Abraham Maslow சொன்ன Hierarchy of Needs.. படிக்கட்டில் இல் நகர்ததிலிருக்கும் மக்களின் தேவைகளும் கிராமபுர மக்களின் தேவைகளும் வேறு படுகின்றன.....இப்போது அரசியல் கட்சிகள் target மார்க்கெட்டிங் மூலம் இவர்களை segment செய்து cost benefit analysis, cost per vote calculate செய்து பார்த்தால் கிராமபுர மக்களின் vote சீப் அண்ட் பெஸ்ட் option ஆக தெரிகிறது......இதுதான் disproportionate வாக்குப்பதிவிற்கு காரணம் என கருதுகிறேன்...:)

Ssssssshhhh...Silence as mode of communication

Communication is a means whereby exchange of thoughts takes place between minds. Words, signals, etc are processed by the co-ordinate efforts of brain and finally results in thought reception.

Communication can be classified as verbal or Non verbal communication. During primitive ages i.e. during early stages of evolution of human race when words weren’t invented men communicated through non verbal communication like raising voices, modulating their tones or sending visual cues etc albeit central idea being thought exchange must happen between minds.

How about silence as means of communication. Silence –no words, no cues, only emotional reasoning happens between minds. Silence can convey a lot than words. When words could not convince one’s heart, mind tends to switch to a different mode to communicate. Silence is the only peculiar object of human emotion to transfer thoughts without need for cues, words, sounds etc.

Silence can communicate either positive or negative thoughts. In a business environment when silence communication happens between two close and frinedly colleagues a lot can be conveyed between minds. But when remaining silent before a superior during crisis times may be perceived as irresponsible attitude as employee is acting in contradiction to business needs failing to communicate what essentially the firm demands..

Knowing when to be silent and when not be is a skill that has to be learnt while using silence as a means of communication.

A smile in silence is a positive affirmation. A frowning face during a silence clearly indicates lack of acceptance and clear state of mind’s dejection.

When hearts lie close especially in case of loved one’s or (happy couple) silence is worth a million words.

But in a business environment where different minds from different background converges with a aim to create surplus for the organization silence is usually less desired as hearts are far separate and no one can really perceive who others are except those colleagues who had long term understanding and those close colleagues could easily reason out his pals mind what he is really up to.

For a loving mother if her child remains silent than she will perceive her child is in trouble.

A tiger hiding inside a bush remaining pin drop silent can be perceived as its ambush to catch its prey.

For a husband a long silence from his wife can be interpreted as wife’s dislike to arrival of her mother in law.

A student remaining silent during viva voce can be interpreted as his failure to grasp the subject matter.

Our Prime Minister remaining silent during times of critical remarks from opposition can be interpreted as test to his seasoned mind with his years of association in Indian Politics and acting as a matured politician.

Tiredness can result in silence. Loss of interest can be expressed in silence. Likes can be expressed in silence. Dislikes can be expressed in silence.

Conclusion: I would like to conclude the chapter on silence with a concept on financial accounting Substance over form. Substance over form is an accounting principle used "to ensure that financial statements give a complete, relevant and accurate picture of transactions and events. In simple words substance is what on the inside and material what is on the outside. Silence is what expressed on the outside and emotion the substance inside. While using silence as a communication the form-silence and substance –emotion should act with same wavelength so as to achieve the best of communication.

Staffing as a Skeleton: Like skeleton system of any homo sapiens which cages our heart Human relations are the lifeline of any organization since they form the major chunk of decision making process deciding the success or failure of Organization.

Staffing as Blood circulation: For humans blood flow circulation is essential to keep the various organs alive and intact with body , staffing which does the process of filling and keeping filled the various organizational structure is essential in keeping the organisation alive and intact with Business needs.

Homo sapiens are considered to be one of the blessed and unique multi cellular organisms in earth since we humans have innate and highly evolved trait of power to think.

