The Company

Early Works 274 Pty t/a Wildestate AFRICA was established in 2009 in both South Africa and
Zambia. Shares to the value of $7 (United States dollars) have been made available to the public.
These shares can be obtained in blocks of 100 per unit. Once a block is purchased, the
Shareholders will receive a pro rata share of revenue from Governance of Operations and
membership and distribution are set forth in the attached Operating Agreement. At the end of
February each year, Shareholders will receive their dividends.

Baviaanskloof
Baviaanskloof is a protected area in the Eastern Cape Province, South Africa. The Baviaanskloof -
(old Afrikaans for “Valley of Baboons”) - lies between the Baviaanskloof and Kouga mountain
ranges. The eastern-most point of the valley is some 95 km NW of the coastal city of Port
Elizabeth. The Baviaanskloof area includes a cluster of formal protected areas managed by the
Eastern Cape Parks Board totalling around 500,000 hectares (1,200,000 acres), of which the most
well-known is the 184 385 ha Baviaanskloof Nature Reserve - the third largest protected area in
South Africa. It also includes the Groendal Nature Reserve and Formosa Nature Reserve and
encompasses private land mostly used for stock farming. The Baviaanskloof area is one of
outstanding natural beauty, owing to its spectacular land forms, a diverse array of plants and wide
variety of animals. The area is part of the Cape Floristic RegionWorld Heritage Site as of 2004.

Jeffreys BayJeffreys Bay is a town located in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. It has grown from a
sleepy little fishing town over the past few years and is one of the fastest expanding urban areas in
the country. Jeffreys Bay is one of the five most famous surfing destinations in the world and hosts
the annual Billabong Pro ASP World Tour surfing event at Supertubes during July. It’s a popular
tourist destination because of its surfing opportunities and the blue flag beach and is famous for
abundant seashells and calamari.
•This 6 star hotel will have 80 bedrooms and will be built on the beach. A car rental service will
tend to the customer’s need for transport. Jet skis, fishing trips, Jet cruiser boat’s, conference
facilities and day care will be available to our clients.
•60 two bedroom self catering units will be developed on beach front property and sold on a Bum
and Bed concept.
•The units will be sold at $670 000 per unit, the hotel will be operating this group of units and 40%
of the unit income will go to the owners of the units.

Nvimbi

Nvimbi is on the borders of Malawi and Mozambique.

Lake Kariba Development in Zambia

By volume, Lake Kariba is the largest artificial lake and reservoir in the world. It is located on the
Zambezi River, about halfway between the river's source and mouth, about 1300 kilometres
upstream from the Indian Ocean, and lies along the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. Lake
Kariba was filled between 1958 and 1963 following the completion of the Kariba Dam at its northeastern
end, flooding the Kariba Gorge on the Zambezi River. Lake Kariba is over 220 kilometres
(140 mi) long and up to 40 kilometres (20 mi) in width. It covers an area of 5,580 square kilometres
(2,150 sq mi) and its storage capacity is an immense 185 cubic kilometres (44.4 cu mi). The mean
depth of the lake is 29 meters (95 ft); the maximum depth is 97 meters (320 ft). Both Zambia and
Zimbabwe are now attempting to develop the tourism industry along their respective coasts of Lake
Kariba.
