We are superior! We don't like n*****s! Why? Anyone who feels and believes this is afraid of something. If we take away everything that African-Americans created that these ignorant people are currently enjoying, let's see what is left. Better yet, let's take away everything anyone of color have created. Let's leave them in their own filth (minds, bodies, and spirit) and see what type of world they will be in. If I had the resources, I would put them in a boat and banish them to their own island. They wouldn't have an opportunity to leave - they would be stuck there to survive all alone. The fear would be gone because they would be together with their own kind. Deuces!

Where is the lesson ....

Living paycheck to paycheck, faithfully showing up to an unfulfilling job, losing sight of your career, and constantly being around angry people ... what is the lesson? Where is the change? Why them not me?

Take Flight: God has a purpose for our lives. Dealing with day-to-day struggles allows the opportunity to stay focused, faithful, and strong. Stay prayed up!!

The universe is all around you and is LISTENING! You tell yourself you'll never get married, you won't get that promotion, your mate will cheat on you, etc. You also allow your childhood issues to affect your adult life. All thoughts and words are negative speak. As Proverbs 23:7 states "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee."

Thinking and feeling optimistic is not easy for alot of people. People always assume the worst because it is easier to say "I told you so." Living with a pessimistic person can be stressful for any optimistic person. Stay focused and smile your way through their negative speak. You only have one life to live and it is okay to grow and mature in it.

Take Flight: Tell the universe something you want by writing it down, praying and thinking about it daily. I can guarantee that it will come to fruition. And remember, you will get it when you can handle it. If you want a house but you can barely pay your rent, the universe will not reward you with that blessing until you can handle your finances. Preparation will always meet opportunity.

It's called "monkey see, monkey do." It was a saying when you were young and it carries into adulthood.
As a child it is cute, but adults take it to another level. "I'm going to do this because everyone else is doing it." It becomes dangerous and it causes alot of strife.

Peer pressure and bullying is usually the trigger. We have the need to belong and are so afraid of being alone. As thinking, consenting and on occasion, rational adults, we should be strong enough to manage ourselves. But we don't. We have the need to be accepted and this keeps bullying alive and well. Can you take care of you? Is your self-esteem so low that you can't function without a crowd or partner?

Take Flight: Look in the mirror, face your demons and start loving yourself. You are your own best friend and can be your own worst enemy! You make the decision....

The recession has been an eye-opening life experience for everyone. Classes have divided: The middle class has diminished and the upper class have gotten richer and more self-absorbed. Jobs have either disappeared or been downsized. Mature adults have been placed in positions where they have to humble themselves to allow bosses or superiors younger than themselves to lead them. And young adults (high school and/or college graduates) are struggling to find jobs to live the American dream their parents lived.

Everyone who have felt the sting of this recession are struggling to get to or back to their passion. They are "in the meantime", which was originally coined by Iyanla Vanzant. As they make ends meet, stay optimistic and keep their heads up - they still struggle to live a life where they are actively doing what they are passionate about.

The answer: Visualize your dream (see yourself doing your passion) and meditate. Take some quiet time daily with God and you will get guidance. Follow your gut instincts and listen to the whispers.
