Why would the officials of a large retail company need to look into government records to learn about how the

company behaved thirty or forty years before? Businesses that survive for decades typically keep very good records, stay well informed of their historical significance, and many long living businesses even utilize their history in marketing campaigns. The furniture giant IKEA has recently experienced amnesia about a certain portion of the company's history. TheLocal.de is a German to English news outlet with a great deal of information on the swiss company and it's history;

Ikea, an unlisted, family-owned company, is the world's largest furniture retailer, with sales of €25 billion in 2011 and 131,000 employees at the end of its last fiscal year in August 2011 [Attribution].

One would think a company the size of IKEA would have detailed historical records. When examining the IKEA website it tells of the founder's history with fine details such as the founder's first business selling matches at the age of five years old. TheLocal.com described events missing from the memory of present day IKEA officials and I found no mention of the atrocities on the company's very well laid out historical timeline;

As Swedish furniture retailer Ikea probes revelations about the use of East German prisoners labour, new allegations emerged Thursday indicating the home furnishings giant also used Cuban prisoners to build furniture in the 1980s [Attribution].

With this piece I hope to point out some things going on with companies who do a great deal of business in the United States. Here in Colorado where I live a large IKEA store just opened its doors within the last year and it was the buzz of the town for several months prior to its opening. Seems business is good for IKEA worldwide and the future looks just as bright. I just hope people realize that every time they purchase something from the international furniture giant there is a possibility a small portion of that purchase may support the oppression of political prisoners, a company that had no problem using modern slave labor just decades ago, and worst of all... a small amount of that purchase may go to supporting the communist agenda.

Just my opinion based on the history of the company... but who am I?

The defeat of Wisconson republican senate incumbent Scott Brown is apparently the most important economic factor in the state's recovery. When analyzing use of stimulus money in the state I'm assuming that is the only conclusion most rational minds will come to. Let me restate that. Brown's reelection is the most important factor to Barack Obama. There is much about the Obama controlled White House's use of funds to question but his behavior mirrors the beginning of his presidency. The GM/Chrysler bailout early on was not as it seems as explained by Awr Hawkins with Breitbart.com;

"...When Obama pushed through his stimulus package shortly after taking office, the money going to bail out GM andW Chrysler was not so much intended to shore up those corporations as it was intended to shore up the unions at those corporations. In other words, although one of the ubiquitous reasons given was saving these two iconic American companies, the real goal was to pass tax-payer dollars to Democrat-dominated union members (to keep them voting for Democrat candidates for the foreseeable future). In a real sense, this is nothing more than a sophisticated money laundering scheme. [Attribution]

Moving on from the bailout of automakers to the Obama stimulus we see Ford was in fact the beneficiary of a large chunk of tax payer money. I am in the beginning stages of researching the subject but I think its safe to assume Ford used tax payer money much in the same way as the other two large automakers used tax payer money from the bailout... to strengthen the union. In 2011 Daniel Howes with TheBlaze.com explains why its was a mistake for Ford to brag about not taking bailout money;

...The ad, pulled in response to White House questions (and, presumably, carping from rival GM), threatened to rekindle the negative (if accurate) association just when the president wants credit for their positive results (GM and Chrysler are moving forward, making money and selling vehicles) and to distance himself from any public downside of his decision. This president is such a strong proponent of freedom of speech and tolerance of other's views it gives me a "Chris Wallace type" tingle down my leg. Sigh. Now yet another example of government waste and abuse of stimulus money has been exposed. Circling back to the first piece cited by Awr Hawking with Breitbart.com;

...But it gets worse. In states like Wisconsin, far from the automakers and their union workers, 80% of stimulus funds “went to public unions.” That means these unions received $600 million in funding which they are now using to fill the coffers of Democrat candidates and to pay for ongoing opposition to Gov. Scott Walker. As a matter of fact, public employee unions have already spent more than $8 million in their effort to recall Walker. What this does, in effect, is remove the advantage Walker had achieved in fundraising by placing the weight of the national purse behind Walker’s opponents.

Both the automaker bailout money and the stimulus were used to strengthen unions, or as they called it in Marx's day... the labor party. I originally stated rational minds can only come to one conclusion based on the examination of the White House's use of stimulus funds. Obama's economic recovery policy for Wisconsin hinged on strengthening the "labor party" and Scott Brown's defeat. Many people do not feel this is good economic policy [myself included] so I'm interested to see how the White House spins this. Unfortunately the Obama administration may not have to spin the Wisconsin issue because there is a chance big media ignores the fraudulent use of funds, so... no need to spin. Makes me wonder how the stimulus money was used in other states but who am I? I'm definitely not the president of the United States or his Keynesian economic advisors.

Just a small amount of truth surrounding Obama's use of tax payer money to ensure his reelection.

The Ever Competent DEA

The DEA is hard at work protecting the citizens and the citizen's rights in this country. A recent example of DEA [in]competence has been brought to light by the DailyCaller.com;

...Seven people at the house were taken into custody. Five were processed and sent to county jail, one was released, and Chong was accidentally left in a cell.

NBC San Diego reports that, according to Chong, “agents questioned him, and then told him he could go home. One agent even offered him a ride.”

And then for five days, Chong was left handcuffed and alone in a 5-by-10-foot cell.

He screamed for help, and no one responded. According to Chong, he could hear DEA personnel moving in nearby rooms, but they ignored him.

Dehydrated, he drank his own urine. At one point, he began to hallucinate and attempted to carve “sorry mom” on his arm, intending to kill himself with his broken eyeglasses.

“I didn’t think I would come out,” said Chong

In the cell was a bag with white powder, which Chong ate. The substance later tested positive for methamphetamine. It’s unclear where the drug came from, particularly as the DEA notes that the individuals were searched before being placed in cells

After days of misery, a DEA officer noticed an odd noise coming from the holding cell. It was Chong.

Chong was transported to Sharp Hospital, and spent three days in intensive care with his kidneys close to failing.

Some say blame flows uphill and it should in most cases. As a sales manager I was responsible for what each of my employees said and ultimately responsible for all of their mistakes. That's the responsibility I signed on for and I accepted it gladly. Presidents of countries, CEO's of companies, police and fire chiefs, and many other figureheads have "stepped down" over the actions of those under them. That is no more. First we saw deplorable behavior by the Secret Service shrugged off though it was on Obama's watch. Imagine if the same thing would have happened with Bush in office... the media would have crucified him. Now the DEA is adding to the proof that Obama has no idea how to run a government and bizarre things are happening with government agencies nationwide. A recent and tyrannical example includes the IRS's persecution of the Tea Party nationwide.

"Inspire" is the English version of "Al Qaeda" magazine. The two founders were killed with a drone strike [recently under Obama's orders] but according to ABC the magazine lives on;

Don't worry brave Americans because as Obama and many head democrats have stated... the War on Terror is over. Apparently "Inspire" magazine is for recreational reading. The Obama administration has moved on even if the enemy has not. That is the part anyone reading this should understand. Its beneficial for Obama to say the war is over for political reasons just as its beneficial for Al Qaeda to continue its was against us for political, religious, and financial reasons. The extremists have not "swept it under the rug" as the Obama Administration has but OUR national security depends on it.

Clinton Praises Obama, Egyptian Sex After Death, and Anti-Bullying Bully

Friday a trailer came out for a 17 minute campaign film from the Obama camp. A preview of what's to come. The campaign video trailer featured a narrative by president Bill Jefferson Clinton who praised the accomplishments of Obama's action against the Bin Laden compound (Attribution).

I have to bring up a few facts from memory.

