Cheers to the freaking weekend

Life’s too short to be sitting around miserable

My holidays r almost over so its time to go back to Vienna :(. I like Vienna so much, but this couple of days in sunny Croatia were great for me and I dont wanna leave because my dearest people r here :(.

Never mind, I have to go back to my ordinary life and dear people up there :).

First week when I come there, I have to go to some fall shopping. Yesterday I was at Forever21 online shop and picked some really cool stuffs and now I can hardly wait to go to Mariahilferstraße and occupy Forever21 shop :).

Happy International Peace Day!!

Hey my little fashinosta friends!

I love this day! Today is international peace day and I hope that u r following it :). It was a really peaceful, sunny and happy day for me. I was with my mom and one of my very good friend. We were talking and came to this great video below :).
Stop a little bit today and think how good is life, say someone how much u love him/her, hug him/her to show how special they r for u. Just enjoy and live in peace and love :)).

Now lets talk about fashion. I know u love it :D.

I dont know why, but last night I came to some ( for me) great idea! I want NOT the little black dress , I want the little WHITE dress :).

I know that white is more for summer and summer is over, but i dont care about rules. I fell in love with white dresses and maybe I'll afford one to me.. when I do my first exam this new academic year :D.

I will put some of my favourites here and I am interesting in ur opinion :). So pls tell me which one do u like the most :).

Alexander Wang Designs an $85 Spilt Coffee T-Shirt for Starbucks

Hey People!
I share here with u a song that I listen all the time these last days. I dont know why :).

Alexander Wang, Sophie Theallet and Billy Reid have each won a CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Award in the past three years, and the talented designers are no doubt in high demand for collaborative projects. So who has the powerhouse trio decided to partner with? None other than coffee-giant Starbucks.
In one of the most unlikely collaborations we’ve ever heard of, Wang, Theallet and Reid have all designed limited-edition tees in celebration of Starbucks’ 40th birthday. Each tee will be sold in-stores as well as online and, like everything else Starbucks produces, they will feature the instantly-recognizable logo of the brand (albeit slightly hidden).

According to InStyle, Alexander Wang said of his design, “The first thing we thought of was what everyone tries to avoid—spilled coffee on a T-shirt.” Indeed, after seeing the t-shirt (at left), it certainly looks like something we’d want to avoid.

If you’re into stains though, you can purchase the cotton tee here for $85. Or, for free, you could just spill your morning cup of jo on yourself tomorrow. Your call.

Pa s kime je to mocni trio odlucio biti partner? Ni s kim drugim nego sa gigantom kave Starbucksom.
U jednoj od najcudnijih kolaboracija za koju smo culi, Wang, Theallet i Reid dizajnirali su
limitirane T-shirte za proslavu Starbucksovog 10-og rodjendana. Svaka T-shirt bit ce u prodaji u ducanima kao i online i , kao i sve sto Starbucks proizvede, imat ce prepoznatljivi logo ove marke ( iako malo sakriveno).

Prema InStyle, A. Wang je rekao o svom dizajnu , " Prva stvar na koju smo pomislili jest da svatko pokusava izbjeci prolivenu kavu po T-shirtu.". Doista, nakon sto sam vidjela majicu, zaista izgleda kao nesto sto bismo svi izbjegli.

Ako ste se ipak polili, mozete kupiti ovu T-shirt za 85 dolara. Ili, besplatno, samo prospete svoju salicu kave po sebi sutra. Vas izbor :).

Rodarte Spring: Starry Night!

Rodarte‘s Mulleavy sisters are nothing if not dreamers–and for their spring 2012 collection they got lost in Van Gogh’s dream world. Dresses with the post-Impressionist painter’s sunflowers and swirly stars from his starry nights floated down the runway.

The stars were watching the runway as well: Elle and Dakota Fanning, Beyonce and Solange Knowles, and Taylor Swift were there in the front row. . To counter the mainstream stars and the heaps of praise and attention Rodarte has received, the sisters’ chose a reference point that speaks to the heart of the creative person. Van Gogh—a mentally unbalanced genius who died alone, impoverished, unrecognized in his time—is a model for struggling artist, the outsider, he whose passion overcomes every other notion of his being, including his own physical body (he cut off his own ear; he shot himself in the chest).

