As connection speeds increase, the number of simultaneous downloads to a single web server may not be enough for your needs. B) If you visit a web page with lots of images (and supporting files like CSS styles and Javascript), then you can have a slower browsing experience. On average, your browser would have to make more than 40 requests to the server before it can assemble the complete page. Requesting all the files you need with the default 2 at a time is going to be slower than requesting say 10 files at a time.

1. Open the Start Menu.

2. In the white line (Start Search) area, type regedit and press Enter.

3. Click Continue for UAC prompt.

4. In regedit, go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings

5. In right pane, right click on a empty area and click New and click DWORD (32-bit) Value.

6. Type MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server and press Enter.

7. In right pane, right click MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server and click Modify.

8. Dot Decimal, then type 10 and click OK.
NOTE: The default value is 2, but you can change it to your needs.

9. Repeat steps 5 to 8 above, but use MaxConnectionsPerServer instead now.

10. When done you should see this below boxed in red.

11. Close regedit.

12. Logoff and logon, or restart the computer to apply the changes.

Cannot Rename or Move a File or Folder in Vista Fix

INFO: If you recieve the error The File or Folder does not exist when you cannot move or rename a file or folder, then this will show you how to fix this problem in Vista.
CAUSE: This problem occurs when this registry key or it's subkeys below gets corrupted, changed, or deleted.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\FolderDescriptions.

NOTE: A) If the steps below do not help, then take ownership of the file or folder, then try again. If you do not have one of these editions, then skip this section and go to STEP TWO below.
1. Open the Control Panel (Classic View).
2. Click on the Offline Files icon.
3. Click on the Disable Offline Files button. (See screenshot below)
NOTE: If it says Enable Offline Files instead, then click on it and click Apply and then click Disable Offline Files.
4. Click on Continue for the UAC prompt.
5. Click OK.
Offline_Files.jpg
6. Be sure to download the 32 bit or 64 bit version for your version of Vista. To see what bit version you have of Vista, open the Control Panel (Classic View) and click the System icon, or right click Computer in the Start Menu and click Properties. You will see the bit version under the System type section.
B) If this involves a New folder, then you should also do this tutorial. Separate multiple addresses with a comma. You may also use the Address Book to select email recipients if you have saved email addresses there.

Step4:

Decide if you want a copy of the email along with the attached photos sent to your email address as well. After using Windows Vista for a few weeks I tried this "trick" and I was glad to see that it still working.
Enabling these two options requires some changes in the Windows Registry. Working with the Windows Registry is rather complicated so we tried to simplify things as much as possible. All you need to do is download the registry

First, download the Registry archive file. This includes file emptied from the Recycle Bin and files deleted by bugs, crashes or viruses.
It supports all versions of Windows including the new Windows Vista operating system. The setup file has a size of only 200KB and the application itself is very light on resources consumption.