In the 2008 primary election Barack Obama accused Hillary Clinton of shamefully using US troops and Bin Laden to advance her campaign. Is Obama not doing the same exact thing with this commercial? According to the GatewayPundit.com;

The Obama campaign lambasted Hillary Clinton in 2008 for using images of Osama Bin Laden in her television ad – “Kitchen.” [Attribution]

According to NationalReview.com;

President Obama, shortly after announcing the killing of Osama bin Laden: “America doesn't need to trot this stuff out as trophies . . . We don’t need to spike the football.” [Attribution]

Now is Obama using the killing of Bin Laden as a campaign tool and doing exactly that... spiking the football?

Four years later it is okay to use images of Bin Laden in political campaign ads and "spike the football" over the killing of a terror mastermind?

Finally NewBusters.org cleared up something that caused me great confusion;

Despite all the evidence pointing to Clinton ignoring numerous chances to capture or kill bin Laden, the Obama campaign is actually using him quite prominently to make the case that had Romney been president last year, Osama would still be alive. [Attribution]

I remembered correctly -Clinton dropped the ball numerous times by toiling over the decision to kill Bin Laden. This makes Clinton the perfect man to praise Obama for doing what he never had the courage to do... and the direct result of Clinton's weakness was planes flying into the world trade center. He not only failed to act he created the situation for Obama to step in.

The New Obama Sponsored Egypt

The first signs are coming out about what the new free Egypt will be like. For over thirty years President Hosni Mubarak was a relentless dictator in Egypt and squashed any dissent in his country. Over an astounding 18 day period a leaderless revolution overthrew his governance and gave Egypt back to the people. [See Related Article]

Now "the people" have spoken as the Egyptian Parliament proposes new laws for the Egyptian people. According to Al Arabia News on April 29, 2012;

Egypt’s National Council for Women (NCW) has appealed to the Islamist-dominated parliament not to approve two controversial laws on the minimum age of marriage and allowing a husband to have sex with his dead wife within six hours of her death according to a report in an Egyptian newspaper.

The appeal came in a message sent by Dr. Mervat al-Talawi, head of the NCW, to the Egyptian People’s Assembly Speaker, Dr. Saad al-Katatni, addressing the woes of Egyptian women, especially after the popular uprising that toppled president Hosni Mubarak in February 2011.

She was referring to two laws: one that would legalize the marriage of girls starting from the age of 14 and the other that permits a husband to have sex with his dead wife within the six hours following her death.

According to Egyptian columnist Amro Abdul Samea in al-Ahram, Talawi’s message included an appeal to parliament to avoid the controversial legislations that rid women of their rights of getting education and employment, under alleged religious interpretations.

“Talawi tried to underline in her message that marginalizing and undermining the status of women in future development plans would undoubtedly negatively affect the country’s human development, simply because women represent half the population,” Abdul Samea said in his article. Do fears the Muslim Brotherhood was behind the overthrow of the Egyptian government still seem unfounded? Legalized marriage at 14? Women's employment and education under attack? Husbands acting like their wife is a piece of property not a person by condoning men who have sex with their wives up to six hours after death? These are the people our president embraces and apologizes about America's arrogance to? It's not arrogant to think one can speak for a whole nation to Islamic Extremist animals?

Two Wrongs Make a Right on the Left

White House Deputy Director of the Office of Public Engagement Brian Bond has a very cozy relationship with Dan Savage. In fact Bond has essentially singlehandedly fundraised for Savage's anti-bullying program. According to Breitbart.com in regards to the significant fundraising and support Savage has received from the White House;

This is the same Dan Savage who spoke at the National High School Journalism Conference last week, where he ripped into the Bible and called religious students “pansy-assed” for walking out on him.

But there’s much more to Dan Savage than just anti-religious bullying. He’s one of the biggest bullies on the planet. And he’s the point person the White House specifically chose – and fundraised for – in order to push their anti-bullying agenda. [Attribution]

Savage mocked high school students and ostracized them to the rest of the students attending the conference. This falls right in line with most of the messages coming from the White House. Do as I say, not as I do...

The scary part is the number of radicals this president has surrounded himself with. Van Jones, Reverend Wright, and now Dan Savage. Savage bullies anyone who does not agree with his agenda and went so far as to essentially redefine the name Santorum when one does a Google search. There is video of Savage [and several mindless but famous personalities who are probably STRONGLY against bullying] threatening Rick Santorum again this time threatening to redefine his first name on Google searches as well [Attribution]. Savage also volunteered for republican political candidate Gary Bauer just so he could infect the mans campaign with the flu.

Savage licked door knobs all over the campaign headquarters, clean coffee cups, and even handed the republican hopeful a saliva covered pen when asking for an interview [Attribution]. The man is sick... the doorknob licking is enough proof of that but his motivations are irrational. The man is stupid... there are many better ways to sabotage a campaign than to go around licking doorknobs. How'd that work out for you anyhow Dan? Lastly the man is radical, willing to do anything to advance his cause, and an expert at exercising his freedom of speech to limit the freedom of speech of others. Again, the people who scream the loudest for tolerance are the most intolerant people of others who do not share their views. Just Obama's speed...

There has been a lot of talk lately of Obama's Reagan like qualities. One example of this is Obama's claim that Reagan would have happily endorsed the "Buffet Rule". When a politician speaks for one of the greatest presidents that ever served this nation, a man who can no longer speak for himself, I tend to listen very carefully. In my heart I knew that Reagan would not support Obamanomics so I did a little digging and found a very interesting piece on Reaganomics vs. Obamanomics during the curcial first days and months of each man's presidency. According to a Stephen Moore with the Wall Street Journal on August 26, 2011;

The two presidents have a lot in common. Both inherited an American economy in collapse. And both applied daring, expensive remedies. Mr. Reagan passed the biggest tax cut ever, combined with an agenda of deregulation, monetary restraint and spending controls. Mr. Obama, of course, has given us a $1 trillion spending stimulus.

By the end of the summer of Reagan's third year in office, the economy was soaring. The GDP growth rate was 5% and racing toward 7%, even 8% growth. In 1983 and '84 output was growing so fast the biggest worry was that the economy would "overheat." In the summer of 2011 we have an economy limping along at barely 1% growth and by some indications headed toward a "double-dip" recession. Obama has provided much cannon fodder for Romney including the multiple statements about Reagan by this administration in an attempt to gain independent voters. All of that can be brought to light as the president is vetted. I can only hope Romney focuses on Obama's economic record because it has been a disaster. If the primaries are any indication of how Romney will market himself this election cycle... its going to be nasty. There have already been indirect attacks against Romeny such as MSNBC's allegations about the presidential candidate's dry religion putting "this great nation in jeopardy". Romney had better prepare for a slew of attacks, in my last blog "Tea Party Terrorists" I discussed the DNC chair's attack of millions of Americans, and it will only get worse. If Romney goes the same "negative" rout he will still get my vote but will lose my respect and it will be my goal to support a strong conservative to challenge him in the 2016 primary. I don't like "if's" so I will just see how it all plays out.

Unfortunately while it all "plays out" the country is going to a very bad place in a hand-basket. Today reports of the true GDP reflected a lower drop than the already forecasted fall in GDP. The problem is the recent rise in GDP was inflated with unsustainable government spending. Obama was denied a 2nd stimulus because of a 2010 surprise election. THANK YOU Tea Party or proof of the real damage he has done to this economy would not be reflected in GDP numbers until well after his election. I have a feeling the number would have been well below today's number of 2.2%. That is what Obama was counting on but he lost his super majority before fighting for a second stimulus. Its obvious to me now he weighed the decision of asking for more money or Obamacare and his choice is why leading democrats like Barney Frank are jumping ship. Hope and change... I sure HOPE we get a CHANGE in the White House.