But most of the time while working as a team a lot of conflict arises in decision making process to arrive at a at decision since thought process are not quite similar for any two individuals or a group of individuals.

Ed ward de bono stated that the emotions, the information, the logic, the hope and creativity suppresses our thinking process and we squander too much of time in mixed emotion of thoughts and finally we end up in a messy outcome.

So in order to streamline our thinking process Edward de bono suggested “six thinking hats” each hat defines certain type of thinking and wearing each of these hats under various stages results in parallel thinking and as a team we become much more productive.

Six hats consists of which White hat which calls for facts, information; Red hats which takes into account of feelings and emotions; Black hat signifies caution and critical thinking; Yellow hat thinking insists on optimism and positive outcomes; Green hat focusing on creativity and innovation and finally the Blue Hat which ensures all the six thinking hats are observed and followed in the THINKING process.

The color of each hats itself has their own implied meaning ie, Red color symbolizes fury and emotions, White color a neutral color, being objective, Black color symbolizes negative and bad so as to identify negative aspects, and Green color symbolizes fresh green vegetables symbolizing creativity and new ideas, Yellow is auspicious and brings out optimism, and blue color representing blue sky which shows favor upon all other hats symbolizing organized thought process.

The advantages of these six hats are eradication of ego, streamlining our attention, thinking with established rules thereby every individuals thinking is accounted and improves productivity in decision making.

Sona could not sleep that night remembering the pebble that often comes every night in her dream at a lightning speed towards her eyes with an urge to smash her head into pieces which made her to woke up in the middle of every night but later realizing the that pebble was a virtual dream yet it pained her body as if she escaped from great danger in reality. But she firmly believed that stone would bring enormous power and wealth to her irrespective of its gigantic density. Sona after completing her under graduation course at the Cambridge fell in love with a guy named Raju. Sona married raju at London and her soul often dreamed of wearing Raju’s shoes ever since she met him. Raju was kind to her but sona restricted herself from wearing Raju’s Shoes as she felt she would be committing a great disrespect to her husband and often refrained from wearing his shoes. Still the pebble came in her dreams at a lightning speed virtually painful yet she felt it as a sign of Good fortune.

Years passed , Raju’s passed away and one fine morning sona sat behind her husband shoes feeling all the love she had for him. She felt its time at least once she should wear Raju’s shoes so as to attenuate the absence of Raju in her life as his shoes are the only thing which she felt her husband still lives with her. As she stepped inside Raju’s shoes a sudden blast of thunder and light sparked her home the pebble came at a lightening speed towards her and this time sona fainted on the floor unconscious her foot encapsulated by her husband’s shoes.

Scene:2….2012 A.D

India returned the Congress-led-UPA to a near majority in the 2009 general elections with Manmohan Singh as the Prime Minister. Sonia Gandhi leader of the UPA was at her home lying in her bed. A pebble came at a lightening speed in her dream which made her woke up realizing the phone ring was ringing for a longtime.

She picked up the call listened for a minute replied “am happy Manmohan ji”.. this victory was the one which I had always dreamed of…..she looked below her feet encapsulated by Rajiv Gandhi’s shoes…that moment she felt the fortune had finally arrived.

Noaaaaaaaa…………..wwwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaaaaaaa…….uuuuuuuuuuuu….i screamed at my father for forcing me to carry out routine bodily ablutions with the monotonous, boring, tasteless, minty less, a soap which lives like a tortoise doesn’t disintegrate quickly unlike other soaps with a comparatively large life cycle ……I recoiled my emotions ; curtailed my candy passions unable to defend the facts its herbal, recommended by doctors, allergic resistant blablahh burying my fantasies couldn’t withstand irrefutable logics of my father…

During my college times I felt it’s high time to un earth my buried fantasies….My Lascivious impulses with different candy bars exploded and started stacking my cupboards with all lingering colors...Transparent brown….Butter scotch…milky white….Pink..Rosy red….

