My email receives self-help offers from not only big time experts but recently unemployeed stay-at-home people. They all are claiming to help me get more friends through Twitter. Or, to reduce my burden in the process of finding new prospects - all to the same end.

I can understand their hopes, but I have to laugh at some of their advertisements. Why don't you just tell me what it is really all about, I hate run around game!? One lady suggested that I join a group of Twitter folks and that we would share each others tweets to spam the heck out of twitter. Yet this would create more followers, she tells me.

I think that about 80-90% of Twitter programs were not something that I was willing to give a try. The other ten percent left me laughing. But, don't give up hope. I found one guy advertising over Google -- The secret to Twitter. It was just a headline so he would get more web hits, evidently he felt a need to post an article similar to this one.

So is there any thing you can do to pump serious life into Twitter?

I have a solution that is really easy to do and doesn't require that you jump around looking for an expert helper. All you need to do is search Twitter!

You'll have to catch on to this fast! I am not going to take all day, from my busy day to explain this.

When you search Twitter, you need to search for a person's expression. It could be a frustration notice or an expression of love. Whatever. But, don't search Twitter with the keywords like -- I want to sell. No! Instead, you need to search Twitter with a comment similar as: "I need money. "

The worst thing you could do is to search Twitter as if you were advertising. I see so many people making that mistake! "Hey do you want to buy a computer?" Wrong.

Instead, you need to search for: "computer broke"

Then you need to follow the person and they should follow you back too!

That's all you need to play Twitter, let me know if you see something better working outthere!
Thanks www.winning-closes.blogspot.com

Retire one year from the day you decide!

I will be short about this. You can successfully retire one year from the date you set your calendar to. Think about it -- you can retire and not work any more! I don't think you would take this seriously unless I really believed you could it. So without any wait --- because you want to retire as soon as possible --- let's begin.

Start raising your income level until you've reached $500. a day! I won't fight you over this because you really can do! And, I want to help you achieve this personal outcome. If you still don't believe then don't expect that I should help you out. Sorry, but there just aren't enough hours in the day. Once you've decide that retirement is cool and you are ready to begin the process --- lets do it together.

Ok! When you begin to earn five hundred dollars per day, I think that would definitely help you retire next year. Permanently. If you follow a sensible plan of saving and investing your cash.

With several hundred thousand of dollars under your belt, you could purchase a home out west for ten thousand dollars. I had a boss about a year ago, he took this idea to the next level, he and his lovely wife and there children did this -- to live. ($30k) Then they leased a restaurant at the town's building and starting to invite some locals over for breakfast during the town's meets. It costs his family just one dollar a year to rent the cooking section of the facility. This isn't completely retirement, but it would provide his family with needed spare cash.

This was important because it would help sponsor their trips to Walmart, as the store is fully two hours away from their residence.

Do you believe these things I tell you? There is more....He then bought out an adjacent house next door to his for roughly ten thousand dollars and turned it into a rental spot. This gave him even more money towards his retirement.

Now it's your turn: take the remaining cash and live off the interest you earn. Or convert it into precious metals if you believe, as I do, there is a financial collapse looming over the USA!

Don't forget to buy a bottle of something lite and bubbly to celebrate your retirement. (sparkling water for three dollars, lime) And don't forget to share it with your old friends, the ones sitting in their job cubicles, waiting for the end of their careers. (old age) Good Luck.

Related Links:
The $500. affiliate question course -> http://win-close.web44.net/article3.htm

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Thanks www.winning-closes.blogspot.com

Get a website to help you sell online....

Before you can successfully sell online, you might want to sign-up with a hosting company. Reason? You need a website to help you feature pictures and media online. For most sellers there is no reason to pay for a new site, because you can get free hosting on the web. And I am not speaking about the freebies that commonly feature banners and other promotions on your webpages. I use a free website, and I found that there is little need to buy huge website resouces. But, should you want to upgrade these guys blow the socks of most of the others upthere. For about $5. monthly you will be supplied with almost unlimited resouces and the upgrade is transparent. You can make money online with out a site, but I cannot imagine that!