I don't cite much [at all actually] in this blog which is not typical for my writing style, but I saw an interview recently that caused my blood to boil. The CNN interview early this week with Congresswoman and DNC chair Debbie Wasserman-Schultz [see video below] illustrated again the party's attitude towards millions of American citizens. During the 2010 elections we heard Pelosi and other leading democrats including the president ridicule the Tea party labeling it radical, extremist, and even dangerous. Pelosi told national news cameras her fears of 60's style violence from the Tea Party yet there has been no fat for the media to chew. Occupy on the other hand has spread 60's style violence across America, created massive crime waves in several cities, and exposed countless women to sexual assault. Leading democrats are yet to condemn the disgusting actions of these groups nationwide. Instead Pelosi, Obama, and other leading democrats have endorsed the "Occupy" movement saying they "understand their message".

Tea party rallies are organized and peaceful demonstrations. Occupy events are chaotic with no clear message and the news is filled with stories of violence connected to Occupy protestors. Tea Partiers clean up after themselves and police their own crowd to ensure nobody is doing anything out of line. Occupiers trash the areas they protest in, they incite violence and allow anyone to represent their "movement", and par for the course they expect others to clean up after them just as they expect others to provide for them. This is why the democrats support the Occupy message; there is no personal accountability in their methodology nor is there individual sovereignty... just one large mass of human waste with its hand out. I just can't believe all the reports of attacks and vandelisim involving human waste and these protestors. Occupy is to the democrats what the Tea Party is to the republicans and conservatives in this country. I ask who are the dangerous radical extremists?

The Tea Party has been called radical. When compared to the types of protests leading democrats support such as the Occupy movement... Tea Party rallies are in fact radically different. Wasserman-Schultz said the Tea Party was an extremist group and it makes perfect sense to me why the Democratic National Committee chair would call a group who believes in limited government extremist. Limited government is opposite of what the democrats stand for. And lastly the Tea Party has been called dangerous. Granted no rapes, sexual assaults, or other "Occupy" type violent crimes occur at Tea Party rallies but the group is still dangerous to the democrat's message.

At the end of the day I believe these tactics by Wasserman-Schultz and other leading democrats are deplorable. They should attack Romney which they are, I have already heard several Obama minions attack the man based on religion, and it will only get worse. They should tout Obama's record if there was anything to tout. Instead the democrats are waging war on millions of Americans by calling them radical, extremist, and dangerous just to hold onto power. In a previous blog I wrote about the IRS actively attacking and bullying Tea Party organizations nationwide. Ladies and gentleman that is tyranny, a soft tyranny, but tyranny nonetheless.

I could see why these politicians would ostracize millions of their own citizens if the Tea Party was in fact a radical and violent group but the only thing wrong with the Tea Party is democrats don't like what they stand for. That is not radical, extremist, or dangerous. That is the American way. Checks and balances. It is time for a change in the oval office.

Medicare Advantage is GONE!!! Obama Covers Up Until Reelected. Cost of Cover Up? $8 BILLION!

I came across this article after listening to the opening segment of the Mark Levin show last night. According to the New York Post [Click HERE for Full Article];

The most oppressive aspects of the ObamaCare law don’t kick in until after the 2012 election, when the president will no longer be answerable to voters. More “flexibility,” he recently explained to the Russians.

But certain voters would surely notice one highly painful part of the law before then — namely, the way it guts the popular Medicare Advantage program.

Everything came to a stop in my overactive/ADHD riddled brain. What? Medicare Advantage gutted...??? I have not posted any blogs about my chronic pain condition or why I have it yet I was going to get to that in coming months. But this is relevant so here is a preview... In summary I was crushed into the highway by a full size truck after being thrown from the truck as a passenger at 100mph during a rollover accident. I suffered insane injuries; over twenty pelvic fractures, severed both femoral arteries, broke every rib on my back, collapsed my left lung, experienced a closed head trauma, lacerated and punctures several internal organs, bruised my heart and so much more. None but my parents expected me to survive the following 45 day coma and for 30 days of the coma all medical professionals at the highly rated Denver General ICU told my parents to "start making preparations". I did survive against all odds but was told by several neurologists I would never walk again. Wrong answer again... seventeen years later I walk just fine though it comes with a very heavy price. Severe chronic phantom nerve pain, three consecutive cases, and the product of three severe nerve avulsions.

Pain has not only been a debilitating condition it has ruined jobs, relationships, and most of my life since being crushed by a truck. I have been fully disabled and on Social Security Disability Income since 1995. Pain has hammered me every day and I have been indomitable... though for all my strength I have been dying inside. Strength and fortitude can only get one so far. That is the reality of unmanaged chronic pain but the hope things will eventually be better keeps me holding on. Another reality of being in constant insufferable chronic pain and physically disabled is my reliance on Medicare and my Medicare Advantage program. Believe me when I say the NY Post article had my attention. The article continues;

Nothing is more politically volatile than monkeying with the health insurance of seniors, who aren’t too keen on confusing upheavals in their health care and are the most diligent voters in the land. This could make the Tea Party look like a tea party. [Click HERE for Full Article]

Social Security and Medicare has been the crux of many presidents but Obama has fundamentally changed Medicare and gutted it from the inside. Without my Medicare Advantage program through Humana I would be in even worse shape. I can imagine the same holds true for most disabled Americans and seniors. Obama has hid most of the drain from Obama care by extending the damaging effects to the tax payer out into the future; many changes happen well beyond his 2012 campaign or the end of a possible second term. If I'm losing Medicare Advantage then what happens this year with the 2013 Medicare booklet before open enrollment? The Post article explains;

This political ticking time bomb could become the biggest “October Surprise” in US political history.

But the administration’s devised a way to postpone the pain one more year, getting Obama past his last election; it plans to spend $8 billion to temporarily restore Medicare Advantage funds so that seniors in key markets don’t lose their trusted insurance program in the middle of Obama’s re-election bid. More slight of hand by the Obama administration but how is this legal. He is clearly dedicating $8 Billion dollars of tax payer money to his "election" fund and to cover up the true implications of Obamacare. If you want to insure every every American and illegal alien somebody has to put some "skin in the game" as Biden said last week. Seniors and the disabled have had it easy for long enough, it's time everyone gets a watered down version of Medicare. How is stealing $8 billion in tax dollars legal? They have found a way;

The money is to come from funds that Health and Human Services is allowed to use for “demonstration projects.” But to make it legal, HHS has to pretend that it’s doing an “experiment” to study the effect of this money on the insurance market.

That is, to “study” what happens when the government doesn’t change anything but merely continues a program that’s been going on for years. [Click HERE for Full Article]

I could not believe what I was reading and now this election is not just for the future of my country... the future of my life and health relies on Obama's defeat and the repealing of the unconstitutional health care "reform" that's been shoved down my throat. I can not see myself surviving in Obama's vision of America but how is everyone else allowing this to happen? All the other seniors and disabled in America... where are you? Furthermore how is Obama able to use $8 billion dollars of tax payer money to fool the tax payers into voting his way with little media coverage? This is what the media likes right? Scandals... and abuse of power [if the perpetrator is a republican]. I read more of the New York Post article;

Obama can temporarily prop up Medicare Advantage long enough to get re-elected by exploiting an obscure bit of federal law. Under a 1967 statute, the HHS secretary can spend money without specific approval by Congress on “experiments” directly aimed at “increasing the efficiency and economy of health services.”

Past demonstration projects have studied new medical techniques or strategies aimed at improving care or reducing costs. The point is to find ways to lower the costs of Medicare by allowing medical technocrats to make efficient decisions without interference from vested interests.

In my blogs I have exposed rampant hypocrisy in the Obama administration and amongst his supporters and fringe groups. I have discussed his bullying of the supreme court and blatant disregard for the constitution. I'm convinced he wants to fundamentally change this country but why haven't I heard about this craziness with Medicare Advantage until now? More so why isn't this story "on blast" across the nation on every single news outlet as the Trayvon Martin shooting was? This is fraudulent, blatant abuse of tax payer dollars, and gross abuse of power... why is there no "big breaking" news story about Seniors across the nation losing their Medicare Advantage program? We need to be able to plan for the years ahead when we enroll in October... how is that possible when everything is smoke and mirrors.