Each day went with a different color……Bathing at its best….Soul rejoiced each with day humming Bum-Bum-bole

One fine morning as I was dusting my bed…My nostrils sensed some deep rooted flavor being unearthed….. Beneath my bed I found a old wrapper of Hamam….

an old fragrance and yet its scent is good enough to decipher and acted like a ATM pin number and unlocked some very old fixed deposit account that my mind-bank opened long back….

As these senses got paired I started dwelling about memories of my past….The word “Trust” flashed into my mind……Years of usage of this soap has built itself a castle of trust inherently which came into lime light after series of experimentation with candy bars…..The truth is that the short lived colorful candy passions could not by pass but rather disappeared itself into a stream of thin year in its turbulent effort to by-pass inherent Hamam effects…….

Hamam dominated and still dominating millions of homes with a simple catch phrase…”Trust”… that truly ignited and built a long lasting trust in Millions of Homes a fact which continues to live irrefutable

I am 23.8 years old now…otherwise in words of Abdul Kalam I have completed 23.8 revolutions around the earth…Apart from thanking my parents, teachers, friends, relatives, Larry PAGE, Mark Zuckerberg who played a impeccable role in molding through me throughout these years I should also extend my thanks to ozone layers, tectonic plates, Photosynthesis, and Mother earth (which has no other option but to travel only in one single path right from its creation and inherently creating two woods for Robert Frost letting him stand amused which road to chose not only confusing himself but also pressuring students the day before exams which stanza to memorize and transforming students into short lived Poets during exams creating their own stanzas leaving their English teachers perplexed in a pool of Questions how English as Language affected Globalization instilling creativity into the Minds of students) albeit thanks could not parallel for these inorganic/organic- complex mix of Mother earth.

Humans now are finding ways to flavor Robots with romanto-Philic devices so that they can also involve in copulation like other biotic organisms. I always wondered what triggered their neurons to branch towards in developing such extreme Engineering. When I add the term “extreme” is it the innate quality vested with some Humans to think extremely?? or it is only a relative perception when perceived by a Human who has never screened his cornea in focusing such odd things.

At this Juncture my grey matter is forcing me to utter a fact stated by Edward De Bono (I am restating his fact in my own words)…The level / quantum of thinking involved by scientists in accurately positioning the orbit is same as that of level of Thinking involved by your mother in making perfect sambar/dal in her kitchen. Scientists or our mothers they both act according to the extreme perfection with their quantum of Learning’s throughout their revolutions around the earth.

People always tried to simplify things with their thinking but there is also another fact that simplifying things will tend your brain to seek the path of least resistance and your brain will become as soft as cheese diluting its core values. This happens when you get graduated with a Engineering with 70% marks.

At any point we will sense the above mentioned truths ….. and if anytime if you come across such truths in your work life either use your Muscley brain to resolve the issue or use your cheesy brain to write a poem and search for another Job.

When Rachoredas (Aamir khan in the movie 3 idiots) was questioned by his friend whether by uttering “All izz well” would provide solution for all our problems. Rachoredas deliberately replied “nope…but it would give the necessary courage to face the reality”. The context of this scene explains us the thumb rule to control or govern our stimuli to the challenges posed in our life with ease. At times too much realistic approach to the circumstances will demand extraordinary pressure from our side to resolve the challenge which is unwarranted for a long term inclusive growth personally.
That’s why our ancestors faked (idealized) the real time observation and put it in a form accessible at all time and for generations to come without any undulations in our notion to substantiate the real time observations.
In The subject engineering mechanics-Statics bodies subjected to forces under rest are idealized as rigid bodies (zero stress-No pain; but gain) so that statement of Newton’s 3rd law would be enlightened. So this kind of approach where faking the realism and the resolving the problem of realistic events through what we call as Idealization is what our society practiced and the humans are still on this earth as humans by means of idealization of naturally occurring events.

