Once An Entrepreneur is convinced about his Idea, solution, he has to go for it to make it happen, Persistence is the only way to success, and there is no option of Bravery. Ex: Tesla motors- an electrical car, which have been successful after facing lots of odds; from regulation, to funding and customer acquisition and became a market leader.

5. Get the feedback especially negative ones, and find everything which is wrong and fix it, that will make your product shine like a stars and will outperform its functionality.

This is very important for product research , design and development, all the feedback gathered from friends, family and beta users will allow a chance to improve the product to make it market fit.

6. Great Companies are building on Great Product.

Startup’s product: how good is in terms of making life easier, creating new values in the human society, or solving a great problems, decide the fate of your start up companies. Ex Solar city project will solve the energy gap easily.

7. Matter should be good hearted person; priority should not be skills or personality.

"Quitter never Wins, Winner Never Quits" this is an age old saying, most true for entrepreneurs with ego bigger than the success and who take pride in this never quitting endeavor. But for practical entrepreneur knowing when to quit gracefully, are the most successful entrepreneur who provides the thriving example and shades of Art of Quitting, while the most unsuccessful entrepreneur are forced to quits, because they failed to learn the Art of Quitting or not putting down their practical foot firmly on the reality ground.

Now, Let us see how and When to quit at various stage of Startup life:

Early Stage Quitting: This kind of Quitting applies to the Entrepreneurs, who are into the startup scene because it is a cool to be entrepreneur and own boss fueled by external influential of social media overload and hype, minus skills. Their Idea matter most, less importance to Market mix, or scalability, if they quit after developing the product which nobody wants to buy, should quit within 3-4 months of time, this is a graceful quitting, which they need to learn more; edit the idea, innovate product, market, business, and come back with appropriate skills to execute the next startup successfully.

Traction Quitting: Good product, user-friendly interface-entrepreneur who got it right might have funding from incubators and accelerators, but has very limited buyers-generally friends family and few others, and thus unable to scale the product for big market, due to lack of understanding of market mix or revenue streams. They should quit from the current product portfolio sooner the better, but 1 years is maximum time, not to suck up all the money, resource, and your precious time. Sooner they change the product, or market by quitting from current-fail to scale product, better the chance of success for their next venture or changed startups.

Scale off Quitting: Big traction, great team, innovative product, This kind of startup may have good revenue and raised Series A, B and possible planning for big IPO, lucky if your startup reaches at this stage, but if the bigger player wants to buy you out, take a fat paycheck, and Quit, a very practical decision taken at right time will make you the most successful entrepreneur, or within few months as this bigger player will squash you to rubble, with their better service, marketing and sales and most important unlimited resources, you will be the most unsuccessful entrepreneur among early stage and Traction quitting entrepreneurs.

Quitting is not to giving upon the idea of entrepreneurship, or enterprising spirit, but it a mid-course correction to help you to discard, or change idea that is going now where a part from your vision. Art of Quitting can become very handy, to lunch new startup, better product, with better market mix, to take a bigger difference coming your way and make it a successful enterprise out of your more refined Idea, Spirit and hard work. Alternative Startup fund raising : I struggle I emerge with new beginning( alternative method)-towards the better, Prosperity.

De Novo, Planus Vacante- no fund for startup - is the hardest time for any budding entrepreneur who has done what ever to be heard in Venture industry, as things does not goes plan as hope, I have been there, and knows the pain well reson given, either no demo or beta product, no traction or not enough at all, no revenue or less revenue, my favorite “it is a young company need to be in business for year or so”. One small practical advice: Plan for the alternative and hope for the best. Do not get dishearten, luctor ET emerge…..I struggle and emerge.

85 % of the startup pitched: BPlan competition, Pitch competition, demo days etc are normally rejected, Ex: Google, Revio-of Angrybird, Profitably, thinkfuse.com , etc. But the startup doesn’t end there even you have applied to all the traditional method, Willager would like to bring various unconventional approach applied by the various entrepreneur and finally scoare a successful startup fund.

Profitably alternative way of fundraising policy is one of the best case, I have come across: though the struggle seams similar most of startup, but methodology to raise the alternative start fund raising technique was a unique , which triumph and landed them to hefty fund of 1.1 million instead of 500k$ which was asked originally.

Profitably (blog) Joined Founder’s Institutes- to get the visibility, learn the tools, skills, to sharpen the entrepreneur traits, thus score visibility, but unsuccessful in raising the fund. Another blow come from this cash strap- demo product could not score well in various Bplan completion despite making it to final round in 3-4 time the reason being simply rest of the entry where in the business prior to apply for the competition.

But finally found a investor match- North Bridge Venture Partners who are looking for a team, enthusiasm and a prototype, and injected much needed 50K$startup fund to move up a step in a ladder, yet no venture capital interested to fund the startup-with convertible note. Thus came a strategy change: to pitch to a heard of angel investor-and asked to change the pitch to 350K$, instead of 500K$ fund.

Demo day did not yield any results, so do other venture capital, and startup competition. 2 angel investor again injected 75K$ into the dying startup. Finally score a point with by showing up in a pitching meet open up to- with fund of 759k$, a mentor and an angel investor David Mars, and cool office in NYC.

UK StartupVisa Legisltation, Drafted by A Cambridge based VC Alex van Someren, of Amadeus Capital Partners and former CEO of tech star nCipher, worked on UKTI’s global entrepreneur program has delivered yet another master stock in area of Britons VISA legislation which will come in effect by 6th April.

This new resolution, which have lowered the Bar, cleverly, Thus allowing the Entrepreneur from outside UK and EU resident to enter into UK Venture and entrepreneur market easily and thus create a positive competitiveness with US-StartupVisa,which has raised the bar higher in terms of cash requirement from entrepreneur.

This will ONLY work if your project is solely based on internet user generation if targeted users are for internet only, But is it is unlikely, as the mobile is claiming it market faster.

Now let us look at the mobile penetration which is 74% with 5 Billion on global scale. Smartphone usage is growing 47% more in Asia pacific region compare to 30% in developed country due to rise in economic condition and fast to market the smartphone supported by the high-speed connectivity in those region. There are 300M Mobile broadband connection and 14million connection been added/per month around the world.

New startup should not only address only one market but dual market and the primary market should be combination of Mobile based application, visibility and advertising for mobile broadband for North america, Europe and Asia pacific region and Mobile 2g based product for other regions to server the 74% of the users. Global VC market on mobile based startup will surpass the trillion$ investment by 2013.

Further more classification should be : Iphone,Ipad for North-america and Blackberry for UK, Canada, Nokia LG Samsung for Asia pacific based market.
