&lt;p&gt;This simple whole wheat pasta salad is one of our favorites. The combination of flavors really lends itself to whole wheat pasta. The sweet acidity of the balsamic vinegar pairs perfectly with the fresh basil and creates a delightful contrast to the hint of fresh garlic. 			<title>Chocolate Banana Panini</title>

I eat a little every day.  Often it's just a few chips right out of the bag.  Because of its antioxidant properties it is actually good for you, sugar content aside.  Fortunately, dark chocolate is relatively low in sugar. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;There are days when I crave something more than pure chocolate as a snack, but I don't have the time to bake up a favorite treat. A trip to the market yielded some yellow squash, fresh mushrooms, red onions, and red pears. 			<title>Light and Fluffy Whole Wheat Pancakes</title>

We have a wonderful buttermilk pancake recipe that we have made for years, but when I looked in the refrigerator all we had was our usual organic soy milk.  We almost always use soy milk in our baking and you would never notice the difference.  I had never tried it in our pancakes however.   &lt;/p&gt;&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;These little 'cookies' are almost too healthy to be called a cookie. My Dad has been on a life long search for a cookie that wasn't too sweet so after playing around with the ingredients I have finally achieved what he wanted.
