Stopped by Walgreen’s yesterday and picked up the L’Oreal HIP Jelly Balm. They were on sale for $2.49 a piece (regularly $9). L’Oreal items were also buy one, get one half off so I got all of mine for under $10. So far I’m liking them a lot. The colors are sheer but still noticeable. [...]
