On Monday, November 23rd, store management was notified that a member of this employee’s household had received a positive test. That employee was immediately sent home and directed to seek medical advice and arrange to get tested according to the latest guidelines for exposure. On Tuesday, December 1st, those test results came back positive.

Since learning about this employee’s exposure last week, our team has carefully followed the CDC’s guidelines for this situation and greatly appreciates the close cooperation of Williamstown’s Health Inspector, Jeff Kennedy, and his assistance in making sure all best practices have been followed for the safety of all of our employees and customers. We continue to monitor this situation as directed and will offer additional updates as appropriate.

As always, we encourage all customers to wear a cloth face covering, practice social distancing, shop alone if possible, make use of the many hand sanitizer stations around the store and take advantage of our contactless weekday curbside pickup option.
