Le Thai located near the intersection of 6th and Fremont. It is compact. The food was good and the staff was friendly and attentive. Moderately price this is a nice place for Thai food.

The Grotto is an Italian restaurant located in the heart of the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino on Fremont Street in Las Vegas. The food is great. Part of the seating area is next to a large window overlooking the pool. So naturally in the early afternoon there is a floor show of sorts in that there are all these sun bathing pool goers just feet away. That is if you like watching frolicking by the pool. If not the rest of the place is well separated from the view. This is a best place to eat on Fremont Street.

Hash House a Go Go Fremont Street

Located at the west end of Fremont is the recently recent remodeled Plaza Hotel. As part of that remodel a number of new restaurants opened. The Hash House is one of these new digs. I had not had a chance to eat there until just recently. I had a Cheese burger. For about $8 you get a 1 pound burger. It was hard to finish. If you have someone to share with, it would be perfect. They also have a full bar. It's on my list of places to revisit.

Locate near the corner of Fremont and Las Vegas Blvd. a new Mediterranean Cafe opened recently. It is across from the Heart Attack Grill. It is a small space with only a dozen or so tables. The food was very good.

Oscar Goodman's Restaurant Beef Booze and Broads

Oscar's Restaurant is now up and running in Las Vegas. Located on Fremont Street at the Plaza Hotel the restaurant has great views of Fremont Street. The advertising phrase is Beef Booze and Broads. Its a nice place, here's the videos.

Binion's Steak House

On the top floor of Binion's Casino on Fremont Street in Las Vegas is the Steak House. I first ate here over 20 years ago. The food was great then and it still is today. I took this video in the middle of the day. The views are even better in the evenings. The Restaurant is locate on the top floor of the Hotel tower. There is an express elevator that delivers you to the lobby. It is a good place for a fine dining experience.
