Drawn and Quartered? Latest williamhill.com Greyhound Derby betting out now - plus Taylors 5/2 enhanced!

Razldazl Jayfkay and Bubbly Phoenix will face off in a slamming quarter-final clash of the williamhill.com Greyhound Derby on Tuesday night, with the ante-post heavyweights priced at 11-10 and 5-2 respectively to come out on top at 9.10pm.

Proceedings stepped up a gear with 48 dogs becoming 24 on Saturday evening at the third-round stage - ante-post market-leader Jayfkay maintained his unblemished record with success in the second heat, although sponsors William Hill eased Dolores's star to 7-2 from 5-2 in the outright market, while Bubbly Phoenix was cut to 6-1 from 8-1 after clocking the flashiest time of the round.

The opening quarter on Tuesday sees reigning champion Taylors Sky - at an enhanced price of 5-2 with Hills - attempt to hold back the Razldazl charge of Rioga and Bugatti (both 9-4), and in the second qualifier, Young Sid (7-2) and Judicial Ruling (3-1) tackle the gutsy Shelbourne Geoff (10-3).

William Hill spokeswoman Lucy Rhodes said "Things get serious on Tuesday when 24 bid to book one of only 12 tickets to the semi-finals, and with the two big-guns Jayfkay and Taylors Sky still in the mix plus some exciting newcomers to the fray, sparks are sure to fly"

The traditional curtain-raiser to the Flat turf season - the William Hill Lincoln Handicap - began to take shape on Wednesday as a field of 97 was revealed at the initial entry stage, with the race sponsors installing Eton Forever as clear 10-1 market leader.

The Roger Varian-trained five-year-old, winner of the William Hill Spring Mile in 2011, tops the betting ahead of James Fanshawe's Primaeval, runner-up in a competitive handicap at Meydan recently, at 11-1.

Investec Derby - Fabre to Pour it on!

Investec Derby fever stepped up a gear on Thursday morning when the racing press flocked to the famous Downs to witness two Classic contenders in action on the gallops.

Pour Moi and Native Khan worked at Epsom's annual ‘Breakfast with the Stars' media day, and William Hill were forced to cut the first-mentioned to 6-1 from 7-1 following strong support in response to extremely positive remarks from Andre Fabre on his ‘best ever' chance of winning the big race.

As the official betting partners of the Investec Derby, William Hill have priced up a host of specials in the build-up to the Blue Riband of the Flat calendar - at 4-6 favouring Pour Moi in a match bet against Native Khan at 11-10.

Lucy Rhodes, spokeswoman for William Hill, said, ‘We received strong support for Pour Moi following the confident words from Fabre and he's now 6-1 from 7-1, but it remains to be seen whether he can bring the House down on the big day.'

Carlton House has been on everyone's lips since his Dante victory, and as support for the Royal runner continues to snowball, William Hill have opened a book on what price will be returned on the big day, with 6-4 available that he will jump away at 5-4 or less.

14-1 says Carlton House will emulate Workforce and win the Derby and Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, a further 28-1 he will add the King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Stakes to the haul, and 33-1 he will outshine the 2010 Epsom hero and break the track record of 2m 31.33.
