Start your Saturday morning off with a great class, designed to raise your metabolism, burn some fat and increase muscle. All of the moves are rotational, and each is designed to work your midsection. Therefore your core is being engaged throughout the entire workout session.

A very dynamic program, with great music, lots of power moves and a variety of sequences.

  • No equipment, bodyweight moves
  • Total body workout
  • Moderate to Intense cardio sessions

This class features a live 30 minute bike ride to work your legs, followed by a 30 minute TRX class to work your upper body. Take the whole class or spin for 30 minutes, or come in at 9:30 for the TRX portion

Join Val for a great HIIT class! (Don’t know what HIIT is? High Intensity Interval Training) do an exercise for 30 seconds and then move to the next station. Every class incorporates different exercises so you are always challenged. This class is designed to work all of your muscle groups and is great for the beginner to the weekend warrior.
