Young adults entering grades 6 and up are invited to join the Young Adult Winter Reading Club, which begins on Monday, January 8th, and ends on Friday, February 2nd.

Members will receive a free "backpack" keychain, in which they can store small items, when they sign up. They must read at least two (2) books of their choice, fiction or non-fiction, to be eligible for a chance to win a free weekly prize drawing.

All you have to do to sign up is to fill out a reading card on the table in the Young Adult section of the library and bring it to the front desk to receive your free gift. Sign up begins now!

Fifteen young adults and adults are invited to decorate three "Antique Decoupage Boxes" at the library on Tuesday, January 16th, 2007, at 6:30 PM. The non-refundable fee for this program is $20.00, due at the time of registration. Sign-up begins on Monday, December 18th, 2006, at the Circulation Desk, and models of the boxes are on display at the library, so you can see just what you'll be decorating!
