<itunes:summary>It seems that Microsoft may have pulled the Seinfeld Gates commercials. We think it’s accurate to say that Microsoft’s first efforts were unabashed disasters! Given the overwhelmingly negative reception by the press as well as, many Microsoft fans, the Seinfeld Gates fiascoes could possibly claim the dubious honor, as being among the worst commercials ever produced by a major U.S. company.
Some, have suggested Microsoft could have made better use of their resources by offering a prize for the best amateur series produced by you tube or soapbox contributors. This strategy, could have been sweetened, by donating the $10,000,000 squandered, on Seinfeld to the winner's favorite charity. What a Win Win that could have been!
On a more positive note , Microsoft introduced enhanced Zune MP3 players that may signal a viable strategy, for competing with the Apple iPod, and growing list of dedicated MP3 players and multi-task phones</itunes:summary>
