is bacteria called
Escherichia coli (E. coli) that is abundant in the feces of humans and normally
live in the colon. Women are more susceptible to UTI’s because the female
urethra is shorter than the male urethra so that the bacteria are easier to
reach. Infection can also be triggered by stones in the urinary tract that
holds the colony. In contrast, chronic UTI can also cause urinary stone
disease.

Other Microorganisms called Chlamydia and Mycoplasma may
also cause UTIs in men and women, but tends only in the urethra and
reproductive system. In contrast to E coli, the bacteria (Chlamydia and
Mycoplasma) can be transmitted sexually so handling should be on both the
husband and wife.

Symptoms of Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)

UTI sufferer may complain of the following things:

Pain during urination or
thereafter

sufferers often have wanted
to urinate, but little urine comes out

The white blood cells
(leukocytes) exceeds normal levels

The color of urine is thick
/ dense as water tea, sometimes reddish if there is blood (which indicate an
excess of red blood cells (erythrocytes))

Pain in the waist

Fever or chills, which
indicates the infection has reached the kidneys (accompanied by pain in the
lower back of the ribs, nausea or vomiting)

Treatment of Urinary Tract Infections (UTI)

UTI treatment is usually given by the obstetrician is with
antibiotics. but there is also a traditional medicine that is believed to have
antiseptic power that is contained in the betel leaf water. However,
traditional medicine as it should not be too reliable when the need is very
urgent.

So, If you feel the above symptoms, immediately go to the
doctor.

Expand Eat Fruits and Vegetables to Reduce The Delay of Menstruation (part 3)

Whenhealthy - The following article is a continuation
of a previous paper, about the delay in menstruation.

Besides the issue of irregular periods, other things that
often interfere with women is pain before menstruation or during menstruation.
It was like heartburn mixed cramps when the blood was out. This pain is
something fair for women, because the uterus was contracting or shrink to
remove a blood clot.

This pain is more pronounced in women who have never given
birth. Because the cervix they are still small, so it felt like a woman giving
birth. This also is something normal. Except for women who are very sensitive,
which it feels could be excruciating. However, usually after getting married
and having children these feelings will disappear slowly.

However, if the pain is very pronounced and prolonged, needs
to be aware of the possibility he suffered endometriosos. In this case, the
cells inside the uterus grows outside the uterus. For example, in the ovaries
or fallopian tubes are very painful.

If the pain before menstruation so hurt until such
crippling, you should see a doctor immediately. Especially for those who have
intercourse, because it may be a symptom of infection. Well, if there is
internal genital organs sticking a result of these infections, the impact can
be difficult to have children.

Dizziness during menstruation is also a natural thing.
Because the woman before menstruation usually experience pre-menstrual tension
or tension before menstruation. Its effects include feeling depressed, spotty,
breast pain, body ache, stomach felt bloated, swollen, there is pain. So, be
more irritable or otherwise and other emotional changes.

All of it, it's perfectly natural and harmless. To reduce
this uncomfortable condition, recommended reducing foods that contain lots of
salt, seasoning, or contain too much oil.

So the solution is Expand eat fruits and vegetables, enough
oil-containing foods. Expand eat fruits and vegetables, enough foods containing
carbohydrates and high in fiber.

Is Irregular Periods of Menstruation Makes it Difficult to Have Children ? (part 2)

Whenhealthy - The following article is a continuation
of a previous paper, about the delay in menstruation.

Difficult to Have Children

Case to watch is a teenage girl who has not yet
menstruating, especially if age has reached 17 years. If this happens to you,
you should immediately see a doctor. Therefore, it could be the possibility of
a closed hymen. Normally, the hymen that has holes, If it had been closed, he
might be able to menstruation, but menstrual could not get out. Well, this is
indeed true that the blood can accumulate on the inside.

For a married, delay menstruation may be caused by
childbirth or breastfeeding finished. There is also a possibility from
infection, such as an infection through sexual intercourse. For those aged over
35 years, also must be vigilant against tumors of the ovaries.

There are also women who experience bleeding between
menstrual periods. If this happens must immediately consult a physician.
Bleeding that occurs with less than 21 day cycles obviously not normal,
especially for those who are not girls anymore. If they are still under the age
of 20 years, maybe just because of hormonal disorder that develops.

So, Is Irregular Periods of Menstruation Makes it Difficult to Have
Children ?

This view is not always right. Frequent female patients want
to have children but menstrual irregularities. Then they came to the doctor asked
that periods can be made regularly, so they can have children.

It's not always possible. Difficult to have children is not
always correlated with the menstrual cycle.

Most cases of irregular periods can be overcome by leading a
regular life. For those who are irregular menstruation suddenly, you should not
stress, not smoking, and even drinking alcoholic beverages. Eating patterns,
work, and sleep should be maintained and regularly. Often people forget to
rest. they just want to work and ignore the body that has been exhausted.

