The name Wild Creative Heart is a term I created to represent your authentic self. Wild is referencing nature.

Having a heart connection to the natural world is a part of your authentic self. This is why you may experience spending time in nature as refreshing and rejuvenating.

Our authentic self is in harmony with nature.
To foster harmony with nature, we need to create positive experiences.

What positive experiences can you create with nature?
For the answer, go within. What is your heart telling you?

One of the things that is close to my heart is listening to the birds.

To cultivate love, slow down, quiet your mind, go within.

When you go within, you are cultivating love.
When you listen to your heart, you are cultivating love.

Practice going within. What does your heart tell you?

It may be difficult for you to trust the answer you receive. Focus on how it feels. As your heart opens, this becomes easier.

When you cultivate love, you are raising your consciousness.
