The game opens with a brief skydiving scene. You can move around during this but nothing will really affect the outcome of this scene, you landing into the middle of a jungle on top of an enemy soldier.

Wolverine will pick himself up off the ground only to discover he is surrounded. It’s now up to you to fight you way out of it. You’ll need to defend yourself from the local Soldiers and Machete Warriors. Soldiers tend to try to keep their distance from you and shoot Wolverine from afar. Lunge attacks works well against them as you can get in close real fast. Be careful, because Machete Warriors will lunge at you. These melee foes can be Counter Attacked by tapping the Block button just before they land a hit. If you do this successfully, time will slow down. When this happens quickly tap an attack button to perform a Counter Attack. Get a feel for the controls and combat and you clear this area of foes.

During this first battle, your enemies will open the gate for you. Finish killing them off then proceed up the trail past the gate. You’ll approach a small waterfall at the top of the hill. Walk behind it and pick up the Dog Tag. These are hidden throughout the game and can give you Experience Points for collecting them.

Continue along the trail and you’ll need to lock onto an enemy across a gap and Lunge at him. Proceed up the trail to the lookout point then Lunge at one of the enemies below. Take out the enemies here then climb the cliff face and rope to reach the top of this small hill. Run straight ahead to avoid taking too much damage from the enemies at the opposite end of this trail. Kill them then approach the broken bridge. A helicopter will rise into view. When it does, Lunge to it. Climb up onto the front of the chopper and punch out the window and then kill the pilot. This will “defeat” the chopper and get you to the temple across the chasm.

Enter the temple and drop into the pit to be introduced to the Machete Champion. They are pretty much as same as the Warriors except when they do they jumping attack the hit with an explosion of fire which is dangerous. You want to Dodge this attack as best you ca and kill this foe quickly. Look for and Environmental Kill using your Feral Senses. Hack your way through the Machete Warriors that appear then look to the right hand side of the room using your Feral Senses to find a Dog Tag before going on. Jump up to the ledge behind where the Soldiers appear through a small doorway. Climb up and follow this path outside to a bridge.

Run across the bridge and then Lunge across the hole. After a brief scene you’ll end up clinging to the bridge which is now hanging vertically down a cliff. Climb upwards using your claws and pull each enemy down by tapping the Grab button when you near them. At the top, follow the trail around to another lookout point and a cable that runs down to it. Jump up and grab onto the cable and you’ll slide down to the gate below. You can’t open the gate yourself, you’ll need something to help you. Follow the path up the steep hill. Take out the enemies you encounter at the top of this hill and then grab the Dog Tag off the dead soldier behind the explosive barrels. Stand behind the truck nearby and push it down the hill.

Once you’ve successfully busted down the gate with the truck you’ll need to go to quick work wiping the area clear of enemies. Lunge around to pick off the Soldiers hiding out on the ledges taking shots at you. After that, go to work on all the enemies in the middle. Eventually the other gate will open to allow you to proceed up another path. Climb the wall at the end with your claws then drop down into the next area and start taking fools out. Be sure to check behind you to see the boarded up doorway. Smash these planks to reveal a hidden area. Go to the back of this area to find the Mysterious Hatch which unlocks the Found! Achievement/Trophy. As you leave this hidden area, look to the right to find other Dog Tag.

Leave this hidden area the way you entered then jump onto the rocks to the back of the next to climb around the locked gate. Drop down the other side and before proceeding up the path, turn around and grab the Dog Tag lying next to the large gate you passed. Now proceed up the path. At the top of the hill you’ll find some ruins. Break your way through the wooden woods covering the doorway and you’ll find a Classic Wolverine Figurine inside. Step back outside and go around to the right of the ruins. Follow this trail around until you see a lone Soldier sitting with his back to you on top of some ruins. Smash through the wooden doorway to the right and then jump and cling onto the ledge along the left wall. Shimmy to the left just behind the Soldier to trigger a short scene.

After the brief talk with Striker, follow the path around to find a crank. Tap the Grab button to turn the crank which will raise a gate for you. You’ll need to run and perform a Dodge to make it through the gate before it closes. You’ll now find yourself in a courtyard-like area. Quickly take out the Soldiers here before engaging the Machete Warriors. After you’ve killed all the warriors, be ready for the Machete Champion that appears. Take him out then climb the rope on the left side of this courtyard (use your Feral Senses if you need help spotting it). At the top of the rope, jump to the ledge to the left and collect the Dog Tag. Now jump back to the rope and proceed in the opposite direction by jumping and climbing other platforms and ropes.