However, some are experiencing menstrual irregularity since
the beginning. Those who experience things like this that need to consult a
specialist. For example menstruation comes just 4 months. Our other advice is
do not take medicine carelessly. Also, get used to regularly come to the
gynecologist.

Here are Few Reasons Often Too Late Menstruation

Whenhealthy - Menstruation is the periodic discharge
of blood and mucosal tissue from the inner lining of the uterus through the female
genital canal or vagina. Blood containing discharge occurs in women who have
entered the fertile period and who are not pregnant. This event begins with the
mucous membrane of the uterus expenditure on the inside of the uterus or
endometrium.

Under the influence of estrogen, the endometrium will grow
to thicken, waiting for the arrival of the egg. A thick layer of the
endometrium is like a carpet or arable land which is ready waiting for the egg
or grafting. At the height of the mid-optimal menstrual cycle, there was a
release of eggs. Well, that's when there are incoming sperm cells, eggs and
sperm will unite into a zygote (the future fetus) and stick to endometris
already reached the maximum thickness.

Such a process will be repeated on a monthly basis, as long
as no conception that produced the zygote. In time, the new membrane grows
again. In other words, the carpet was held again, then off again, and so on.

Effect of Diet And Sports

So, actually menstruation is normal and common in all women.
At each woman, menstrual cycles varies. On average within 28 days to 42 days.
When it comes to delays, such as up to 3-4 months, not much to worry about it.
But you should still check to a specialist, especially if late until 5-6
months.

Often people misunderstand, if up to 3 or 4 months do not
menstruate, they thought their blood will accumulate in the uterus, pooled and
long may be dangerous. But if not menstruating then there is no bleeding from
the body. No menstrual means no endometrium ago. So it does not mean that blood
is collected. The new blood will come out if the mucus membranes have been
played. If it does not last, so do not bleed. Then do not worry about it !

So what is causing mens late? The causes are varied.

For those who are not married, the cause could be due to too
tired. For example, learning is too hard for those who are in school or too
much exercise sport to cause excessive fatigue. Otherwise it can occur in their
usual habit of exercising and stop suddenly.

Diet can affect the menstrual cycle. For example, they are
used to eating a lot and sudden diet. This will make the body of stress. Or it
could be that skinny body fat changes suddenly. Anyway, no changes in body
weight each striking.

Types of certain drugs can also disturb the regular
menstrual patterns, especially medicines that contain hormones. For example, a
drug used to treat itching or pain medication ear. Only after stop taking
medication, menstruation will return smoothly.

Delay menstruation more often experienced by women who was a
girl, because the pattern is not a regular grafting. However, when it used to
menstruate regularly then too late, then you should ask yourself. you may be
taking certain medications.

Are You Really Pregnant ? (part 3)

Whenhealthy - The following article is a continuation of a previousarticle, about the early signs of pregnancy.

Constipation

Constipation or bowel obstruction is one early indicator of
pregnancy. An increase in progesterone causes digestion to slow down, so food
passes more slowly through the gastrointestinal tract, which can lead to
constipation.

Change of Mood

You are not the type of women who are sensitive at first.
but the influx of hormones in your body in early pregnancy can make you weepy.
Changes in mood from happy to sad too common, especially in the first trimester
(12 weeks).

Feel Dizzy

Feeling dizzy or even feeling drift common in pregnant
women. This sensation is usually the result of a change in circulation when the
blood vessels in your body dilate while your blood pressure decreases. In early
pregnancy, dizziness can also be caused by low blood sugar.

Basal Body Temperature Increases

Your basal body temperature is the temperature taken orally
when you first wake up in the morning. This temperature will be slightly
increased after ovulation and remains at that level until the next menstrual
period.

If you've been charting your basal body temperature to
determine when you ovulate, then you will see that the increase for more than
two weeks is a sign of pregnancy. And in fact, basal body temperature will
remain high throughout pregnancy.

So, Are you really pregnant?

Unfortunately, the early signs and symptoms of the above /
previous article devoted not only to indicate pregnancy. There are some that
indicate that you are sick or menstrual period will begin.

Or even reverse, you could be pregnant without experiencing
signs and symptoms as above.

However, it would be nice if you see any of the signs that
exist on this list, so please test yourself with a pregnancy test, especially
if you do not record your menstrual cycle or if your cycles are always shifting
away from one month to the next.

And also do not forget to keep yourself. Who knows you
really were pregnant.

Early Signs You're Pregnant (part 2)

Whenhealthy - The following article is a continuation of a previousarticle, about the early signs of pregnancy.

Nausea or Vomiting

Feeling of nausea in the morning is the classic signs of
early pregnancy. Most of nausea was begun about four to eight weeks of
pregnancy, but vomiting can be started in two weeks after conception.