A Government Accounting Office report released this morning shows, quite starkly, that there simply is no experiment being conducted, just money being spent. Understandably, the GAO recommends that HHS cancel the project.

Congress should immediately launch an investigation into this unprecedented misuse of taxpayer money and violation of the public trust, which certainly presses the boundaries of legality and very well may breach them.

If he’s not stopped, Obama will spend $8 billion in taxpayer funds for a scheme to mask the debilitating effects on seniors of his signature piece of legislation just long enough to get himself re-elected.

I can't spell it out any clearer than the NY Post article. This is a gross abuse of power and the manipulation of the American voter, especially the senior citizen or disabled voter, and all citizens MUST know about this! Please spread this blog or the original NY Post article to anyoneon Medicare. The media will not prepare them for what Obama is going to do to them, we must prepare our loved ones and get them to the polls in November. We must defeat Obamacare. This is not the America I know and if the is not enough to get one's blood boiling then they should stroll over to the Wall Street Journal and read how the Disability fund will be bankrupt by 2016, Medicare will be bankrupt in 12 years, and Social Security will be insolvent in 21 years... ten years before my generation retires. We can afford Obamacare? Not likely... actually its impossible to fund the present entitlements much less healthcare for every American and illegal alien in the country. Obama SECRETLY "Revolutionizing" the U.S. Tax Syatem!

Tuesday representative Tom McClintock (R) from California’s fourth district spoke on the floor of the house chamber in regards to governments tax laws and behavior therein. Specifically the taxing of nonprofits was the issue the congressman addressed. Over the years we have all heard Obama discuss the need to revolutionize the country’s tax system. Apparently he did not want to wait for traditional change [other wise knows as proper channels] because some unprecedented changes at the IRS have already taken place without transparecy. What I found very peculiar was most of the American public was unaware of the changes sweeping the nation.

For example, under this “progressive” administration the manner in which non-profits and the government interact has been fundamentally changed to reflect the vision Barack Obama has for this country. As explained by representative McClintock on them floor of the House Chamber April 17th;

"In order to be recognized as non-profit groups, these organizations must register with the IRS – a purely ministerial function that has, in the past, been applied evenly and without regard to [the non-profit's] political views.

At least until now."

Before I go back to representative McClintock’s speech I will point out that using an arm of the government to control, harass, or manipulate a non-profit group based on it’s political alignment is completely unAmerican. As McClintock stated during his allocated 5 minutes on the floor– there would have never been a civil rights movement if not for non-profit groups. Groups that have always been very political in nature, why would Obama wish to attack groups like the NAACP and ACLU? McClintock continues;

"It seems that Tea Party groups are now being treated very differently than their counterparts on the political Left. For the last two years, many have been stone-walled by the IRS when they have sought to register as non-profits and most recently, they have been barraged with increasingly aggressive and threatening demands vastly outside the legal authority of the IRS."

Rest at ease, it is not the ACLU or NAACP that Obama is terrorizing with the Department of Treasury! Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson need not start up the race war spin cycle. The only groups targeted by the IRS’s bizarre and unconstitutional behavior are political groups that speak out against our Commander in Chief. I can smell the lawsuits piling up but none can state what is happening any better than McClintock;

"Ironically, the same tactics we now see used by the IRS [Obama's IRS] against the tea parties were once used by the most abusive of the southern states in the 1950’s to intimidate civil rights groups like the NAACP.

No such tactics have been reported by any similar civic groups on the political left, so the conclusion is inescapable – that this administration is very clearly, very pointedly and very deliberately attempting to intimidate, harass and threaten civic minded groups with which they disagree using one of the most feared and powerful agencies of the United States Government to do so."

The conclusion is inescapable… As these blogs progress I hope to paint a picture of the vision Barack Obama has for America. In previous posts I have shown that hypocrisy in the Obama administration. This Tea Party story tells me one thing… Obama’s vision of America is much different than our founding fathers. I’m sure Obama’s hero president Lincoln would be disgusted by the presidents use of the IRS to persecute particular groups based on political views. This country was founded because of political discourse. The Civil War and Civil Rights movement would have never taken place had it not been for…political discourse in this country. Now Obama wants to limit that ability for the person or persons who disagree with what his administration decides “for” the people.

It’s obvious to me this is all by design. The Obama administration underestimated the effectiveness of the Tea Party because they thought most of America agreed with the president’s ideology. Democrats had their clock cleaned in the 2010 election specifically because of the Tea Party. Obama has been working on his reelection prior to his first day in office and the IRS’s attack on Tea Party organizations across the nation is proof of that. I can’t summarize any better than representative McClintock did in his speech to congress;

"Mr. Speaker, these facts speak for themselves and need no embellishment or interpretation. They should alarm every American of good will regardless of political philosophy, for if this precedent is allowed to stand, no one’s freedom is safe. I bring these facts to the attention of the House today and ask that they be rigorously investigated; and if found accurate that those officials responsible be exposed, disgraced, dismissed and debarred from any further position of trust or power within our government."

If you still support this president and his administration I beg of you to consider what has been revealed by representative McClintock. Today the IRS is going after the freedom to assemble and the freedom of speech of “conservatives” and the Tea Party; but tomorrow it can be you when you disagree with what the government tells you to put in your body [or not], how the government wants you to raise your children, or what the government decides you should or shouldn’t say or think. The possibilities are limitless when government shows tyranny. I don’t know how to describe what is happening to Tea Party organizations across the nation in any other way. Tyranny.

Click the link below to view a very recent clip of Geraldo and Bill O’Reilly discussing the coverage of the Trayvon Martin shooting. I agree completely with Geraldo’s take on the deplorability of the several news outlets which possessed proof Zimmerman sustained serious injury to the head during the altercation with Martin; people who have suffered head injuries know how hard one must hit their head on the ground to produce a several inch gash. True to form most media outlets continued to report Mr. Zimmerman was unscathed during the altercation in order to keep stoking the “race fire”. Al Sharpton abused and continues to abuse his national platform with MSNBC as do several other anchors on the network. The Black Panther’s call for Zimmerman “dead or alive” including a $10,000 bounty has still went unaddressed by the Obama administration or the DOJ. Last time I checked it is illegal to place a bounty on someone’s head [publicly or otherwise] unless of course the bounty is placed by law enforcement.

Zimmerman has been a hunted man since the first time Sharpton and the others flocked to the smell of Treyvon’s blood [rest his soul]. It was puzzling when Geraldo made an additional comment to O’Reilly about the inappropriateness of the $10,000 donation to the defense fund of George Zimmerman by the Texas Chapter of the NRA. He asked O’Reilly [paraphrasing], “What possible reason could the NRA have to make this contribution?” Geraldo then went on to say something that caught my attention immediately [not paraphrasing this time];

“That is Zealotry from the right.”

First and foremost the esteemed Geraldo had no way of knowing the intentions behind the NRA’s contribution/donation. The National Rifle Association is a long standing organization with long standing rules and bylaws. I am not privy to the group’s practices but I’m sure the chapter did not make such a sizable contribution without some sort of approval process. Zimmerman is one of the most hunted men in America and thankfully someone, or group in the case of the NRA stepped up to help him with the upcoming battle whether innocent or guilty. See… that is how this country is supposed to work no matter how Al Sharpton or the media wants it… innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

That fact alone makes the Texas Chapter of the NRA a great group of Americans. By donating to Zimmerman’s defense fund they are supporting the way the United States governmental system is supposed to work. The second reason the NRA has a vested interest in this case is because the anti-gun zealots instantly flocked to the scene of Teryvon Martin’s shooting like so many vultures. A recent book by Katie Pavlich about Holder’s “Fast & Furious” program illustrates just how anti-gun the current president is; his deep anti-second amendment roots definitely answer a lot of questions about why he would chose to speak on a national platform about the shooting of a Florida boy before knowing any real facts about the case. The NRA is here to defend our second amendment rights, so guilty or innocent… the NRA and all Americans have a vested interest in ensuring Zimmerman receives a fair trial.