We all act throughout our life with all our premonitions and preconceived notions embedded within our roots of intuition gained from the experiences of the past since we are very much afraid by the confrontations in times of adversity as well as very much elated by the strokes of wining moments. Since our human body is nothing but an intellectual flesh which acts according to the demands of the universe and we use this very intellect in the pursuit of life to persist without getting petrified by the restraint posed by the unbroken oddities of life with perseverance.

Three months passed just like a flash of thunder and here I am prepared for the next lucky offer that many consider as a blessed one. In these span of three months I never went for any other offer persisting emotionally to conquer all the odds arising out of being jobless facing parents, neighbors, dobhiwala, dabbawala, thatwala, thiswala, and all that unexpected walas whom you need to encounter in all walks of your life even thou your intentions don’t demand them.

If we think we are alone and if we suspect do really people notice us ?…. Weed out that question once for all. Coz there are always as many more people than you think would be anticipating and would be making all guess works and speculating about us and what we are heading onto. Some speculate positively and some in their most contemplated negative way. The later includes all the ones whom you had not spent most part of your life.

They do have meager idea about us…They really know what we exactly amount to and speculate in a quantity with what they really know about us.

So how to sort out that the ones who really care and one who seem to care about us and who never care about us.

Whenever we contemplate or thinking about something or someone, our intensity of contemplations depends on the depth or quantum of understanding we have about something or someone.

So to win someone or something we need to persist. Patience and time will answer who we really are. Even if we are thrown out by the society and whole world is against us our emotional persistence and the necessary endurance to encounter all those awkward moments then you are there where you want to go. We slowly gain momentum in understanding of the real world and who the people really are.

In her case there is something special.

abihnaya being challenged with her sense of hearing and speech samuthirakani brought the essence of her talent evaporating all the challenges bringing out the best of her on the screens.

her father expressed the entire credit to the team NADODIGAL for her adorable performance in the movie.

After witnessing CAST AWAY many people might have contemplated why Wilson left noland while noland was at the verge of succeeding in his years of trials and tribulations to leave the island…

Before carrying out the discussion let’s take a look at the birth of Wilson and his journey with Noland and the adventurous odds he faced during his stay with Noland..

Unlike any other Human whose birth was seeded from deep love, Wilson was born out of Noland’s frustration. Wilson came into existence on this earth after Noland was doomed in his bitter struggle to produce a fire out of static charges by rubbing the dry woods..

Fortunately this so called Wilson who made his existence on the earth arising out of Noland’s exasperation later mentored Noland in all his endeavors and endurance to remain alive in that God forbidden Island…

After Wilson's birth Noland was successful in setting the fire….("Pretty well made Fire..huh wilson!! " ..Noland exclaimed)

Wilson assisted in relieving Noland's tooth ache and they both succeeded in that too..

Wilson mentored Noland in fishing....

Wilson also taught Noland the idea of spinning a raft for sailing in order to escape from the island...

Noland climbed even the tallest rocks to find a rope since wilson insisted him to do so...

Noland and Wilson decided to use the plastic sheet brought onto the shores by sea waves and use it as a sail in building of their raft....

Now this time Noland sets off with Wilson in the forefront leading the raft onto the sea.....

So Dauntless in war...so faithful in perseverance....

And Finally two brave men proved their mettle....

And there comes our bitter end..The spirit which was guiding Noland throughout in his struggle for existence and conquer to the worst of all nightmares had finally bade good bye to Noland...

Wilson has proved enough to Noland that no man in the world is living alone..Every has Human has a firm and established determination to conquer and endure all the odds of life...It s the circumstances and opportunities that lights the unfired match stick earthed within ourself...

So it's time for us to unearth our own Wilson's to face batlle of life with persistence, determination and endurance...!!

