My First Convetion!

2014-04-29T15:00:00.000-07:00

So I attended my First Convention EVER, it was called SabaKon and it was this past weekend april 26th and 27th at AlexisPark. I had a blast, got to meet a bunch of new people and see a lot of Cos-Players in really nice Costumes. I shared a table with a friend of mine :D She was selling premade and custom beanies (AdoraBeanies ) which by the way are AMAZING! I sold (Zethans Craft Shop) Patches, Fat Unicorns and Sitting Owls. Here are some picture of them while I was working on them. I didn't get a ton of time to work on everything because we only found out about getting the table last minute so we were kinda unprepared.

Princess Bubblegum's Crown and Lumpy Space Princess's Star

The Version I like better of LSP's Star

Peppermint Butler (adding the stripes)

My Little Pony Patches (color coordinating with friend)

Pony Patches on some of her hats ( they turned out so good) P.S. I took this picture of the Awesome Lizard!!! I didn't get and pictures of cos-players but I HAD to have a picture of him!

Title, Title, Title

2013-05-05T12:52:00.001-07:00

Knitted version :) which took me almost 2 years to finish due to moving and work.

I stared working on this back in 2012 and have yet to finish it because I am not sure what I am doing with it. I ended up with 60? peices and bought a filler yarn to "add more" bulk to the finished piece but I'm at a loss for what that will end up being.

This is a picture of about 6 different projects going on all at once! I'm still working on 3 of them but they are soooooooo close to being done I can see the finish line.

Here is Toro asking if he might come up for a sit on the couch with me. You can also see one of the 3 remaining projects in the background waiting for the name of the child it's going to, to be hand stitched on it in colorful felt letters.

This is me trying to figure out Japanese spelling of my Niece's name, I'm just going to have to ask Her mother for her and her brother's name in kanji (I think that's the one she is using). I never took Japaneses in College so I can only guess from what I remember my friends and siblings talking about.

So that concludes my update that I know has been a rather LONG time in the making.

Cats are doing good. Fat cat is well Fat, Abby is snugglier, and little Toro is getting used to children voices :0 lol its quite silly but he is still young. Also a new kitten was gotten Her name is Lucy-chan. She is sooooooooooooo cute and playful but she has a fungi so she has to stay away for a few months :( but hopefully soon!

Week 3 No Car

2012-08-09T15:42:00.001-07:00

Not my car but its what it looks like : P

So I have been without my lovely Maroon Car for "3" weeks now and summer semester if almost over I mean like days away. SO excited about it but the SUN is killing me with heat. I swear I get close to an hour+ of walking down in the heat of the SUN and then I tell myself I'm going to work out in the garage before bed. *hahaha* Yeah so I did it Monday and (Tuesday).... I really wish my memory was better but oh well. I had a Calendar going but it has fallen my the wayside. So yeah I am working on a queen size knit blanket and it is taking FOREVER!!!!! but in the mean time I made a new bag (the one I bought ended up having too much metal on it for my skin and I looked like I had a gotten bitten my hundreds of little ants on my arms). So I made a nice purple and "pearl" colored bag and again (do but don't like the way it turned out). I will post pictures at a later time I swear! Monday my coworker came it with a question about crocheting a hat and I tried to help her, but she didn't bring it with her. However she brought it the next day and I figured out where her problem was and why it didn't match the picture. Oddly enough I have found a lot of Crafty people at work, more then I thought there would be. (I work with Computers all day)..

.... Okay I'm done for now.

I don't want to!

2012-07-28T21:58:00.001-07:00

I want to throw a fit and kick and scream I DON'T WANT TO WORKOUT! *sigh* feeling shitty right now. I will, I have to, I must workout and its almost time but damnit I reaaaaaaaaaaaally don't want to. Yesterday was like pulling teeth so today its worse. 5 more minutes .....better get my shoes on and get ready >.< watch me go......
one day want to get one of these coffee singles! .