There are just too many unanswered questions in the Treyvon Martin shooting and the question should be left to the courts to decide along with guilt or innocence. Pressure from groups like the NAACP to repeal the “Stand Your Ground” law in Florida over the Martin shooting does not make sense. Their actions become completely nonsensical when one considers the NAACP also currently supports the “Stand Your Ground” law as a way to acquit in another Florida case involving a woman who shot her abusive husband [as illustrated in the previous about the NAACP]. There are far too many “hidden agendas” going on with the Martin shooting, remember Rahm Emanuel’s mission statement, “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste”, and Obama is one of his best pupils.

The NRA’s support of Zimmerman is welcomed. Geraldo should really think before he speaks, I hope he was just reaching for straws and trying to prove there are radicals on both sides [absolutely true], but if he researched the “NRA” issue thoroughly then maybe he is losing touch. Then again I remember watching his highly anticipated special as a kid… how bummed America was when Geraldo found nothing in Capone’s vault. Thankfully “Pay-Per-View” wasn’t around in those days…

NAACP Stands Ground on Stand Your Ground Law

Today according to Jacksonville.com the NAACP has again assumed a public stance on the Florida "Stand Your Ground" law only the position was opposite the organization's screams over the Treyvon Martin shooting;

The NAACP’s Jacksonville chapter has thrown its support behind a woman who will be sentenced Monday in a shooting where she claimed self-defense against an abusive husband under the state’s Stand Your Ground law.

The odd thing is I remember the NAACP sang a much different tune over Zimmerman who was also involved in a Florida shooting and subject to the Stand Your Ground Law. On the NAACP.org homepage I clicked a "Read More" link [pictured in screenshot] and was surprised to find a "glaring" contradiction;

As a nation, we’ve got to address the issues of racial profiling and the valuation of black men's lives by law enforcement. Apparently the NAACP supports the stand your ground law when it is in the benefit of a black individual or against the benefit of a non-black. What other conclusion can I come to? The story of the Florida woman came out today. The cite above from the NAACP.org site was sourced today.

I understand that I point out a lot of contradictions in this blog and that is simply the nature of the beast when dealing with politics and law; but I feel it is especially important to analyze all of what is stated on a public platform today because there are people who want to fundamentally change this country's constitution via the amendment process... and they are making ground. I am only examining their supporters, cohorts, and fringe groups.

Unfortunately the "miracle" chick was not a miracle for the mother of the young chicken or much of a miracle at all. It still came from an egg, it just hatched inside the mother. A postmortem examination showed the mother's reproductive tract was lacerated to the point it caused her death. More of a fluke than a headline story but thats the news...

The Chinese are dangerous and the Russians are on the rise. Communism was defeated by Reagan but recent administrations [George W. & Barack] have provided the opportunity for the cold war to start again. Putin is no longer running things behind the scenes and has once again assumed a public position as the head of the Russian [or should I say "Soviet"] snake. North Korea is arguably one of the most extreme "rouge nations" in the world. All one has to do is analyze the behavior of other countries towards nations like N. Korea to see the truth. China and Russia are both undertaking large infrastructure projects in the country many of which are intended to transport "cargo" in and out of the country.

One hundred and twenty three years ago Adolph Hitler was born. Considering my feelings about Hitler and antisemitism I'm not really in the mood to wish the dead socialist happy birthday. Check the "Occupy Walls St." site though because there's a chance they feel much differently about the man. As "Occupy" continues to deny accusations of antisemitism their web-masters post an anti-Semitic cartoon on the movement's Facebook site in honor of Holocaust Remembrance Day [as reported by the dailycaller.com]. Yes... "Occupy" is again showing its true colors.

It's members and defenders say the movement is not anti-semitic but they are simply sheep, malcontents, and the homeless. Many are in denial of what they represent and instead are in love with an ideology they do not understand. An ideology which dates back to Plato and is void of individual sovereignty. Maybe if Occupy's followers took the time to read a little history or look deeper into current events their opinions would change... but ignorance is bliss. As far as I can tell they are a bunch of classless people screaming because of envy, hatred, and jealousy... supported by the president and DNC.

Nancy Pelosi said [of the Tea Party] she was afraid of 1960's style violence from a rouge group not that long ago. No need to cite, it is a well known fact for anyone who would have an interest in reading this blog. On the opposite side of the coin Pelosi told Christiane Amanpour of ABC in an exclusive interview she supported the message of "Occupy". [Click for Source Article] There were allegations of "racism" with the Tea Party movement but the claims were never proven despite a half million dollar reward for proof. Pelosi denounced the Tea Party movement despite no proof of violence or racism and a message of constitutionalism.

There have been countless documented cases of violence, rape, and other horrid crimes against humanity amongst the Occupy supporters and "camps" yet democrats ignore the disgusting events to push an agenda. Pelosi openly supports the movement and even the president has made public statements in support of the anti-Semitic group This illustrates how these people will say anything to the American people to take our individual liberty and lump us into classes they can rule.

Al "Not So" Sharpton!

Al Sharpton is in the news again. Actually this is exactly where he likes to be as demonstrated by the use of his MSNBC platform to push his Treyvon Martin agenda. Sharpton's MSNBC platform is exactly what I wish to address. As a new "personality" and "celebrity race-baiter" Al has a signifigant following. Some of these people he has actually helped so the feel a great debt of gratitude for the man. Other's blindly follow an agenda, ideal, or even skin color. Its a fact, call me what you want for putting it out there, but I'm talking about individuals not groups. Regardless Sharpton has a following, a public forum, and in my mind... a responsibility to be completely honest. That is why I got excited when I heard Al repeatedly tout Obama's Buffet Rule because that meant it was time to check into Sharpton's tax situation. Yay!

This is typical behavior from the left. I exposed the hypocrisy behind the Buffet Rule in an earlier blog. This is a proposed law named after a man who is suing the federal government for charging him too much in taxes. A man who makes more than his secretary just like the president; and just like the president he had the ability to structure his taxes differently. These people are all "do as I say, not as I do". Keep watching what they do as opposed to listening to what they say.

P.E.T.A. is in the news again and that is just where they like to be. In the best seller "Dreams from My Father" Obama discusses eating dog meat as a child in Indonesia. Today P.E.T.A. made a public statement excusing Obama for eating dog meat because he was just a child. Apparently even the president of the United States must comply with these animal rights nazis' way of thinking so I'm sure old Barack feels much better now that he has been pardoned. Obama needs all of the radical fringe groups he can grab because this election cycle will not be about anything positive. Barack cant tout his record so it will be about negative attack ads against Romney [and we already got a taste of Romney's campaign strategy in the republican primary]. Even Barney Frank has bailed on healthcare reform saying Obama pushed his ideology too hard.

Yes... I'm sure the president is flattered by his P.E.T.A. get out of jail free card but who exactly is P.E.T.A. and what do the stand for? According to the DailyCaller.com;

“A child has an excuse, but grownups all should know by now the disgusting condition of slaughterhouses and fear and suffering that animals endure on factory farms and try a vegetarian diet that’s good for them, animals, and the environment,” Nicole Dao, a spokeswoman for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, told The Daily Caller. Ms. [or Mrs.] Dao made mention of the fear and suffering animals endure on "factory farms" and that is a great point. P.E.T.A. ran shelters slaughter 95% of the animals they take in only difference is the shelters adopt out a mere 5% of "rescued" animals. In addition in a world where starvation is widespread the P.E.T.A. shelters don't make use of the meat... The only difference is 5% of the animals make it out of P.E.T.A. shelters and at least these other "slaughterhouses" actually utilize the meat. But P.E.T.A. gets a pass? Again, according to the DailyCaller.com;

Fifteen years’ worth of similar records show that since 1998 PETA has killed more than 27,000 animals at its headquarters in Norfolk, VA.