“Cinema” the word cinema derives its meaning from Greek word “kinema” which means motion. Cinema is considered a group of pictures set in motion which would portray a set of incidents with human characters and is viewed in theatres for the purpose of entertainment. When comes to point of purpose it is evident that cinema as a multimedia tool is not alone meant for entertainment but also acts as an avenue of teaching the society in many ways.
Let’s have some understanding over the topic issued here. Everyone’s slice of life one way or other influences other whether good or bad. The topic raises concern over a fact that Cinema should not influence one’s life in such a manner that it should not change ones attitude in approaching his real time life in a cinematic way and tries us to convince cinemas should not be taken and viewed seriously and should be cherished like a piece of cake.

CINEMA AS A SLICE OF LIFE

Consider one example of Aamir Khan directed Taare Zamin Par. This cinema had brought out the story of young boys suffering who has been affected by a condition called Dyslexia which had made his life miserable and leads to cornering him down by his own father who had failed to understand him and all the situations that finally had made him low in spirits and lose the necessary guts to approach his life. One teacher understands the problem of this young boy’s learning disability and the foremost task he handled with that kid is to raise his spirits and weed out his mental sufferings and train him to come out of his disability finally makes him to climb the ladder of success and shows the world the fruit that had grown out of young boys potential.

This cinema has brought out three learning’s which anyone who watches the movie would realize:
 We must become the change we want to see. - Mahatma Gandhi
 Everything has its beauty, but not everyone sees it.-Confucius
 The humblest individual exerts some influence, either for good or evil, upon others- Beecher, Henry Ward
However this cinema has become a slice of life for many parent and changed the way of approach towards their kids. The learning imparted by this cinema that had influenced many lives cannot be merely attributed to a piece of cake. Indian movies like Rang De Basanti, Lage rago Munnabhai, Smile Pinky, Kannathil Muthamittal (Tamil) and international movies like A Beautiful mind, Cast away, Dead Poets Society, Taegukgi (meaning brotherhood in Korean) are some of the notable movies which conveyed positive message to the society. Movies with stories of how poor heroes can achieve great heights in spite of all odds has conveyed a positive impact on the society and influenced the society in a considerable means.

CINEMA AS A PIECE OF CAKE

As the Shakespeare’s phrase all that a glitter is not gold implies all showy things may not be necessary valuable. Since the commercialization of cinema to attract a wide variety of population has made the cine makers to move on with a stories which has only commercial value keeping in mind to get a maximum return on their investments has changed the perception about cinemas in the society. Movies with stories portraying our heroes as gangster, mobster, or an anti social activity who had turned so for a cause and not abiding by law are the main theme in our movies for long period. Some movies kindle violent emotions and insist on blood for blood principle. Even to portray antisocial elements prevailing in the society a lot violent exaggeration is needed. Portraying women as a glamour dolls and imparting western culture will have negative influence in the minds of youth who may succumb to such kind of practices. Cinemas with stories backed by brotherhood, pure love, patriotism, had become a thing of the past.

CONCLUSION

Life teaches us lesson in many ways. Like cakes which can be had as an adjunct snack with a cup of tea or coffee during break time cinema can be considered as a tool to kill our time just like a snack but has no anomaly to a meal which we cannot be replaced with a snack at the stipulated time.

I don’t know why sea waves are so busy 24*7 coming to the shores and wetting the earth then retarding back and again regaining its potential waving back to the shore and then again retarding.
Human’s say monotonous work bring a sense of laziness making them less productive finally leading to goal fatigue.

The time signs 12.31 am morning.(28^th july 2009)

I felt quite relaxed surpassing all odds that I faced every night. Now I opened the MS word sheet and started to really discuss with myself and transform my feelings into words to understand who I am really.

When people say that they are sleepless all night they may either contemplate about their past or obsessed with their pre conceived notions of their future with the experiences they had gained from the past. This is the state of disturbed or turbid mind which prevents acts based on norms that has been devised for perfect living.

This moment as I stroke the buttons of my key board I really felt myself entirely relieved off from my usual and confronted mind to a really peaceful and undisturbed soul which I really yearn for my entire life.

Staying away and being alone doesn’t mean that I am entirely detached from the real world. Rather the sub conscious powerful mind gives a new world that how we really bother people or vice versa.