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
free website, why pay for site? -> http://www.winning-closes.com/
Take $100. daily handing out free website: http://tinyurl.com/nggob8
Thanks www.winning-closes.blogspot.com

3 easy ways to become unstuck!

"Tribute to the longest day hero's --- DDay men and women!"

YOU MIGHT NOT GET THESE THREE METHODS RIGHT AWAY, but you can start working on them today!

They might not appear as fun as making technology moves! But, if you find that listening to your ipod more helpful then give that a try! Otherwise, you might want to consider these:

I. Submit suggestions to anybody asking for them...

Why?

My local library has their suggestion box in the computer room -- I've submitted my suggestion that they should rent PC notebooks for income. If they follow my advice, they wouldn't be so stressed out about the upcomming state financial budget.

Submitting a few suggestions would help you build a skill you can take to the boardroom of any organization you want to talk to --- and they might buy what you have to offer.

Besides, don't you need this important skill for jobs too?

II. Ask for employment anyplace and everyplace...

(Be smart about this, don't send a resume to Burger King! Don't overpower an interview, even small job opportunities have something to learn about.)

Hey wasn't it Tom Peter's who said you should drop out of the race of life and spend a year working a resturant job to lighten up!

And now is the best time to drop a job! Really!!

Don't be afraid to lower your work habits, or try to raise them skyward.

I've worked at 65+ jobs and everyone of them has been fruitfull in some regard.

So try shaking up your routine, apply for all jobs! Keep at it you might be surprised at your new found skill --- besides, are cubicle positions really that fun?

III. Participate in contests...

"Why in the world --- and what will this do for me?"

Besides winning cash and/or cars --- you will find this gives you a chance at getting luckier! Contest are not always about pure gambling moves. Sometimes they are designed to put you up on your toes, as you participate in them. There is a trick to find a good contest, and reading the fine print is very helpful too!

Don't rule out games that require personal skills using logic and tactics, this helps you work at your best trait --- Luck!

Bill Gates claimed that his fortune was partially a result of luck, that of being at the right place at the right time.

And Bill has been seen playing cards with Sir Warren Buffet in the news.

Conclusion:

