Why we do it:
multiple local, national and international organizations have been working for the well being for people,in individual capacity, these organizations usually strive to reach out the diverse types of their groups by launching awareness campaigns and community mobilization.Generally,every organization has to develop its independent field network for identifying and contacting its target beneficiaries. Such activities may consume a significant chunk of their time, efforts and resources.consequently, their ability to deliver substantively to the target beneficiaries may be adversely affected.Further, their project-based intermittent interventions bear the serous challenges of sustainable community participation in the project activities at grass root level.
On the other hand,the poor,marginalize and socially excluded people mostly lack information and necessary skills for exploring the opportunities locating the organizations, and resource centers for benefiting from them.They need information and guidance to reach out the opportunities and resources, which are usually beyond their reach.Such a distance between the potential benefactors and the beneficiaries poses challenges to effective community participation in development interventions and service delivery. Since, sustainable community participation is key to sustainable stakeholders in closer contact for their mutual dispensation. Hence WINS Pakistan fins its role as a facilitator and mediator for connecting both the benefactors and their target beneficiaries.

Exploring and tapping the opportunities, resources and services of various civil society organizations, government institutions, national and international agencies for benefiting the poor and the marginalized groups,of population.
developing stable, institutionalized and workable linkages and partnership with various civil society organization,government institutions, and services for benefiting the target groups and communities
Facilitating the civil society organizations,government institutions,national and international agencies in implementing their programs for benefiting their target beneficiaries