In the delusionary world which I dwell People come as illusionary creatures into my mind. They confront. They share. They annoy. They make remarks. They feel great. They disturb. They may drag you down whenever you find a glimmer of happiness by yourself or boost our spirits high to continue our solitude success for the next level.

Solitude makes my spirits fly high...yeah yeah...i too suffer from contradicting spirits the long lasting good and evil that god implanted in every human. But in this state of solitude there is no one to make a remark. I practice inside four walls and face the battle along with numerous other soldiers. That imposed a lot difference in me. The cunning truth behind is that I face the battle along with other soldiers where every soldier excels from the acquired talents. I practiced in the four walls with myself and face the battle with a little room for other people to contemplate that how i had gained intuition and where I had practiced.

So the world is for people who perform. The world is on the lookout for watch makers and not for time tellers. Whether the watch design is from natural ability or acquired trait we help people in knowing the time.

But where am I failing. My desire to connect everything with what I had acquired over the years which finally confronted with sliding paths on my road to connectivity preventing the entire notion of accomplishing what I had desired.

When he invented verbal communication (languages) he was more comfortable in sharing ideas due to the clarity and speed which he found has an effective advantage in languages. His urge to share the information was very high to such an extent that he used his intelligence to even train the pigeons and succeeded in exchanging the news gathered by him with people in distant locations in ancient days. He didn’t stop his experimental research until he finds a tool that would provide him, the fast and accurate means to communicate with people all over the world and what has been developed at last is the invention of media which comprises of radio, television, newspapers, now the latest technologies like internet etc.

Invention of mass media has helped humans to solve problems that they faced while communicating with people around different parts of the world. Now we will discuss about how far these inventions has done its job effectively in satisfying the human needs.

Role of media:

Mass medias played an important role in the world to such an extent they even changed the political boundaries of the world. The importance of mass media was understood during crisis situations like war between two countries. Destruction was initiated because of furious communication between countries and peace was propagated through peaceful communication at the end of war between countries. Spread of religion can attributed to mass media. Religious men used mass media communication as an effective tool to propagate and promote good deeds of their religion to other people. Though medias does important work of communication between various people and updates them with day to day happenings of the world a control or check must to be on put how far the news delivered by them are perceived by the people. When we find the difference between the words he and himself, me and myself it is the word self which drives the man all through his life. The power of his inner self comes from his thoughts and beliefs, which had been perceived by his mind all through in his struggle to strive for a meaningful life.

Emerson a famous writer essayist says “man is nothing but what he thinks all the day long”. A serious thought that one cannot regret it. Life of man is full of his thoughts of what he had learned in the past, what he is experiencing at present will all cumulatively lay the foundation for what he will to do in the future.

Water takes the shape of object to which it is filled. Man is bound to take the form of his life of what does he thinks in his mind, his beliefs, his ideas perceived from his real time learning good or bad, positive or negative. His own thoughts would lay the road for life journey through which he has to travel. His thoughts only decide how far his road traveled is smooth or rough, whether he able to travel in the journey of life with ease.

Positive thoughts and beliefs is what make a man to travel the journey of his life with ease. Positive thoughts are habitual seeds that have to be cultivated right from our childhood. Look for the seed whether it is properly watered. Positive thoughts alone won’t get you the fruit of your life. It is how far you water those positive thoughts with positive acts in your life.

“Life”

What is life?

What is life all about? What does it imparts to every living creatures that undergoes a phenomena of so called birth and death. Do all living creatures lead the same amount of life? Why an unequal distribution of life is found among various species and also between the individuals of same species? Whatever is the species one remarkable and unique creature which developed as a result of evolution mechanism in this world and that creature than made a plethora of rules and regulations on how this world must be and started dominating all other living beings? This so called creature (man) defines LIFE as time interval between birth and death of living organisms. Does that definition fit for all living beings? If we so called human beings were born just to calculate the time interval between birth and death does it add any sort of value to our life that we lead which differentiates the human beings from the rest of the organisms in the world! Understand stand that time interval between birth and death is merely a life span and not life.

