Painted Muslin

Hi There!

We have 3 new painted muslin creations available tonight....

Each bear is entirely hand-painted, and they have black glass eyes. They are string jointed for many posing options, and full of character.

This week we are continuing to work on several custom order bears, as well as some new designs for our website. We're expecting a little cooler weather later this week, and I can't wait to get outside with the girls again. It's been so hot this weekend that we've all stayed indoors.

Introducing a New Design!

Hello Everyone!

We have a new design to share with you tonight. This hand-painted muslin bear stands 11" seated, and has black glass eyes. His head is moveable, and his limbs are string jointed. He has a weighted belly.

Hello Everyone and Happy Weekend!

We have a new design to debut tonight! Meet Napoleon the Baby Mini Lion...

Napoleon is a lion cub that stands 3" tall, and is made from soft tan cashmere, and we hand-painted his eyes a beautiful bright blue. I love his tiny little whiskers! Napoleon is currently available on our website, and you can find him here:

We have a wonderful panda available this evening named Hoshi. We hand-dyed his extra long mohair, and gave him big blue eyes and a slightly opened mouth. He stands about 11" tall, and he has been firmly stuffed and weighted.

Sagan the Bear

Hello Everyone!

It has been a while, as we have been hard at work on custom orders in our studio! This evening we have a new bear named Sagan available. He stands about 11" tall, and is made from a lovely long medium density mohair that we hand-dyed. He has been shaded with complimentary tones, and he has bright blue glass eyes that are hand-painted.

Sebastian and Wynter

Good Morning!

I have a few bears to share that we have created recently. First, meet Sebastian...

Sebastian is a little 4" Fluffy Baby Mini Bear made from hand-dyed Japanese Silk. He was commissioned by a lovely collector in Maryland.

Next we have Wynter, a gorgeous 11" white mohair bear that will be off to his new home in Texas next week. I love his icy blue eyes and open mouth design!

When I haven't been in the studio this past week, I've been in the backyard with the girls. It's been quite a bit cooler, so we are taking full advantage of it. Enjoy your weekend!

Shui the Panda

We have a black and sky blue panda bear available for adoption this evening! Meet Shui....

Hasn't this week flown by quickly? We have a new bear available this evening named Cy! He is made from a wonderful bronze mohair that I love. This fur is no longer made, and it was the last piece that I had in the studio. I love this color with green eyes.

This past week we celebrated our daughter's 2nd birthday. I made a berry pie (she prefers pie over cake believe it or not!), and we had such a fun day. Tonight we are enjoying some much needed rain and cooler temps - perfect weather to work with mohair!

Kai is made from lilac and lavender mohair - I really love this color combination, particularly with bright green eyes. He is firmly stuffed and weighted, and has a sweet expression.

Hi There!

We have a new design to debut this evening! Meet Ora....

Ora stands about 11" tall and is made from a lovely thick lilac mohair. He has a bent arm design and a stocky body, which I'm quite fond of. He is firmly stuffed and also weighted with steel shot. We both had a lot of fun creating Ora!

Micah stands approx. 11" tall. He was created from long white mohair. I really like this particular white fur because it is very soft. He has hand-painted blue glass eyes, and is stuffed quite firmly. Micah is currently available on our website here:

This week has sure gone by quickly in our studios! We have been hard at work on several projects, and we are pleased to share our latest creation with you. Meet Faris...

Faris stands approx. 11" tall and is made from a dense rust colored mohair. I really enjoy working with this fur as it is very thick and I love the color. He has tons of character, and he is firmly stuffed and weighted.

Hello Everyone!

If you have been following our Facebook fan page you may have seen our work in progress photos of a new woolly pandaphant. We completed him earlier today...Meet Balboa....

Balboa stands about 14" tall and is made from hand-dyed brown and stone mohair. We haven't created a woolly in a while, and I really enjoyed making this one.

It was a gorgeous weekend here in California, and the next few days are suppose to be near 100 degrees! I think we will just stay indoors and create until it cools down. If you have a chance I would love to hear what you think of Paulie.
