A low listing inventory is persisting in the Whistler market creating both challenges and opportunities for buyers and sellers.

For buyers, finding the right property to fit your wants and needs may take more patience, but you may be running out of time to get a property at a 'bottom of the market' price. You may need to actively seek out that perfect property. Whistler Cay Heights Update

I live in Whistler Cay Heights and truly believe there is no better neighbourhood. From Whistler Cay Heights you can walk to the village, to Lost Lake Park, to Rainbow Park, to grocery stores and shops. Ski lifts are a short walk across the highway and there are hiking and biking trails just steps from the area. There is also a daycare centre and a primary school in the area.

Just recently there was a foreclosure sale of a luxury log home in Whistler Cay Heights which was bid up by $215,000 highlighting the appeal of the neighbourhood. I've blogged about this Eagle Drive Log Home.