About Me

2012-07-27T14:36:00.001-07:00

Just to be clear I have done diets before and lost tons of weight. I don't want to do that this time I want to figure out what I can eat and still maintain my life without having to give up everything. I did the Atkins diet with my dad when I was younger and it worked great. I missed pop-tarts, chips and fresh right from the oven bread (not so much candies, not a big sugar junkie). I started high school and forced myself to not eat any carbs to keep my weight off, or if I did it would be the only carb/big food item I would eat that day. I was over compensating for them, treating them like sugary fats. I know I can't eat the entire loaf of hot french bread but man do I want to sometimes. I have to workout in order to maintain my weight, I don't have the luxury of eating and staying "skinny" . I don't have a need to be skinny in fact it looks like I'm sick if I lose too much weight. I have that shape where you need a little something something to look "HOT" lol .

So this time I am going back to the no soda lifestyle (its where if I drink one I bounce off the walls like a kid on a sugar high) it's a lot easier then it sounds. I like tea so I replace tea for soda whenever I can, which is just about everywhere. Now you can start off going to sweetened tea, but I go straight for the unsweetened kind. After a few weeks you will notice that different teas taste bitter and some SUPER GOOD, and if you eat your sugary treat it gives it a sweeter taste. Its amazing how it changes the flavor of what your drinking and eating. I eat pasta and chips, breads, and sweets I am not doing a diet I am trying to live and not starve myself from things I want.

I have found that Fast Food packs on the pounds a lot quicker then if you cook at home every night. Why? because you eat more/ buy more then you need and consume it all. You really don't need much more then a small fry and a Burger (just one) and maybe a small soda. That's it, if you try this for a week (3 times a day, IF you eat out all the time) I'm sure you will feel better ( I can't say for sure you will lose weight me= not a doctor) and if your hungry in between meals grab a fruit or vegetable tray to munch on. By no means start doing 3x a day if you don't eat out all the time, just do it when you do. Change your habit of fast food eating.

I feel like I have strayed off the topic of me .... and now a bit lost so I will end this post for now and come back at a later time.

Really Short

2012-07-25T09:10:00.001-07:00

I did work out Monday and it was good and super hot >.< need to set up a fan. Tuesday I went and looked at houses and I think I got depressed because by the time I got home I just really wanted to go to bed. So I did, I plan on doing them today no matter what! So wish me luck that I pull up and just do it! I have a busy week ahead of me! I need to find a ride for my husband and myself to job interviews *sigh* I wish that getting the car fixed was a quicker processes, but I am happy our mechanic has a job so I will continue to ride the bus till he gets free time to work on it. I will post cat pictures in the next one, I have a few new ones ^.^ ...s

Quickie

2012-07-20T19:11:00.000-07:00

So I haven't been working out this past week. I have been walking to the buss stop everyday >.< my car broke ( steering colum) *sigh* one more week but I plan on staring back up again. I have been trying to get a second job and so have been busy with that as well. Also Toro is now living with a friend of mine till I move to a new place (wont go into details but its dumb). Got too stressed out this past week and said screw exercising (not a good idea but that's how I justified it in my head) I promise by Monday I will be back on track, You can hold me to that :) I think I will do a weight up date and measurements ^.^ That way you have more proof I'm trying and not just telling you lies.

Water Box

2012-07-12T19:25:00.001-07:00

So relaxing having a nice cold Heineken thinking about what I want to do for the month of Auguest. I am thinking about adding a 10-30 min dance workout in the morning to go along with my 40 min elliptical and 25 min weights (time on weights is a guess).

AND of course can't have a good day without cat pictures, so here is Eve cheating on her soda box with the Water box (she loves the cover top).

Oh and yes I do plan on working out tonight. NO EXCUSES!!

FLYING PANDAS

2012-07-10T19:00:00.000-07:00

Very Blurry FAT CAT!

The Elliptical that I use, in its spot in the garage. I's missing the power cord but its okay it works just fine still.

Eve (FatCat) is the hardest to get a good picture! However she is sleeping quite nice and snugly.

AND YES HOOKER LLAMA? I really have no idea but that's what it looks like. Also if you happen to know where this originally came from I would LOVE to Know!!!

Toro-kun

2012-07-08T18:37:00.000-07:00

I finally got newer pictures of him, too bad there is no size guage >.< other then the beat up hunk of paper.