The sisters Mulleavy will have people talking with this collection. And if the response is more shock than awe, the intelligence and originality in this effort should subdue any such moaning.

Songs by Morrissey and Mazzy Star, prepared by Michel Gaubert and accompanied by Taylor Swift, helped you feel the airy layers of a Starry Night-hued frock. A wrinkled leather lambskin top, in a nearly unbelievable acid green, looked for madness and control, levity and weight, all at once. For every earth-toned, box-pleated dress, there were off-the-shoulder features. The structured garments reached out to the spirit of the tortured artist, but did not want to go as far as his grand and terrible finale. Van Gogh’s last words, apparently, were “The sadness will last forever.” No it won’t, says Rodarte.

Rodarte Mulleavy sestre nisu nista ako ne sanjari- i za njihovu proljetnu kolekciju 2012 izgubile su se u svijetu snova Van Gogha. Haljine sa suncokretima postimpresionisticke slikarice i zvijezdicama iu njegove zvjezdane noci, plovili su pistom.

I mnogi poznati su gledali reviju: Elle i Dakota Fanning, Beyonce i Solange Knowels i Taylor Swift su bile u prvome redu. Da bi se suprostavio mainstream zvijezda i hrpe hvale i pozornosti sto je Rodarte dobio, sestre su izabrale referentnu tocku koja govori o srcu kreativne osobe. Van Gogh, mentalno neuravnotezen genij koji je umro sam, siromasan, neprepoznat u svoje vrijeme, je model za umjetnika koji se bori, autsajder, on cija strast nadilazi svaki drugi pojam njegova bica, ukljucujuci i svoje vlastito fizicko tijelo ( odsijekao je svoje uho, upucao je sam sebe u prsa).

Sestre Mulleavy ce uciniti da ljudi pricaju o njihovoj kolekciji. I ako je odgovor vise šok nego strahopostovanje, inteligencija i originalnost u tom nastojanju trebaju obuzdati takvo oplakivanje.

Pjesme Morrissey i Mazzy Star, pripremljene od Michela Gauberta i Taylor Swift, pomogle su osjetit zrakaste slojeve zvjezdanonocnog ogrtaca. Naborane zivotinjske koze, u gotovo nevjerojatnoj kiselastoj zelenoj, izgledala je ludilom i kontrolom, lakocom i tezinom, sve odjednom. Za svaku boxy naboranu haljinu u zemljanim tonovima, bile su off-the-shoulder znacajke. Strukturirana odjeca posegnula je za duhom mucenog umjetnika, ali nije isla tako daleko kao njegov veliki i strasni finale. Van Goghove posljednje rijeci, navodno, su bile " Tuga ce trajati zauvijek". Nece, kaze Rodarte.

Lake Bell always has great casual, cool girl style and she’s doing everything right color-wise with this look. Kiera Knightley takes a risk and looks super chic in this frock by Mary Katrantzou. SJP has been sporting Prabal Gurung a lot lately and it’s turning out to be a designer/celeb match made in heaven. Julianna Marguiles is ladylike in Carolina Herrera and Ashley Tisdale looks young and fresh in this colorful Tibi dress.

Honestly, I dont like any of these dresses. But if I have to choose, I'll take this from Ashley Tisdale.

Lake Bell uvijek ima odlican klasicni, kulerski stil i sto se tice boja kod ovog outfita, sve je u potpunom redu. Kiera Knightley je riskirala i super izgleda u outfitu Mary Katrantzou. Sarah J. Parker u zadnje vrijeme je "nosi" Prabal Gurunga i cini se da je to pravi dizajner/ zvijezda spoj iz raja. Julianna Marguiles je poput lady u kreaciji Caroline Herrera , a Ashley Tisdale izgleda mladelacki i svjeze u ovoj Tibi haljini.

Iskreno, niti jedna od ovih haljina mi se bas ne svidja. Ali ako trebam birati, uzela bih haljinu Ashley Tisdale.