Drop into the open portion of the corridors below after you jump to the last platform. On the ground to the right you’ll find another Dog Tag leaning against the massive wooden doors. Fight your way through here then climb the rope at the end. Follow this corridor around to a ledge way you can Lunge at a Soldier on a distant platform. Make your way down this path and you’ll encounter another Machete Champion. Once you’ve defeated him, make your way past this area to find a small staircase. Along the left you’ll see another Dog Tag to be collected. Drop into an area with a gate opener but no crank. Head down the near by bridge and you’ll find the crank at the dead end. Head back to the gate opener with the crank. You’ll need to take out some Machete Warriors on your way back. Insert the crank into the opener and turn it. Once the gate is fully opened, run and roll through it before the gate closes.

In this next open area you’ll be introduced to a Leviathan. These giant rock creatures will appear throughout the game. Know that for the first half of their health meter, they can me attack by basic attacks from the ground. However, halfway through their live and they’ll add more rock armor to their body making it impossibly to damage them from the ground. You need to get onto its shoulder. Do not Lunge straight at a Leviathan, it’ll smack you out of the air. Instead, wait for it to attack then roll around behind it and then Lunge at it. This will put you in prime position to hack at its one crack in the armor. Repeat this until until you’ve taken away all its health then pull its head off by tapping the Light Attack button.

After you defeat the Leviathan, turn around and face the temple you just came out of. Go to the right and push this statue back to reveal the dead soldier for you to collect the Dog Tag from. Now go to the opposite side and pull the statue out here and then jump on top of it and then to the wall above where you can wall climb with your claws. Climb up to the balcony above then break through the stone door with cracks in it. Down this dead end you’ll find another Dog Tag. Back out on the balcony, lunge at the Soldier on the opposite platform. From here, jump up and grab onto the rope so you slide down to the riverbank.

Kill the Machete Champion here then run out to the end of the dock. Wait for a boat to speed close by then Lunge at one of the Soldiers to get onto the boat. Kill the other enemies then Lunge to the next one and repeat. You’ll soon be in control of a turret gun. Use the gun to shoot the attacking boats. Focus on one at a time and just keep hitting it until it explodes. Once the first two have been destroyed three more will appear. Again, just worry about one at a time. Destroy all three boats to trigger a cutscene.

Payday 2 is a cooperative first-person shooter video game developed by Overkill Software. It is the sequel to Payday: The Heist. On 24 July 2013, a beta version for Windows was made available on Steam to users who pre-purchased Payday 2 Career Criminal Edition. Payday 2 is similar to most first person shooters, but instead of running-and-gunning, more emphasis is put on the cooperation of players. Players spawn outside of the designated heist location in civilian clothes until the player holds the action button and dons a mask. This gives the players a tactical advantage, being able to infiltrate the location without suspicion and potentially disabling security systems from the inside.
When a player carries a bag of loot or equipment, this adds weight to the carrier, slowing them down and tilting the camera. The player is able to throw the loot to the ground to regain speed, or towards another player to pick up and carry instead.
Money looted from heists is used as currency to buy guns and gun modifications, as well as items that may help on future heists, such as the codes for window shutters to prevent the player being shot through them. Heists also provide experience points, which upon leveling up unlock more guns to purchase as well as skill points, being able to spend those skill points on perks with an appropriate sum of money. To that there are 4 skill trees, "Mastermind", "Enforcer", "Technician" and "Ghost", each featuring a customization tree of associated skills and equipment to unlock and they can be mixed and matched as per the player's preference.

ARMA 3's storyline takes place in the mid-2030s during the fictional Operation Magnitude, a military operation launched by NATO forces fighting in Europe against "Eastern armies" led by a resurgent Iran.

ARMA 3 is set in the near-future during the mid-2030s, where NATO forces deployed in the Greek islands of the Aegean Sea are trying to hold off a massive Iranian military offensive from the east. During the singleplayer campaign, the player will take the role of a British Special Forces soldier, Captain Scott Miller. Initially, the player must survive on his own after friendly forces are defeated in a failed NATO operation. During the campaign, the player will face everything from lone wolf infiltration missions to the commanding of large scale armored operations. The player will be able to choose different objectives and weaponry (such as UAVs, artillery, and air support) according to their play style.
ARMA 3 takes place on the Aegean islands of Altis (formerly Lemnos) and Stratis of Greece, in the Mediterranean Sea. They will feature photo-realistic terrain and water environments. Altis will be the largest official terrain in the Arma series with ground area covering approximately 270 km². The smaller island, Stratis, will expand over an area of 20 km². The islands will feature over 50 villages with buildings that are both enterable and destroyable.

