With three firsts and three seconds the pair were over 10 points ahead of the second placed boat of Mark Watts and Chris Bishop of Team Ullman Sails from Weston Sailing Club, who beat the third placed boat of Tim Harrison and Jonny Ratcliffe by only a point! 25 boats sailed in the 3 races on Friday and 4 races on Sunday, with competitors coming from as far away as La Rochelle to sail at the Whitstable event. Good luck to all of the B14 sailors heading out to the Worlds in Plérin, France in just under 2 months time! Some of us have been lucky enough to meet British sailor Andrew 'Bart' Simpson and found him the most modest of Olympians. Sadly he died yesterday whilst training on the AC72 Artemis in San Francisco Bay.