Steve Madden takes a shine to Miu Miu's glitery boot

I am not exactly surprised Steve Madden ripped off Miu Miu–actuallyThe mass retailer has already done it before–but I am a tad taken aback that they’ve chosen to copy this shoe in particular.

Firstly, let me just say that I love some Miu Miu. But I have to be honest with you: I think these particular Miu Miu shoes are just a tad unattractive. I mean, come on, a pastel strap sandal over top of a glittery golden bootie with a rounded-out heel? I guess I’m just not that adventurous with my footwear.

When they were sent down the Miu Miu SS11 runway they did catch my eye: They were completely original, and something only Miuccia Prada, with her signature whimsy, can pull off. Now when Steve Madden copies them…yeah, they’re just bad.

But now off to the topic, tomorrow there is a first summer giveaway on this blog! Its going to be something very pretty and I hope u like it :). So keep up till tomorrow my little fashionista friends !

Nisam bas iznenadjenja sto je Steve Madden "pokrao" Miu Miu- zapravo masa trgovaca je to ucinila vec prije - ali ja sam zapanjena sto su odlucili kopirati ove cipele u poptunosti!

Kao prvo, zelim reci da volim neke Miu Miu cipele. Ali moram biti iskrena prema vama: mislim da su osobito ove Miu Miu cipele potpuno neprivlacne.Mislim, hajde, pastelni remen preko svjetlucave povrsine sa zaobljenom i ispupcenom potpeticom? Mislim da nisam takvog avanturistickog duha sto se tice moje obuce.

Kada su se pojavile na Miu Miu SS11 reviji, uhvatile su moju paznju: Bile su potpuno originalne i nesto sto samo Miuccia Prada, sa svojim duhovitim potpisom, moze plasirati. Sad, kad ih je Steve Madden kopirao.. da, one su jednostavno prelose!

Here comes a Fall again!

The past few years the boyfriend jacket was very trendy,
but I've always pushed the fitted jacket as the way to go. Why?
For one thing, it helps create a waist and gives you a much sexier shape
than a baggy silhouette.

And trends will come and go, but classics will always be in style.
But don't think that fall fashion classics have to be boring.
Actually, as long as the silhouette is basic (like a jacket with a pretty,
timeless shape) the print and details can be very item-y and unique .

And here r some jacket I want and some coats 2 :).

Posljednjih nekoliko godina, boyfriend jakna bila je IN, ali uvijek sam davala prednost postavljenoj jakni. Zasto? Zbog jedne stvari, pomaze stvoriti struk i daje puno seksipilniju formu nego vrecastu siluetu.

Trendovi dolaze i odlaze, ali klasici ce uvijek biti IN. Ali takodjer nemojte misliti da jesenjski klasici moraju biti dosadni. Zapravo, sve dok je silueta osnovna ( kao sto je jakna s lijepom i bezvremenskom formom) printovi i detalji mogu biti stavka-y i jedinstveni.

I evo par jakna koje se meni svidjaju i neki kaputi takodjer :).

Azzedine Alaïa showed his fall 2011 to a select group of editors earlier in the March in Paris, nearly a week after Paris fashion week ended (because when you’re a master like Alaïa, you do as you please).

Alaïa prefers to work at his own pace and told WWD he thinks fashion’s increasingly breakneck pace is “inhumane.” The designer added that he thinks the intense pressure put upon designers to churn out collection after collections must have contributed to Galliano's demise. “It’s sad. He’s a friend…It’s too much: too many collections; too much pressure.” he said.

WWD has released four looks from his fall collection, which are unsurprisingly, gorgeous knit wonders. Take a look.

Azzedine Alaia pokazao je svoju jesenjsku kolekciju 2011 odabranoj grupi umjetnika ranije u ozujku u Parizu, gotovo tjedan dana nakon zavrsetka Pariskog tjedna mode ( jer kad ste majstor poput Alaia, radite kako zelite).