In a February 16 statement, the Center said PETA killed 1,911 cats and dogs last year, finding homes for only 24 pets.

“PETA hasn’t slowed down its slaughterhouse operation,” said Rick Berman, CCF’s executive director. “It appears PETA is more concerned with funding its media and advertising antics than finding suitable homes for these dogs and cats.”

In a statement, Berman added that PETA has a $37 million dollar annual budget [...thirty seven million per annum and the only managed to adopt out 24 pets, thats over a million per pet].

His organization runs PETAkillsAnimals.com, which reports that in 2010 a resident of Virginia called PETA and asked if there was an animal shelter at the group’s headquarters. PETA responded that there was not.

The thing most radical fringe groups like P.E.T.A. agree upon is hypocritical behavior. P.E.T.A. spends millions of dollars per year on protests, marketing, and other useless activities as they literally slaughter thousands of "rescued" animals. I could adopt out 24 animals on my own utilizing craigslist.com and a budget of $0.00 so I must ask... how ethical is this behavior towards rescued animals by People for the "Ethical" Treatment of Animals? On average P.E.T.A. kills over five animals per day yet publicly condemns any person or group exhibiting the same behavior. It makes sense to me why P.E.T.A. and Obama are such good bedfellows considering their similar behavior.

Both share the idea the America is "broken" in some way, that others need to listen to them because they know better, and Obama and P.E.T.A. specialize in publicly trashing people or groups. Recently Obama made a public statement regarding those who are paying attention to and criticizing Michelle Obama for policies she is forcing on the American public. The president said [paraphrasing], "Attack me fine, but going after my wife is uncalled for." How quickly people like this forget about their own behavior.

According to the Chicago Tribune during Barack's 2004 senate race against Jack Ryan;

In the Democratic primary, Obama found himself the overwhelming beneficiary when the campaign of former securities trader Blair Hull crashed in the aftermath of Hull’s release of court files from a messy divorce. Though Obama has been a passive beneficiary of Ryan’s latest problems [again Axelrod's handiwork involving demanding the divorce records of an opponent to Obama], the Democrat’s campaign worked aggressively behind the scenes to fuel controversy about Hull’s filings [a fellow democrat... they finally found a man willing to do anything to advance his agenda].

My point in all of this is to expose the real Obama. He has tremendous influence over the media and George Soros' money had a lot to do with that. Soros recently gave NPR [National Public Radio] millions to "place a NPR reporter in every major metropolitan city" so as to influence political news nationwide. According to a piece found on CanadaFreePress.com;

The left-wing Open Society Foundations is donating the large sum to NPR for a project being called “Impact of Government.” The project is planning to add at least 100 reporters across the country to cover local state house politics to fill the holes left by the firing of so many local reporters due to the contraction in the field of journalism over the last decade. A NPR official stated this was "enterprise journalism" and as CanadaFreePress.com pointed out... "enterprise journalism" as opposed to what? "Honest" journalism or "non-agenda driven" journalism? Soros' money makes me nervous because the man is an unrepentant nazi conspirator who in a CBS interview spoke of taking his fellow Hungarian jews property and turning it over to his Nazi handlers [direct from MediaMatters.com which is a George Soros media entity that has been shown spinning news on almost fraudulent levels];

Soros: "Well, of course, ... I could be on the other side or I could be the one from whom the thing is being taken away. But there was no sense that I shouldn't be there, because that was -- well, actually, in a funny way, it's just like in the markets -- that is I weren't there -- of course, I wasn't doing it, but somebody else would - would -- would be taking it away anyhow. And it was the -- whether I was there or not, I was only a spectator, the property was being taken away. Apparently Obama and Soros had a falling out because of Obama's inaction to make big changes Soros envisioned for America. Apparently a government takeover of 17% of every dollar spent in this country was not enough for Soros. Despite this fallout I cannot see Soros supporting any candidate other than Obama and I predict his donation will be in the maximum per individual range. Worse, Soros and the Obama administration will continue to influence the news in this country with bullying and intimidation. Journalist Katie Pavlich recently published a book about Obama's "Fast & Furious" nightmare and exposed multiple examples of "freedom of the press" being trampled by his administration. Apparently when Obama's "people" don't like an article or report by a journalist nothing is off limits including repeated calls to the journalist who them must listen to another Obama official literally cuss them out during a tirade. If that is not intimidation of the media and a crime against this country then I don't know what is.

At the end of the day Obama can have P.E.T.A. because they are just "his speed". He will still get Soros' money simply because he is the incumbent and a democratic with very radical views. In 2003 Soros pledged his time and entire fortune to defeating George W. Bush; Soros is not all powerful because we saw who won the election. Republicans, conservatives, independents, and democrats/liberals who still believe in the sanctity of the constitution must band together because these thugs have no regard for our founding documents. Obama has been quoted criticizing the constitution but his actions over the last 3 plus years as president have shown there is no level he will not stoop to including making threats against the supreme court simply because a few justices questioned the constitutionality of Obamacare. We have heard a lot about the travesty of Buffet paying a lower tax rate than his secretary... but how representative of the FACTS is this statement? Obama claims to represent the middle class, to look out for the little guy, and the rich are not paying their fair share. Their fair share... Warren Buffet is perfectly happy touting Obama's "game plan" as he declares (paraphrasing), "It's not fair, I should have to pay a higher tax rate than my secretary."

Buffet can pay more in taxes so I don't understand that part of his statement. If he feels that he should pay more in taxes the government will definitely not turn down his money. I was under the impression that Buffet had the tax resources and representation to understand that he is not forced to take all of the deductions he utilizes. His "tax team" carefully prepared his taxes and arrived right at the rate Buffet pays [with Buffet's full knowledge I'm guessing]. To put it simply, Buffet acknowledges that he should pay more taxes to be "fair"; but the only way he will act fairly is if the government forces him to? I would guess his business practices are the same.

Does he have the moral compass not to screw clients or the competition without government intervention? Apparently his compass is broken because Buffet, the man who says he doesn't pay enough in taxes, is currently [RIGHT NOW] engaged in a lawsuit with the IRS over being charged "too much" in taxes. According to the Wall St. Journal, "NetJets, a unit of Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Inc., this week sued the Internal Revenue Service over what it called an "illegal" $643 million tax assessment" (Click For Source).

In regards to Buffet's dedication to paying his fair share one should look at Berkshire Hathaway as well. In August of 2011 the Huffington Post revealed some contradictory facts about Buffet's company;

Berkshire Hathaway, the eighth-largest public company in the world according to Forbes, openly admits to still owing taxes for years 2002 through 2004 and 2005 through 2009, according to the New York Post. The company says it expects to "resolve all adjustments proposed by the US Internal Revenue Service" within the next year. (Click For Source)

The truth about this contrived "secretary controversy" is in the capital gains tax. There has been a bipartisan effort to attack capital gains for a very long time. The two sides of the isle agree on one thing... they want American investors to keep less of their money. Unlike the "little guy" who Obama claims to be "looking out for", Mr. Buffet makes a significant amount of money from investments which are subject to a much lower tax bracket. If all or most of the income Buffet claimed in 2011 was from his "paychecks" -as was the case with his secretary- Buffet's income would be taxed at 40%. His secretary did NOT make a majority of her income from investments and was therefore taxed at a higher rate than 15%. The administration and Buffet are purposefully spinning the facts to confuse people who don't understand investing as well as Mr. Buffet. They don't realize Obama is really saying "tax investments [which have laready been taxed for the most part] at more than 15%".