Get unstuck by not reading a book, with the wording in its title, their are a few out there, but through the three ways I've offered in this blog article. After all, first-time customers are not only the easiest to re-sell if you follow my tactics below--they are the least expensive. So how do you gain and foster trust in the eyes of your new customer? How do you get them to spend their hard-earned money with you again and again?Over the years, I've identified 11 important keys togaining and fostering online trust with your customers. By consistently keeping these tactics in mind when selling online, you'll keep your customers happy and take yoursales to a new level.
#1: Establish a Track Record This is the most effective way to build trust. Eachtime you sell a product or make a promise, make sureyou do exactly what you say. Over a period of time, your customers will feel comfortable with taking you at your word without question. If you breach this trust or betray them it will cost you future sales in the long run. Establishing a track record takes time, but it's well worth it.
#2: Follow Up After making a sale, make sure to contact your customer within 24 hours and find out if they're happy with your product or service. People will respect you for following up. This shows your customer that you care about them.
#3: Keep in Touch This is a long-term version of following up. After you make a sale, keep in touch. Send an email asking the customer how they liked your product. If possible, and if you have their permission, call them as a follow up.Find out if your product is performing as promised. This builds a bond with your customers.Usually when a merchant rips someone off or makes a shady deal, they disappear. Many online merchants make returning a product or getting customer service support almost impossible. By staying in touch, you demonstrate a level of integrity that'll put customers at ease when they dofuture deals with you. Here's another idea -- start a newsletter and, as long as you have their permission, reach out to your customers at least once a month, or send them an online survey to fill out. You can send surveys using Zoomerang, available at: http://www.zoomerang.com
#4: Go the Extra MileI think Harvey McKay, author of Swim with the Sharks without Being Eaten Alive, says it best, "Underpromise"and "Overdeliver." This means doing more than what's expected. Unfortunately, it's usually the other way around.By doing more, you add more value. It's more than just delivering quality--it's delivering a level of quality and integrity that goes above and beyond the initial promise. When you go the extra mile and truly satisfy the other party, you make yourself indispensable to them. An example would be sending a special email every once in a while to all your customers with an article or tip relating to your product (just make sure you have their permission first). This will not go unnoticed.
#5: Show Empathy Most prospective customers are not just poor decision makers--they're terrible. They may be terrified to buy online or spend a certain amount of money. Understand this is a weakness and help them. Be willing to assist customers in making a decision. Give them an outstanding no-questions-asked promise. Provide multiple testimonials.Provide an 800# where customers can call if they have questions. Put yourself in your prospective customers'shoes and think like they do.
#6: Be Trusting of Others This is very tricky during your first sale. Don't be afraid to give your customers a better-than-average money-back promise, and highlight that fact. Most customers are honest and will not keep your productwhile asking for a refund. It may happen occasionally, but it is the exception, not the rule. Most people have good intentions.
#7: Admit When You're Wrong Sometimes you may sell a product that, for what everreason, does not deliver as promised. For instance, your product may contain audio or video files thatdo not work as planned. It happens! If you want to build trust, proactively admit when you've made a mistake and then do everything youcan to quickly correct it. By admitting you're wrong, you show you're trustworthy. Your customer knows that when you admit to being wrong (especially if you're proactive), you're demonstrating a high level of honesty and integrity. Just make sure to do it quickly!
#8: Be a Team Player Approach every sale as if you and your customer are on the same team. Keep in mind that the goal of every dealis to find a winning solution for everyone. You make a sale by solving someone's problem, and they provide you payment in exchange. A sense of teamwork builds friendship and camaraderie.
#9: Communicate Clearly To build trust with customers, you must be clear, articulate, and precise every time you communicate. If you're not clear, or seem to be hiding information, customers will automatically think you have a hidden agenda and start to distrust you and/or your organization.
#10: Be Fair with EveryoneBeing fair means treating people equally. Have a genuine respect for everyone you sell to. All things being equal, never give a special discount to one person and not another. You never know which customers will turn out to be the most profitable in the long run, so it's best to treat everyoneas if they were your top customer.
#11: Walk Your Talk Stand behind what you say, do, buy, and sell. If you saysomething, mean it. If you sell something, use it. If you do something, do it with the highest level of integrity. Be genuine about who you are and never misrepresent yoursel for your product. If you tell your customers that a product will do something, make sure it does. If you tell a customer that you provide a special guarantee, honor it. If you make a habit of using these techniques as often as possible when interacting with your customers and making sales, you'll develop stronger relationships and have customers who buy from you again and again!

Peter Wink, http://www.peterwink.com/, is an authority on negotiation strategies and dealmaking. He had a big healthy smile despite his recent surgery. You might think, as successful as he is, shouldn't he be upset about missing the latest round of golf because of his personal injury. However, we have a lot of talented people in the America now whose smiles are wider than that of a victorious athlete's.

We are still very strong people, and we are to win as united as one.

My generation has: Ophra Winfree, Lance Armstrong, Tiger Woods, Anthony Robbins, and president elect Obama as examples of the winning people who are making this country what it is! This country might be failing short-term, but these best of the best are shinning examples of what is still possible should we decide to think of ourselves as more than passive failures. In fact, our generation is brave, strong and talented, yet we need to work at our smiles everyday! Why? Because, if we adopt the attitude of our newest and best leaders then we can overcome all troubles that are facing us today. So,

I invite you to think of just one person you might consider a hero and begin to immediately capture a different mindset, that of projecting yourself with confidence based around the goodness they set into you. I promise that if you follow this sort of behaviour, your world will change and our generation will be remembered as the 'finest winners of them all.'

Thanks www.winning-closes.blogspot.com

Rich Dad Philadelphia workshop / seminar ......