Alaia preferira raditi kod sebe i rekao je WWD.u da misli da je modni vratolomni tempo nehuman. Dodao je i da misli da je intenzivni pritisak na dizajnere da prave kolekciju nakon kolekcije pridonijeo Gallianovoj "smrti". " Tuzno je. On je prijatelj... Previse je: previse kolekcija, previse pritiska." rekao je.

I like the most the first one. She looks like a princess!

Tom Ford turned 50 yesterday!! But he is still sooo hot :))

It was all about ladylike dressing this week. All of my best dressed picks showed off perfect waistes. Rose Byrne showed of her animalistic side in a silk green leopard print Dolce and Gabbana shift, while Emma Roberts countered her silk printed skirt with a plunging v-neck top from Ferragamo . Dita von Teese and Anne Hathaway looked perfectly delicate, von Teese in a printed ’50s frock and Hathaway in a gorgeous lace McQueen. Zoe Saldana kept things simpler and cleaner in a rose colored Valentino.

My Fav is the first dress, and urs :)?

Ovog tjedna, sve je bilo u znaku zenskog odjevanja. Chanel's new nail polish colors are denim inspired!!

Make room in ur medicine cabinet : Racked is reporting that Chanel will release three new shades come September 8, making Fashion's Night Out a great show of shiny shades. Inspired by denim, the colors are sure to become a nail wardrobe stable, just like their sartorial counterpart. No word yet on if they'll make out butt look good though. From left, the shades are named Blue Rebel, Coco Blue and Blue Boy.

While they'll hit Chanel stores and Chanel.com September 8, the bound.to.be coveted polishes will only be available until the end of September. Though something tells me they'll be gone faster than u can click ur pretty polished finger at, so u'll have to act fastttt!

Lindsay Lohan vs. Pippa Middleton in Temperley

OMG, its true, everyone wants to be Pippa Middleton, including LiLo -.-. The troubled starlet, along with her mother and sister, were surprise guest at this weekend's Kardashian wedding. She wore a long white dress-which isnt scandalous , as guests were asked to wear black or white.

However, it was the same Temperly London dress that Pippa M. wore to that other really big wedding earlier this year. The Royal Wedding's breakout star wore a custom-made green version of the dress to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's reception back in April.

It can be hard to figure out what to wear to a wedding-especially one as high-profile as this one- and there's nothing wrong with getting a little inspiration from someone who got it right.

But it look different on Lilo, no? Who do you think wore it better? I vote for green Pippa!

OMG, istina je, svi zele biti Pippa Middleton, ukljucujuci i LiLo -.-. Problematicna starleta, zajedno s majkom i sesgtrom, bila je gost iznenadjenja na vjencanju ovog vikenda kod Kardashiana. Nosila je dugu bijelu haljinu, koja nije skandalozna, buduci da su gosti bili zamoljeni nositi crno ili bijelo,

Medjutim, bila je to ista Temperley London haljina koju je Pippa M. nosila na drugo zaista veliko vjencanje ranije ove godine. Zvijezda kraljevskog vjencanja nosila je zelenu verziju haljine radjenu po mjeri na prijemu kod vojvode i vojvotkinje od Cambridgea u travnju.

Zna biti jako tesko za odabrati sto nositi na vjencanje, posebno na neko high-profile poput ovoga, i nema nista lose u tome za potraziti inspiraciju kod nekoga tko je to uradio sasvim dobro!

Ali izgleda drukcije na LiLo, zar ne? Sto mislite tko je to nosio bolje? Moj glas ide "zelenoj" Pippi!

Stella herself believes, "Women have two sets: a classic pair they will have forever and a more playful pair." I think thats a good rule to go by. Also, a good excuse for us to buy two pairs of sunnies :).
The style comes in metal and acetate and in classic colors like black, gray and tortoise-shell-ish hue. They fit in perfectly with that 70s trend thats been dominating the runways lately ( including Stella's) but design is sleek, modern to withstand summer after summer :).