Evolution of religions:

Myths, Epics, Veda, Bible, Qur'an, were developed so as to make life meaningful in those days when men wandered in search for meaning of life. Typically what some men achieved at last is the evolution of religions. They framed divine myths and epics and so as to bolster their new found religion. These men found that unless until if a strong adjunct was framed then their successful findings would disappear into thin air. There came the existence of GOD. Men who found the religions were adept at the art of how to influence the other men and follow his way of living life. They found unless we instill fear in the minds of people their religion wouldn’t survive. They framed suitable facts and equipped with strong examples what would be the result of men having good and bad deeds. They preached every man with their strong and influential ideas with a view of transforming their nomadic life into an accountable one for his own life. They must able to differentiate the good and evil deeds and must choose the road where their life would be claimed meaningful in their life span.

Adverse effects of religion:

What do the religions achieved at the last? Although religious belief able to transform many of our life meaningful ultimately it had also opened doors for blood shed ideas. Men who framed complex rules and regulations to lead a meaningful life under a simple a name of religion failed to calculate how individuals adapt to their religion. Religions which were framed by scrupulous men to make others life meaningful made many of their life meaningless.

A war resulted in search for who is superior. Men started his journey with a search for meaning in his life and finally ended in search for “whose life is superior?” which implies that whose religion is superior. Albeit all religions were founded to provide meaning for life, unscrupulous men became skeptical of the existence of the other religion. They failed to recognize that all religion convey one single principle and started jumping in the race of superiority to establish themselves that they are powerful in the world. Inventions and innovations of science and technology add fuel to the fire.

What had resulted at the last is the exploitation of man by man and nation by nations resulting in the permanent suffering and carnage of poor people which resulted in ever lasting threat to humanity. Men started working for monetary gains involved in despotism ruled out the actual thoughts framed by the noble men. Blind faith in God and religious dispensations ruled the world.

People started to avoid rationalistic thoughts involved in reasoning by emotions and beliefs rather than reasoning out by their by mind. Exploiters used religion as tool to instill fear in the minds of the people for their own gains. Men who had similar ideas had involved in confrontation when it became the matter of their religion.

Misunderstanding of the reality caused men to involve in stereotyping. He decided not to find any reasons for his beliefs, trapped himself in a circle without accepting rational thoughts and ideas. This showed how men became mentally lazy and evaded thoughts by reasoning.

One best example of this is very noticeable in our political system. People had given importance to their religion first to elect their representatives to rule their region. The resultant of this kind of election had resulted in confrontations on all issues at the central government which resulted in improper governance. Will a nation would survive with its governance being backed by men having irrational thoughts and self centered ideas. How does will a country like India would bear all these men and give proper governance fulfilling all the needs of every citizen? All these cumulatively add up resulting in improper working of a nation and may have adverse effects on normal life of people.

Solution:

Men have to weave rational thoughts. Claim perfection. He has to come out of his blind beliefs in his myths and faiths and has to find a noble solution for all problems to reach an amicable settlement favoring all people irrespective of their caste, race, and religion.

Men is the own God for himself. An honest self-appraisal must be made sorting out the rational and irrational beliefs and weed out all his irrational thoughts choose the one which is claimed to be applicable to each and every men.

For a thirsty person water would be the God at that time. For a poor, money would be is God. For a leader his own good deeds are god. All these Gods would be understood by rationalistic men and he will act to fulfill their needs which are nothing but their Gods.

Unless if men is not going understand who is God behind everyone all his myths and beliefs about the religions are useless. Let us make one easily understandable rationalistic religion that’s binds all the people as one and live in a world where humane is weaved in all the minds of our people.