RichDad's Robert T. The massive tree in the downstairs parlor was adorned with every conceivable decoration from the conventional to the fanciful: evergreen roping, cranberries, pink poinsettias, a miniature hansom cab, icicles, piano, banjo, horseshoes, butterflies, silver dogs, and cornucopias. Any Christmas tree put up by Thomas would have to be electrified -- in this case with blue, pink, yellow, orange, green, violet, and fuchsia lights. Under the tree might be found a stamp collection or a train set for Charles, a dollhouse and sideboard with tea set for Madeleine, and toy hussars and stone building blocks for Theordore."

this text was quoted directly from: Edison, Inventing the Century - A Biography by Neil Baldwin, Published Hyperion of New York. page 285
Thanks www.winning-closes.blogspot.com

Government Bailout of Automotive Industry is Halted

Back when Chrysler was in serious trouble the United States government stepped in with assistance and this helped Chrysler to cure its troubled times. I'm thinking back, because that was almost too hard to believe, we found it terribly hard to image an American icon, one that has built an impressive skyward art-deco titan in New York City skyline could ever find itself in serious peril that it had been in, earlier in 1979.

http://www.heritage.org/research/regulation/bg276.cfm

Today, we see not only Chrysler, but all three manufactures of American cars deeply and seriously in troubled waters, yet should we think that a government bailout is necessary to maintain our automotive market place in the world?

What is your vote?

Congress won't take approved action to save the passing giants, because they see no real recover plans in the works by any one, one of the three companies.

Even though Chrysler, historically, was successful in keeping its distribution lines efficient during past bailout; it is unlikely they will repeat the pattern process. Something that was a bargaining chip when they ultimately found improvement by joining forces with the German Daimler-Benz organization, just years after receiving their Gov. aid.

This was not an easy task for either Chrysler or Daimler to prove, there were serious issues regarding their ability to mix two different molds into one output --- innovative collaboration.

http://ezinearticles.com/?DaimlerChrysler:-Merger-or-Acquisition?&id=89779

However, the works is not impossible, not even for the ailing big three, and the problem is not defined a real problem! It is just weakness to establish a goal by each company in finding a road plan back to their riches; after all, the foreign manufactures are very comfortable in competing with and against us. They don't have serious surplus of vehicles lining their streets corners, as the American Industry currently has now.

In short, it is very difficult for the US Gov. to perceive this: they should, a partnership deal with the companies that don't want to play ball in a game that is controlled with actual resolve, not merely claim that another inning will keep them out of operational jeopardy, to recover fully.

And it is not hard to dig up some history regarding partnering and bailouts, to teach us and the leaderships' of the car companies a lesson in keeping fair rules at finding the workable solution.

So government bailout of the Automotive Industry is halted.

__________________________________________

http://www.legalnewsline.com/news/217966-auto-bailout-bill-dies-in-senate

as: "(I)f the U.S. auto industry is serious about taking millions in aid from our pockets, it must show us that it too is serious about global warming and taking a leading (and therefore profitable) role as a producer of fuel-efficient and carbon-sensitive vehicles,"

but note:

"In Sept. 1993, for example, the US...... and Big Three..... announced a partnership to develop, within a decade, vehicles that would be three times more fuel-efficient..... involving more than $1 billion contributed jointly by all (four) parnters, "a technical challenge comparable to or greater than... the Apollo project"' page 8, Building Strategic Relationships by William Bergquist Published by Jossey-Bass Publishers, San Francisco (read this edition before you start any joint ventures)
Thanks www.winning-closes.blogspot.com

email from J.Abraham this morning....

"Dave,
I'm going to be frank...
In a bad economy, many (if not most) of the popularincome generating approaches fizzle out on you. Many of the online marketing gambits stop working, too.
Real estate can turn outright "vicious" and biteyou in the behind financially --- really bad.
If you've been trying to start a new full or parttime business and been struggling...this market andeconomy will only make the process harder.
Sorry for the bad news, but facts are facts. Two of the big examples are: Facebook and MySpace. However, you don't have to build a super website to get things up and going. Here is a smaller and more specialized site worth your consideration. I don't follow it, but i would like to emphasis the importance of the social scene and the potential for personal wealth. Suicide Girls features an ongoing membership and affiliate program too!

What niche could you start a similar format around - regards.

Please visit Suicide Girls by Clicking this Link!

**********************************

Related Links:
My no-nonsense Guide to Making Real Internet Money.
Marketing Guru Jay Abraham offers tips on becoming Rich!
Blog's disclaimer -- Please Read!

Thanks www.winning-closes.blogspot.com

Poor fella's guide to eBaY riches

Clock Your Auctions for More Hits / Sales....