Upgrades are divided into four distinct paths: Training, which includes generalized upgrades for various abilities and must be invested in before the others can be started; Swordsmanship, which improves Geralt's sword fighting abilities; Alchemy, which includes perks such as reducing the negative effects of potions; and Magic, which increases the potency of Witcher Signs.

Metro 2033 is a survival horror first-person shooter video game, based on the novel Metro 2033 by Russian author Dmitry Glukhovsky. It was developed by 4A Games in Ukraine and released in March 2010 for Microsoft Windows and Xbox 360.

The game is played from the perspective of Artyom, the player-character. The story takes place in post-apocalyptic Moscow, mostly inside the metro system, but occasionally missions bring the player above-ground.
As a first-person shooter, Metro 2033 features a variety of firearms, some fictional and some based on real weapons, which the player will use in combat. Combat alternates between the player fighting mutants and the player fighting hostile humans. Mutants do not possess weapons and tend to physically attack the player in swarms, while humans fight with the same firearms available to the player. The game features recharging health rather than a traditional health points system—if the player avoids taking damage for a period, health will slowly recharge, however, the player can speed up this process by using a stim from a medkit, which will almost instantly heal the player to full health. When the player is severely injured, it may take over twenty seconds to return to full health.

Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is a first-person shooter video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. It is a stand-alone expansion to the 2012 video game Far Cry 3 and the 8th overall installment in the franchise. The game, a satire of 1980s action films, takes place on a retro-futuristic open world island crawling with evil, with players assuming the action role of eye-patched cyborg protagonist Sergeant Rex Power Colt. Far Cry 3 is an open world first-person shooter video game developed mainly by Ubisoft Montreal in conjunction with Ubisoft Massive, Ubisoft Red Storm, Ubisoft Shanghai and published by Ubisoft for Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The game was released on November 29, 2012 in Australia, November 30 in Europe, and December 4 in North America. A stand-alone expansion titled Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon was released on April 30, 2013.

Far Cry 3 is a first-person shooter, which also features role-playing game elements including experience points, skill trees, and a crafting system. The player has the ability to take cover behind objects to break enemies' lines of sight and also to peek around and over cover and blindfire. The player also has the ability to perform silent "takedowns" by performing melee attacks from above, below, or close behind. The game's narrative director, Jason Vandenberghe, said that the story mode map is around ten times larger than in the game's previous installments. Players are given the ability to survey and plan out their attacks with stealth takedown combinations and also tag enemies with the camera in order to track their movement once they break the player's line of sight.
Equipment is controlled by a simple system. As missions are completed, new items are unlocked to be purchased or crafted by Jason, using the pelts of various animals around the island. As radio towers are unlocked, this opens areas of the map and unlocks weapons in the shop for free. As outposts of Vaas' pirate group are attacked and retaken, the vicinity around the outpost becomes safer, it also unlocks new side quests for that area.

Players are able to ally with one or multiple factions, and to progress through the game world and missions as they see fit, resulting in a nonlinear style of gameplay commonly referred to as sandbox mode that allows the story to progress at their speed and in the order they choose. Players can use a range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, boats and hang gliders, to travel within the 50 km2 (19 sq mi) gameplay area. The playing styles range from head-on assaults to stealthy infiltrations and assassinations. The game takes place in a sprawling African landscape, with terrain ranging from desert to savannah to jungle.
Various factions and vehicles are featured; enemies include human mercenaries, but sci-fi creatures such as the Trigens from Far Cry are not featured. Furthermore, the player's feral abilities introduced in Far Cry Instincts and its expansions do not return in Far Cry 2. There is also a dynamic weather system that has a day-night cycle and different weather conditions such as storms and strong winds. The time of day also affects the behavior of AI, in terms of enemy alertness and aggressiveness; for example, an enemy might have a slightly heightened awareness at night, but be unable to see the player in hiding, while during the hot part of the day the enemies might be sitting in the shade in groups but easily spot the player from a distance.
The health bar represents the health of the protagonist that is divided into five segments, each of which automatically refills if it is not depleted and the player finds cover for a few seconds. Players carry a limited supply of syrettes which can be used at any time to fully replenish the health bar, and are obtainable from first aid boxes located throughout the game world, specifically at guard posts. When nearing death (only one health bar remaining), the character must perform first aid on himself, for example removing bullets with pliers, or snapping twisted or broken fingers into position.

Far Cry is a first-person shooter video game developed by Crytek and published by Ubisoft on March 23, 2004, for Microsoft Windows. Far Cry sold 730,000 units within four months of release. It received positive reviews upon release. The original game has since spawned a series of sequels and spin-off games.