One su opsecija za sve nas i ne cudi da su one od Stelle McCartney najvise obozavane. Svaki par nekako uspjeva izgledati bezvremenski i svjeze u isto vrijeme. Stella sama vjeruje i govori :" Zene imaju dva seta: klasicni par koji ce imati zauvijek i drugi malo razigran par." Mislim da je to dobro pravilo za pratiti. Takodjer, dobar izgovor za nas za kupiti dva para naocala :).
Dolazi u boji metala i acetata i u klasicnim bojama poput crne, sive te u nijanski kornjacinog oklopa. Savrseno se uklapa u stil 70ih koji dominira pistama u posljednje vrijeme ( ukljucujuci i Stellu) , ali dizajn je elegantan, moderan za izdrzati ljeto iza ljeta :).

Best Dressed: Teen Choice Awards

Jesam li ja jedina ili Vas , kojima je the Teen Choice Awards najdrazi crveni tepih, ima jos? Meni osobno je puno zanimljiviji , a i poznati se odlucuju za odvaznije kreacije.
Prosla je i THE Nedjelja i ja sam si izabrala par lookova koji su mi se svidjeli, a neki malo manje. Ono sto je najbolje ovdje jest da me niti jedan look nije zgrozio, ali niti jedan me nije ni odusevio. Big FAIL!!!
Nego, podjimo (mojim :) ) redom :

Rachel Bilson ( Chloe 2012 Resort ): This girl can dress! Ona mi je uvijek preslatka i cesto me zna oduseviti. No, ovaj put i nije bas. Iako izgleda jako lijepo i prikladno za jedan takav dogadjaj, jedino na cemu bih joj ovdje zavidjela su prekrasne cipele. Zeljela bih imati takve i u svojoj skromnoj kolekciji.

Cameron Diaz ( A.L.C. dress): Sto god Cameron radila, radi to s osmijehom! Zato ju i volim i cijenim. Izabrala je nude haljinu uz koju joj gotovo savrseno idu odabrane sandale s potpeticama. Buduci da i sama voli surfati, mislim da je bila posebno sretna na ovoj nagradi :).

Cat Deeley ( Matthew Williamson min blue lace): Lijepo je uskladila nude heels s haljinom. Boja haljine je pun pogodak za ovo doba godine kao i frizura ( on the beach ).

Blake Lively ( Gucci dress ) : Blake je od glave do pete u nekom osuncanom izdanju. Definitvno me nije odusevila ovim izborom. Haljina mi se nikako ne svidja, a ni cipele nisu neki veseliji izbor. Ali, oprastam joj :).

Elizabeth Banks ( J. Mendel dress ): Niti ona nije mogla propustiti ovogodisnju dodjelu nagradu, ali po mome skromnom misljenju, trebala je. Ne "boli" me crveni ruz i crvena haljina u jednome. "Boli" me haljina! Nikako ne mogu prijeci preko ove crvene koze, opcenito koze u ovim ljetnim mjesecima. Bar je dobro iskombinirala nude sandale uz sve. Sljedeci put bolje!

Kaley Cuoco ( Rebecca Taylor dress) : Prvi put se susrecem s ovom glumicom. Navodno glumi u Big Bang Theory. Haljina, iako jednostavna za ovakav dogadjaj, je jako dobar izbor pogledamo li ostale zvijezde. Lagano uvijena i raspustena kosa uz ovaku haljinu..ma prava mala sirena!

Kardashian Klan ( Khloe in R. Cavalli, Kendall in Aurelio Costarella, Kim in Givenchy, Kourtney in Blaque Label, Kylie in BCBGeneration): Nemam zamjerki ni za jednu sestru. Najbolje su mi obucene Kourtney ( plava haljina) i Kylie ( nude kombinacija). Royal blue boja haljine me uvijek obori s nogu.

Lucy Hale ( Cengiz Abazogla dress ): Jedna od najzanimljivijih haljina s izbora za mene. Jedino bih promijenila stikle jer mi se ne cine dobrim izborom za ovu haljinu. Uzela bi si sigurno neke otvorenije i nude :).

To je to od mene za ovaj pocetnicki post. Jako bih voljela vidjeti i vase misljenje o ovim kombinacijama i nadam se da sam dobila od vas zeleno svjetlo za dalje :).