The talk of Buffet's secretary is all spin but don't take my word for it, according to the New York Post via the Huffington Post;

The [New York] Post contends that since the majority of his [Buffets] income comes from dividends and capital games -- taxed indirectly through the corporate income tax -- "his effective rate would really be well north of 40 percent for a big chunk of his income" (Click for Source).

#1. Buffet stands on a public platform and said he doesn't pay enough in taxes; behind the scenes he is suing the IRS for... yes, charging him too much in taxes.

#2. Obama's "expert" on what Americans should pay in taxes, Warren Buffet, is head of the eighth largest corporation in the world. A corporation which has not paid taxes (otherwise known as delinquent on taxes) in nearly a decade. But Berkshire Hathaway is planning on getting everything straightened out NOW that the company is in the public spotlight.

#3. The whole premise behind the Warren Buffet/secretary "pitch" from the Obama administration in recent months is based on misleading information. Information that many of the "little guys" Obama claims to represent have little or no understanding of because they are not investors. The entire presentation is meant to spur class warfare and yes... it is absolutely socialist. A page out of the Communist Manifesto if I have ever seen it. THE WORKERS MUST RISE.

Does that sum it up? Buffet is the man Obama has chosen to help tout his tax policy... A hypocrite who is misrepresenting facts to advance an agenda and spur class warfare... Buffet is not the only hypocrite in the midst of Obama either. Actually, one need not even travel outside of the president's inner circle to find interesting and hypocritical behavior... the Vice President Joe Biden fits the bill nicely.

Upper income levels are filled with all types of people. There are those who are incredibly selfless and give to charity relentlessly; there is also the type of upper income earner who gives "just enough" to keep up appearances. For example, according to the Weekly Standard in 2011 the Obama's gave 22% of their adjusted gross income to charity whereas the vice president Joe Biden and his wife gave a less than 1.5% (Click for Source). One would think in an election year Biden would be particularly sensitive to issues like charity but it shows the arrogance of the Obama administration. It doesn't stop there with Biden either... actually he is quite enterprising. According to the WhiteHouseDossier.com;

Most high-profile people in need of protection pay people to keep them safe. Government officials are allowed to have taxpayers pick up the tab. Biden is unique in that he actually gets paid by his bodyguards for the right to protect him.

If I understood the White House Dossier correctly then the man who is telling all of America to put "more skin in the game" in making money off his CIA protection detail [unprecedented behavior]. The security detail is paid for by the tax payer as well as Biden's salary, sick pay, and any other career related expense the career politician incurs during his drain on society. But Biden needs rent if they are going to stay on his property in an otherwise vacant "cottage"? Seems fair to me... The American people on the other hand should be incredulous, the media should be up in arms, but do we hear any of this??? No. There are a few voices out there on talk radio and such but for the most part the truth is no longer relevant to the American media. Lies and abuse of privilege means nothing to this crew of thugs as Obama has shown himself.

His latest "pitch" to the public is that he "needs" to be subject to the proposed "Buffet Rule". According to Obama's own statement the government allows him hundreds of thousands of dollars that he does not need. First of all, if one has hundreds-of-thousands of dollars in disposable income they want to throw away... they do not have to take all of their tax deductions. Nobody is holding a gun to any tax filer's head and forcing them to take deductions... not as far as I know. Now that I'm no longer confused about how deductions "work"... sigh, I would like to address another issue critical to the hundreds of thousands of dollars Obama makes and doesn't need. Most people cannot afford to give 22% of their adjusted gross income to charity and then still brag about hundreds of thousands of unneeded dollars laying about.

Most American's who earn $800,000+ per annum like Obama are not Community Organizers, senators, or the president of the United States for a living. With that said many Americans in the $800,00 per annum income range are small business owners with very high overhead. I know that Obama cannot fathom how a small business owner can make nearly $1 million dollars in a year yet still barely scrape along... but it happens every day all across this great nation. Obama fails to see this because he was never a small business owner or responsible for a any businesses' profit and loss statement as a "Community Organizer", which is what? An organizer of malcontents? It's easy to find dissatisfaction in a free society.

There are always those who want something for free and those who will say anything for a vote but the point is Obama does not have the fundamentals for business, tax regulation, or many of the other priorities he hires advisers for. To be in the Obama administration one must be a radical as illustrated with Van Jones and that means those creating tax policy for the president are very radical people with radical views of how the economy works. Views that are easy to convinve the president of. We saw that as Obama made his case for a second stimulus [since the first stimulus and TARP created so many jobs for all of us]. Now Obama's latest misleading statement is about the "Buffet Rule".

Our president feels he "should" be subject to the proposed "Buffet Rule" because he makes hundreds of thousands of dollars he doesn't need? We have all heard him say this multiple times yet the truth of the matter is he would not fall under the "Buffet Rule's" regulation because his annual income is $100,000+ too little. He knows this, anyone who takes the time to look at his tax records [which he made public] will see that he does not qualify for the proposed legislation, but his speeches continue to tout how the Obama's should fall under the "Buffet Rule" to pay THEIR fair share. He is counting on the voter to not do their homework and calling the average American stupid. Speaking of Buffet, president Obama has something else in common with the billionaire. Obama was also taxed at a lower rate than his secretary but I haven't heard him bragging about that tiny fact. According to the L.A. Times on April 13th;

As President Obama mounts an aggressive campaign on what he calls tax fairness, his own tax burden has fallen to the lowest of his time in the White House, lower than many who make far less — including his secretary. (Click for Source)

As the spin from the White House regarding Obama tax policy pours from the media it is important to look at what is really happening and question everything that is said... and not said. Over the last few weeks Obama has repeated that Buffet pays more than his secretary but the truth of the matter is so does Obama. The misrepresentation of the income/capital gains facts are an example of blatant class warfare. We have heard the president tell us repeatedly that we all need to chip in, I believe I head Biden say the American people all need "skin in the game", yet the actions of all say the opposite. At least Biden "keeps it real" and didn't modify his "cheap" behavior from previous years.

NOTE: The Obama's income places them in the top 1% of income earners but I hear no grumbling from the Occupy Wall Street people against the president either... I mean Obama is the definition of who they hate right? The top 1% of American earners who keep hundreds of thousands needlessly instead of handing it over to the government?

All of the rhetoric begins to unravel when one takes the time to verify facts and not take a politicians "word" for what is happening. NOW... let's take a look at what Obama is REALLY doing to taxes in this country;

---BUSH TAX CUTS: Obama adamantly opposes the Bush Tax cuts and though the president and his wife do not qualify for the "Buffet Rule"... they will definitely fall under the Bush Tax cuts and benefit from any extension thereof.

According to the Washington TImes on December 30, 2011: The Affordable Care Act - also known as Obamacare - contains 21 new or higher taxes on the American people. Eight of the tax hikes have already gone into effect, and a year from now five more will take force.

--- In January 2013, Obamacare will impose a medical-device tax on everything from pacemakers and prosthetic limbs to hospital beds and CT scanners. [THIS HAS ALREADY COST 1,000 JOBS]

--- In 2013, Obamacare will saddle the economy with a 3.8 percent surtax on capital gains and dividend income and a 3.8 percent Medicare payroll tax on all wages and profits exceeding $200,000 per year.

--- The new Obamacare tax hikes hitting in 2013 will continue to restrict consumer-driven health care options with the imposition of a federal government cap of $2,500 on Flexible Spending Accounts. Currently, these pre-tax accounts do not have federal contribution limits, allowing individuals and families with high medical costs to plan ahead.

--- The new 2013 FSA cap [mentioned above, item #C) comes on the heels of Obamacare’s 2011 medicine-cabinet tax, which prevents millions of people from using their flex accounts and Health Savings Accounts to purchase over-the-counter medicines [in plain English Obama has taken all the money from OTC drug manufacturers and handed it right over to the people he claims to hate... big pharmaceutical companies]. Because Americans are no longer allowed to use these pre-tax accounts to buy hundreds of qualified products like pain relievers, antihistamines and cough medicine, every trip to the drugstore now costs more.