The tropical rain forest provides cover and concealment, of which the player and enemies can take advantage. Enemies react dynamically to the player's tactics and actions. If a lone mercenary spots a player, he occasionally runs for help, signaling reinforcements through use of flareguns. Enemies will work together to outmaneuver, outflank, surround, and provide suppressive fire, providing them a tactical advantage over the player, who, in turn, is able to spot and mark enemies on his minimap through use of special binoculars, which also grant the player the ability to listen to enemy conversations from afar, merely by pointing the binoculars in the direction of the enemies.
The environment includes land, water, indoor and outdoor structures, all during various times of the day. The player has the ability to jump, run, crouch and lie down, and look in just about every direction.
Sound plays an important part in the overall gameplay. For example, the general location of enemies can often be identified by hearing their footsteps.
Throughout the game, the player encounters a variety of weapons from which to choose, including automatic weapons and grenades.

Age of Empires III (sometimes abbreviated AoE III) is a real-time strategy (RTS) game developed by Microsoft Corporation's Ensemble Studios and published by Microsoft Game Studios. The Mac version was ported over and developed by Destineer's MacSoft Games and published by Destineer and MacSoft Games. The PC Version was released on October 18, 2005 in North America and November 4, 2005 in Europe, while the Mac version was released on November 21, 2006 in North America and September 29, 2006 in Europe. An N-Gage version of the game developed by Glu Mobile was released on April 28, 2009.

In Age of Empires III, the player advances through technological "Ages", representing historical time periods; these provide access to greater improvements, units, and buildings. They include the Discovery Age, which represents the discovery and exploration of the Americas by Europeans and allows the player to explore and develop their economy; the Colonial Age, which represents the European Expansion into the "New World" and unlocks early military units; the Fortress Age, which represents the fortification of the European colonies, unlocks forts, and allows the player to have a more complete military; the Industrial Age, which triggers a strong economy, due in part to factories—advanced buildings that automatically produce resources or artillery—and unlocks all units and shipments; and the Imperial Age, which unlocks all buildings and upgrades, and allows you to send unit and resource shipments a second time. All Ages cost food and coin to advance to, except the Colonial Age, which only costs food(800). The price of age advancement is incremental, but does not vary between civilizations.
Similar to the "minor gods" system in Age of Mythology, Age of Empires III uses a "Politician System" to grant bonuses on a successful advancement to another age. When the player chooses to advance to the next age, who is given the choice of two or more "Politicians" that provide them with a different bonus on choosing them. The Politician is given a generalized title from the period that usually reflects the bonus that it gives: for example, "The Naturalist" gives the player four cows. As the player's Home City increases in level, more Politicians are unlocked—at a rate of one for every ten Home City levels—up to level 60.

Age of Empires II: The Conquerors (sometimes abbreviated to AoC or AoK: TC) is the first expansion pack to the 1999 real-time strategy game Age of Empires II: The Age of Kings. The Conquerors is the fourth installment in the Age of Empires series by Microsoft Game Studios and Ensemble Studios. It features five new civilizations (the Aztecs, Mayans, Spanish, Koreans, and Huns), four new campaigns, eleven new units, twenty-six new technologies, new gameplay modes, new maps and different minor tweaks to the gameplay. A second expansion, The Forgotten, will be released exclusively on Steam in Fall 2013, over a decade since the release of The Conquerors.

The Conquerors also introduced various new gameplay features and tweaks, including the new game modes Defend the Wonder, King of the Hill and Wonder Race. Additional maps, some based on real life geographic locations, and new winter and tropical terrain textures were included. In-game, infantry are able to garrison in battering rams, protecting the infantry while increasing the ram's speed and attack, while ships are able to form formations for more effective fighting. The graphics are left unchanged, but new civilizations have been added such as the Spanish, Huns, Koreans, Mayans and Aztecs. In addition to new units, the in-game upgrade lines have been extended to provide more unit choices.
Micromanagement is made easier, by an improved scripted Artificial Intelligence of villagers and siege weapons. Villagers will now automatically commence gathering resources if they build resource gathering sites. Wall construction has also been improved: when assigning two or more villagers, they evenly spread out instead of working on the same patch, and when multiple farmers are sent on one farm, the surplus will start cultivating adjacent farms instead of idling. Siege onagers will not fire if their attack is likely to harm friendly units. Additionally, a button was added to the mill, which would allow farms to be paid for in advance, so that when an existing one was exhausted, it would automatically be replanted. Chat commands are introduced, in order to communicate more effectively with allied computer players.