So you know how I took Wednesday off, welllllll I took Friday off as well *sigh* eat late felt depressed and just wanted to go to bed. So I did and it sucked. Last night I worked out, lasted 5-6 songs on the elliptical could have gone longer but there needs to be a time limit on garage time with no air flow.

I will work out tonight, just got to get up and do it.

P.S. I kinda want to get a weight/exercise ball

Happy 4th USA

2012-07-04T23:34:00.002-07:00

So it's the 4th and the fireworks started going off last week 0.o yeah all the cats are wide eyed and claws out *sigh* poor kitties. Trying not to do any odd or loud noises just in case they pee them self's in fear. It really is upsetting to both parties when the cat pees on you cause its so scared. Hopefully it end soon (don't want the pee situation) it happened once before and that is more then enough times if you ask me. Also I am thinking of skipping my cores (i had a bit to drink tonight and feel more like going to bed then doing them. It will be my first day I haven't done them so I think it will be okay but I don't want to make it a habit.

P.S.
My Hubby thinks it Hot when I work out ^.^ see you never know Ladies. You could be sitting on a land mine of potential fun and not even know it!

Strawberries

2012-07-01T21:54:00.000-07:00

So I decided to make a few cat toys and put them up in my shop. The pattern for them came from UME Crafts, I just love her work (and yes I did get her permission though I have to say its been a few years, I hope she remembers : / ....)

Test

2012-06-30T21:54:00.002-07:00

So if any of my readers have a good exercise that uses weight bands I would love to hear about them. I bought the weight bands a while back and still haven't figured out what to do with them now that I have them

How's it going?

2012-06-30T21:24:00.000-07:00

So I started core exercises which I feel the most, I swear I can do the cardio for hours and feel nothing the next day but WHOLLY COW I was sore from the cores :) I started Wednesday June 27th I skimped a bit last night but did them in the morning and will do today's before bed. I got too say nothing like a Toro "helping" as your planking and he starts attacking your head >.< *sigh* I can't even do the full version yet and he has to hang off my head. I will start doing cardio hopefully by the end of next week but I'm not sure where. I have an elliptical in my garage that has no power and its awkward to use hence the garage banning there is also a bench press that I'm hoping my Hubby sets up soon as I only have 5 pound weights right now I ended up leaving my set of weights at my sister Red's (yes yes I used to work out, remember the before pictures). So I know that the first few weeks you don't see much of a change and because I swear I just eat my weight in unfrosted cupcakes this weekend (not really but still) >.< next week will be better. Good thing I have two broken teeth because they keep me from eating the little candys that I do eat. (not really on the teeth >.< ) Sorry for the blurry pic but he just gets way too excited when it comes to pictures.

This is my wonderful drawings of some of the core exercises I do.

Goals

2012-06-28T20:39:00.003-07:00

I am going to do this! I am setting goals for my self I really want to lose weight.

So this is my BEFORE pictures I was maybe a size 12 in these two pictures. I have a hard time with pictures because I was over weight before and then I lost the weight was down to 130 pounds my heaviest was 165 but I still looked good.

I was just turning 21 I was happy but lonely : /

I Found my Husband and got Married I was no longer lonely and very happy but I atet all the wrong foods and being the sweet guy he is Always made sure I was never hungry, EVER! The only problem is was that it was a lot of fast food that I wasn't used to eating. So I got fat, the moment I really knew I had lost track of my weight was when I realized that my arms had gotten fat. I mean my lower arms! it was upsetting. I got depressed for a while. My Heavyest now is 238 pounds and I think it's WAY passed time I did something about it. I want this birthday to be one I remember fondly, not one I cry about at a later time. My Goal is small but very big at the same time. I don't care about pounds anymore. I really want to be a smaller size my goal is to no longer be a size 18-20 I want to be a size 14 I have 6 months to do this, NO I HAVE 6 MONTHS TO ACHIEVE THIS!

I am Blogging this to keep me on track and responsible. Also I will never run I hate running, but I will do a lot of other things instead.

I will post about my progress as much as I remember. I really need something to report to so this will be it!

I will continue to post about other things cats, food, crafts, everything.

Here I GO!!