Although nausea and vomiting during pregnancy is commonly
known as "morning sickness", but in fact could happen anytime. It
appears this happening because of the drastic increase in estrogen levels
produced by the placenta and fetus. This hormone causes the stomach to empty
more slowly, which may lead to the occurrence of this problem.

Pregnant women are also known to be more sensitive to smell,
so a variety of smells like "perfume, coffee, cooking, or cigarette
smoke" can trigger nausea or even vomiting.

Do Not Like or Want to Eat Certain Foods (Cravings)

Turning your nose from a particular food is usually the
early signs that you are pregnant. Even the smell of certain foods can cause
nausea in early pregnancy.

One study suggests that pregnant women usually do not like
the smell of coffee in the early weeks of pregnancy. Meat, dairy products and
spicy foods are common objects disliked women during pregnancy.

Food cravings are also common during pregnancy. As well as
other symptoms of pregnancy, the desire to eat certain foods can be caused by hormonal
changes.

Pregnant women often experience changes in appetite,
especially at the beginning of the semester, it is the result of hormonal
changes that are still very strong.

Frequent Urination

Many pregnant women find that they become more frequent
trips to the bathroom than usual. This happens In the first pregnancy, this is
due to the enlarged uterus pressing on your bladder.

Headache

If you are pregnant, you may be troubled by frequent mild
headaches. In the early days of pregnancy, a headache could be caused by the
increased blood circulation caused by hormonal changes.
Signs and Symptoms of Pregnancy (part 1)

Whenhealthy - Signs and symptoms of early pregnancy

Are you pregnant? The real proof can be seen in “pregnancy
tests”. But you can expect that you are pregnant, even before you are late
menstruation, if you experience one or more signs and symptoms of pregnancy.

Here are signs that can be seen in the first weeks after you
become pregnant.

Breasts are sore and swollen

One of the physical changes experienced during pregnancy are
changes in the breast. Your breasts will feel heavy, sore or painful to the
touch. In the first or two weeks after pregnancy, your breasts begin to grow
and change in preparation for producing milk. The primary cause of this change
is the increased production of hormones estrogen and progesterone. Changes in
your breasts will be seen more clearly if you are pregnant your first time.

Fatigue

Many women who feel exhausted during pregnancy, especially
in the early days. This may be a natural way to persuade mothers to take more
time to sleep, in preparation for the nights where he could not sleep in the
days to come. However, There is also a physical reason for this fatigue.

In the first weeks of pregnancy, your body works very hard, "pumping
hormones and producing more blood to carry nutrients to your baby. To
accommodate this increased blood flow, your heart pumps harder and faster.
Plus, progesterone is a natural depressant to the central nervous system, so
the presence of this hormone in large quantities cause you to feel sleepy. But tere
is possibility of pregnancy can lead to feelings of worry that can absorb your
energy and cause insomnia.

Slight Bleeding or Abdominal Pain

Some women experience slight spotting or bleeding during
early pregnancy, about 10 or 14 days after fertilization.

Known as implantation bleeding, which occurs when a
fertilized egg attaches to the uterine wall. Such bleeding usually occurs
earlier, fewer and lighter color than usual blood of menstruation, and the only
briefly.

There is also a pain or abdominal cramping early in
pregnancy when the uterus begins to enlarge. The pain is exactly like pain
during menstruation.

In The Short Term, Carbohydrate Diet Can Lower The Intelligence

In The Short Term, Carbohydrate Diet Can Lower The Intelligence

Whenhealthy - Eliminating carbohydrates in daily diet can indeed lose
weight, but its side effects is quite surprising, the decline in memory. It is
proved by experiments conducted Holly A. Taylor, PhD, and colleagues.

They studied 19 women aged between 22-55 years were ordered
to do low-carb diet or low calorie diet (lots of fruits, vegetables, and
grains). Before the diet, participants experiment tested whether short-term
memory or long-term. The test is repeated one, two, and three weeks after
starting the diet.

In memory test unity week, the participants were
low-carbohydrate diet showed a worse outcome than the participants low calorie
diet. Participants of low-carbohydrate diets have slower reaction and
visual-spatial memory worse. However they showed better results on tests of
attention and the ability to remain in a given task.

Memory skills of participants low carbohydrate diet showed
improvement after the first week when they were asked to eat foods that contain
carbohydrates in limited quantities.

Results of this experiment showed that the diet does not
only affect the weight. The brain requires glucose (derived from the breakdown
of carbohydrates) for energy, therefore low-carbohydrate diet can reduce
learning ability, memory, and thinking. As stated Taylor.

However, this experiment proves only short-term effects of
low-carbohydrate diets, for that other studies should be conducted to see the
effect of diet on the long-term memory.