Terrorism:

What is terrorism? My orient Longman word master dictionary explains me this heebie-jeebies terrorism is the use of violence against political people, to obtain their political demands. In its verb form (terrorize) it is to create great fear in the minds of people. So the ultimate objective of the noun form of the terrorism (terrorist) is to instill fear in the minds of innocent people and destroy the valuable human life what they so define themselves as “divine war’ and to normal people it is called “Terrorism”. Before cursing the terrorist let us see why these normal humans have transformed themselves to terrorists and what they had achieved in their so called “Divine War”.

Roots of terrorism:

If we trace the lives of the so called graduates of terrorism they may have at least one of the following reasons as their back ground:

Most often these people are often belonged to a poorer family and are less success on their schoolings and vice versa and one of their blood thirst is cupidity.
Those who suffered serious ill treatment from the society and not finding anyone on the way to give a cure for them
Hereditary followers saying that “fighting for a cause” what their parents did.

These men join those universities like Al-Qaeda, Taliban, LTTE and naxalites whose professors won’t teach but preach blood shed rules of radicalism and use their lives for their own demand.

What do these men achieved at the last? If death is the answer what kind of uniqueness they had achieved? Not only had they sacrificed their lives but claiming some more lives with the view that they had stressed their radicalism and made an impact on the world to stress their needs. If this is the way a terrorist would stress his needs to the world then we must considered them as mentally retarded people affected by Dyslogia a condition where one is unable to make his idea clear on the account of some disorder in his mind.

It does not really mean that root causes of terrorism is only the terrorists but how we the so called normal beings have influenced their life and retreated to their demands must also be taken into account.

Kafeel Ahmed, recently he finds his place in the top dailies and magazines in the name of terrorist. If we probe in to his background we find that he is from a well brought up family whose parents were doctors, a person didn’t seek scholarship despite scoring 80-90%, a person who heads a team of five students for a well researched project report, ranked fifth in the university with 87.5%. .But what his verdict at the last. Had he ended up as an excellent engineer producing innovations in the field of science and technology? All his final efforts were in vain and at last he faced death like every human being but in a radical manner.

Analysis:

These individual entities cumulatively add up to the menace of terrorism.

Is death penalty is the only way to curb terrorism. Rather than removing their life from their soul, teach them why are we living in this earth, as a humans what we must contribute to the world and what we should not, living for desires and making demands is not life and if we do so we are not considered to be humans rather than that we would better call ourselves as animals.

Of course this is a quasi-static process and time consuming. But knowingly or un knowingly we had poured water and planted the tree of terrorism. It is our responsibility to cut it down right from its roots not with axe and saw but with divine tools like love and affection. Upgrading the moral value in present life is the need of the hour. Education must become an asset for human life and must not become a liability.

Solution:

No law and no sampling theory in the world is not even going to give a rough idea of what would be the count of terrorists in the world how many would evolve and how many had evolved in the world. No drug or technology would prevent this pandemic horrible disease.

Desires are the cause of all sorrows. Unless until if we strive to achieve a world where every human being is equal, where everyone’s demand is fulfilled, or must know how to live peacefully even thou their demand is not fulfilled, but a good sense of reasoning and deriving solutions in moderate manner would alone pave the way not will eradicate terrorism but will minimize the act of terrorism .But one day surely it would become true our future generations would say “we are living in a planet of terror free life”.

Human thoughts are unbound. When he is alone his thoughts cannot be measured. The solution to all of our problems in this world lies within ourselves but we fail to dig it out and present that at the right time. Late actions will prove disastrous and are undesirable. Understanding and clear reasoning of every action we encounter on this earth is what that makes our life meaningful. Life is one of the difficult and biggest sports in this world that men have to play for a long time. Achieving goals becomes tougher unless a clear understanding is made for all the actions either good or bad. Here I have presented my thoughts on some issues in the goal of reaching clear understanding and ultimately to achieve perfection. Because perfection is what that add meaning to our life! And that perfection comes from rationalistic thinking which has to be practiced forever!
