Cool blog!

Yes, there are many great houses to rent on the coast. Do a search on Google for Outer Banks Rental Homes. If golfing is important, we may want to think about a bit further south, either in Wilmington, North Carolina or Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. There are lots of awesome places. Mid-summer is peak season, though. I don't know that we could do it, but if we did either May or September, we could get a huge 10-12 bedroom home for under 3K. If we do it in July, it is peak season and the same house may be $7-9K.

If it looks like we seriously want to do this, let me know and I'll start doing some research. We'd save a bundle if we were OK with being a street or two off the beach. Beachfront makes it a lot more pricey.

Sounds like a blast! It's up to you to talk our northerners into it!

Laura
Can't wait to see you all again!

It is time for another Wilson family reunion!!

Start sending you thoughts and ideas to me.