--- The fifth and final Obamacare tax taking effect in 2013 will be the “haircut” to the medical itemized deduction. According to USNews.com on February 15, 2011;

The Internal Revenue Service says it will need an battalion of 1,054 new auditors and staffers and new facilities at a cost to taxpayers of more than $359 million in fiscal 2012 just to watch over the initial [the INITIAL] implementation of President Obama's healthcare reforms. Among the new corps will be 81 workers assigned to make sure tanning salons pay a new 10 percent excise tax. Their cost: $11.5 million.

According to a 2011 report on Obamacare by the C.A.T.O. Institute and Michael D. Tanner, "The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act imposes more than $569 billion in new or increased taxes over the first 10 years. These include;"

Tax on “Cadillac” Insurance Plans.

Payroll tax hike.

Tax on Investment Income.

Limit on Itemized Deductions.

Tax on Prescription Drugs

Tax on Medical Devices [as.

Additional Taxes on Insurers.

Tax on Tanning Beds

The point is Obamacare will be a huge burden on the tax payer in years to come. The real punch will come down the road when paychecks are significantly less because of additional Obamacare Taxes "kicking in" and everyone's healthcare is something less than or equal to medicare and medicaid. The two government programs [which are headed for bankruptcy] will be watered down and distributed to every American or alleged American. We have seen how hard liberals fight against agendas requiring proof of citizenship to receive welfare benefits or vote; I won't cite that statement because examples of welfare and voter fraud are rampant across the nation.

Many scoff at the idea Mr. Obama is a socialist or at least turning the United States more towards socialism than away. The fact of the matter is Obamacare was a government takeover of 17% of the United States economy. More so the 2,700 page legislation creates commerce with the intention of regulating said commerce. Every citizen is forced to participate in this market or they are "fined" [because we can't call it a tax... or that would upset people] and that is against the constitutional rights of every citizen in the United States. Several supreme court justices pointed out the unconstitutionality of the law and Obama came out with "threats", YES I said THREATS against the supreme court (Click for Source, read for yourself).

To those who scoff at the concept that Obama can be a socialist I say please look at what is going on around you. Seventeen cents of every dollar spent in the United States will now be regulated by the federal government because of Obamacare; when the supreme court hinted at the unconstitutionality of the law Obama called them an extremist court and threatened/warned the court against striking down the law. It is unlike anything I have ever seen. I can't say for sure if the agendas of Obama's are socialist because I am not in the man's head... but I know for sure his actions are not American.

Taking a REAL Look at... Tolerance

Tolerance in the United States has changed radically since I was born in the mid-seventies and continues to transform today. What I knew of tolerance, including accepting others differences along the lines of race, sex, sexual choices, and religious beliefs are now gone. Like so many traditionally "good" ideals that have been perverted over the years, tolerance no longer has the same meaning. Too many hateful groups fly the banner of tolerance but have an underlying agenda that is anything but tolerant of others. Recently a great example of this has been exposed in Minnesota;

Brian Johnson, of Hayward, Wis., started handing out Bibles at the Twin Cities [Gay] Pride Festival in 1995, and three years later, gave out the books in Minneapolis’ Loring Park from a booth approved by parade organizers. But in recent years, the people behind the event, which draws as many as 300,000 people, have tried to oust him, first nixing his bid for a booth and then having him arrested in 2009. I don't see the problem here. Why have the man arrested? According to records in nearly ten years Johnson never caused any problems and the arrest was actually for distribution of literature against a new regulations and a charge of trespassing. The regulation was a cooperative effort behind the parades organizers and city officials. The plot thickens according to the Christian Civics League of Maine;

Johnson was arrested for trespassing at the event in 2009, the first year he was denied a booth. The charges were later dropped. In 2010, the board, which enforces regulations at the 42-acre public park, granted Johnson permission to hand out Bibles. The parade organizers went to federal court to seek an injunction, which was denied by District Judge John Tunheim.

Let me briefly explain my preconceptions of these types of festivals and parades. I'm not a homosexual but I am worldly enough to realize what a "gay pride" festival/parade is all about. Individuals who are not normally free to do so, or do not feel free to do so [for whatever reason] can express their sexuality and congregate with others of like mind. I think it is safe to say that these festivals are a sign of solidarity amongst the homosexual community which strengthens their ongoing battle for equal rights. These types of events are also meant for the general public; to expose individuals to a culture and lifestyle they are not familiar with. Most of all it is my hope "pride" events are intended to build tolerance between all communities and niche segments of society.

Tolerance... A 2011 study by The Williams Institute of the UCLA School of Law found that 3% to 5% of the adult U.S. population is bi/homosexual (click for source). According to an April 4, 2012 article on NPR's website over 75% of Americans identify themselves as Christian (click for source). I would say the bisexual and homosexual population[s] are the minority in America yet only one man with a differing view [not even an opposing view] has been singled out and attacked by parade organizers since 1995. There is something very wrong when those who are in the minority, those who identify as "persecuted" or downtrodden [regardless of the truth], and those who fight for tolerance show no tolerance themselves once in a position of power. Again... Johnson never once started a fight, became unruly or obnoxious, or behaved in an offensive manner in nearly ten years.

It boils down to the parade organizers didn't like what Johnson had to say and did anything in their power to stop it. Referring back to the Christian Civics League of Maine article about Johnson and the parade organizers;

Although Johnson and his family went to the 2010 event and handed out Bibles without incident, the city agency and parade organizers were focused on a suggestion Tunheim [district judge] had offered in a footnote of his denial of the injunction. For 2011, they set up the “free speech zones” that Tunheim thought would be a reasonable suggestion and a “drop box” where people could place literature.

Free speech zones in a public park during a parade/festival made possible by freedom of speech which is guaranteed by the constitution... Do I understand the premise? The festival organizers would be adamant in protecting their liberties if any groups, public or government attempted to shut down their festival. Yet when someone comes along and peacefully says something they don't like the festival organizers will have him arrested, coerce city officials to cause the man difficulty, and even take it to federal court wasting valuable resources. All to limit one man's freedom of speech during their festival of freedom of speech and expression. It seems there are many out there screaming for tolerance but on the opposite side of the coin they are only tolerant to what they want to hear.

Writing this opinion piece I can feel my stomach twisting and tying into knots. The thing about the freedoms we are guaranteed by the constitution is they can also be abused. The parade organizers used these rights and stood on a platform of freedom of expression. They were also very quick to use the amazing legal system this country affords them to suppress on individuals freedom of expression. If these fanatics will bastardize the constitution so severely while attacking one individual's liberty for nearly ten years... imagine the fury they would exhibit against a group of people with differing views. Basically they are telling the world, "We have the right to do whatever we want because the constitution grants of these freedoms but you do not have the right to disagree." Are these people six year olds and the park/parade is their sandbox? I write this not because I take offense with the gay pride movement, I want ALL Americans to have pride in who they are, but instead of speaking out against the gay rights movement itself... I am pointing out something that is rampant in this society today.

Some of the loudest screams for tolerance are coming from some of the most intolerant people. Pay close attention to what is going on in the world. I think we have become so busy that we only have time to study the "surface" of events we learn about. The problem is the are groups out their using our constitutional rights to erode our constitutional rights under the guise of tolerance, progressivism, and liberalism. Of course this is not true of all with liberal ideals and these people are needed in order for a "checks and balances" system to function properly. This becomes a problem when the people demanding tolerance are using it as a weapon to spread their own intolerance. Do as I say... not as I do. Cliche yes... but true? Unfortunately... the answer is yes and that is not progressive. Actually behavior like this is against any progress we as a nation have made since our founding. Please defend what America is supposed to be.
