The game was previously announced as Metro 2034, the game is sequel to Metro 2033.

The story takes place after Metro 2033, the bad ending of previous game in which Artyom likely destroyed the dark ones. Artyom, Khan and many other rangers will join the force again to gaurd D6 from many foes including the Fourth Reich, communists and bandits. With this 4A has promised a throng of new weapons such as, bolt-action rifle, homemade grenade launcher and hand powered chain gun and new locations to play. Some weapons of Metro 2033 will also continue.

The game is set to be published on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. The game was announced on Nintendo Console “Wii U” but it was confirmed that the Wii U will not be seeing Metro Last Light.

Story:
