The Arc Angels’ Living In A Dream CD / DVD Combo was released on 17 November 2009. Now through 4 December, Where’s Eric! is hosting a contest to celebrate its release. The 3 disc set has 14 live tracks along with three new studio tracks. From down and dirty blues to straight ahead rock and roll, the music never stops! The DVD has the full length concert, an Arc Angels documentary and more. The Arc Angels – Charlie Sexton, Doyle Bramhall II, and Chris Layton – opened for Eric Clapton during his May 2009 U.K. Tour.

According to CMT, Eric Clapton and James Burton are featured on "You Can Have Her" a track on Jerry Lee Lewis' new digital EP, "Mean Old Man." Available only from Amazon and not other digital retailers, it also features Sheryl Crow, Merle Haggard, Kid Rock and Kris Kristoferson. It's not Clapton's first collaboration with Jerry Lee - they partnered on "Trouble In Mind" on Lewis' 2006 CD of duets, "Last Man Standing."

"Edge of Darkness", the six-part 1985 BBC produced drama, is finally available in the United States and Canada on a two-disc Region 1 DVD. Long available in the UK on VHS and DVD, it stars Bob Peck, Joe Don Baker, Charles Kay, Ian McNeice, and Joanne Whalley. The score was composed by Eric Clapton and Michael Kamen. The thriller's plot revolves around a police detective who investigates the murder of his own daughter and becomes embroiled in a vast conspiracy.

Paul Stewart - eldest son of Formula One legend Sir Jackie Stewart - and Eric Clapton have recorded a charity single, entitled "Fly Free." Recorded in honour of his father's 70th birthday, a film for the song was also produced by Paul's younger brother, Mark. Both will be available for purchase by download when they are released on 15 November 2009. All moneys raised will be donated to the Formula One charity, The Grand Prix Mechanics' Charitable Trust. The trust was founded by Sir Jackie Stewart and others more than 20 years ago.

Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital (GOSH) in London is holding its annual Starcards Fundraiser from 5 November to 15 November 2009 via an eBay Charity Auction. Each year, StarCards offers a collection of celebrity signed playing cards and other unique items. Among this year's items is a framed photo of Eric Clapton with an autographed two of clubs playing card. Other participating celebrities in include Mark Knopfler, Gary Moore, Steve Vai, Paul Carrack, Rick Parfitt, Phil Hilborne, Scott Mckeon and Joe Brown.

Universal Music Group will release a double disc Deluxe Edition of the seminal 60s recording John Mayall with Eric Clapton Blues Breakers on 17 November 2009 in the United States. Known affectionately as "The Beano Album," this upcoming U.S. release is identical to the 40th Anniversary Deluxe Edition released outside the United States in 2006. Disc One contains both the mono and stereo versions of the album.

Rock Hall 25: Jeff Beck Band to Perform in Clapton's Stead on 30 October 2009 at MSG

As announced on whereseric.com on 23 October 2009, Eric Clapton has cancelled his performance for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Concert on 30 October to undergo a minor medical procedure for gall stones. The Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame has announced that the Jeff Beck Band will perform in Eric's stead, along with some very special guests at Madison Square Garden this Friday night (30 October).

Unfortunately Eric Clapton has cancelled his performance for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame concert next week to undergo a minor medical procedure for gall stones. He will spend time recuperating at home in the UK and is very sorry to disappoint the fans and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