Updated

2012-06-27T19:13:00.001-07:00

So as you might have guessed by the title and the newer look I have updated my blog. Its less drab looking and so far I'm happy with it.

Let me know what you think :)

I Found "It"

2012-06-26T19:35:00.000-07:00

So I found my connection cord for my phone ^.^
This young man -----> is Mr. PK (PurrKittens) he is the son of Midnight the last one in the litter when he was born. He lives with my Sister (we shall call her Red because I have a lot of them ^.^) he is kinda the slow one but super cute with he's gray suit and white accents.

<---- This one is Mr.Killua named after Hunter X Hunter, we were really big into it at that time. He was one of the three white babies that lived. (the mom had one that died at birth, it was hard I cried while on the phone with the vet.) I wish I still had a pic of all the boys on a chair waiting to go to a good home. He ended up with my sister Red as well. He is also from the same litter and Midnight was the dad. I don't think I have posted pictures of the mom here, her name was Eclipse. I no longer have her or Mid. they are in a better place I hope.

THIS IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO AWESOME!!!!! I found the pattern here PEARS!!! OMG I love pears soooooooooo much so I had to make it. She has other patterns that are cute too def. check out her blog!!!!! DO IT!! (she didn't ask me to talk about her). I JUST REALLY LOVE PEARS!!!!!!!

Last but not lest at recent picture of The Fat Cat or (Princess Fat Tail) as I so have named her lately. I just love my Evening she will come to anything I call her ^.^

Blogging?

2012-06-24T23:00:00.000-07:00

I have been busy with work and looking for more work. I have been doing some crafting, I even took pictures but now I can't find the cord to upload them. Forget emailing them (I like not sending the phone company my entire check). So I went through and pulled some old picture of the girls ---------->

<------ They look super cute and you can really see the youth in their faces, I just love it!

You can see they have gotten bigger ------------->

and not big update on the boy Mr. Toro-kun but hopefully soon ^.^

Everyone is still in the sick mode and hopefully this will be over soon.

That is it for the update on the cats and me!

Toro-kun

2012-06-09T14:44:00.002-07:00

So He found the top to a pumpkin that I made a few years back and he LOVES it! He would play with it allllllllllll night long till I hide it from him.

He would search for it and whine. One night he stole my yarn and throw it alllllll over the room as a way to get back at me! No joke it really seemed like that's what he was doing!

Trying to take a few action shots.

He could hear my husband coming up the stairs >.<

He wouldn't play with it till my husband was in the room *sigh* every time I try to get it on video.

Counted Cross Stitch

2012-06-01T16:20:00.000-07:00

So I wanted to work on something different lately. I rummaged through my craft closet for something, anything that strikes my interest.

I ran across this and was like hay I'll start working on it.

Working on the inbetween part of the wing section, the above pic is going the wrong direction lol I was almost done when I noticed ---->

I took it out and started going in the right direction. *sigh* but I know it would bother me later, like bad. I have taken out an entire cross stitch because it look awkward to me. I am super picky some times.

Here is where I left off so I could upload a few pictures and tell you about it. This is only one wing of a rather large dragon.

-Zethan

2012-05-24T14:38:00.000-07:00

So at about 5 this morning Toro decided to play, he has been doing this for a few day now. Yet another sign that he is getting better. I think the best part about this is that he is playing with a plush strawberry I made a few years back and yet making tons of noise. I don't know if you can hear it with my phone being so outdated but maybe.

Enjoy

FAT CAT Day

2012-05-22T19:18:00.000-07:00

Today is all about my Fat Cat (AKA. Evening) Right now the other two cats are sick and so she is stuck down stairs while they are in the bedrooms getting better. Here is a Video of what happens every morning.

Here she is enjoying out side in the back yard, taken her dust bath (silly girl) In truth I am hoping she doesn't get the cold from the other two because it's about a 90% ( or more) chance we will have to put her down. I have to say it sucks to have a cat with Leukemia and I have all ready gone through it twice before with Dusk and Midnight (deep breath) I had Mid for years, he even had children who are still living and happy. I was asked this last Christmas by one of my nieces to meet him because she saw a picture of him on a Christmas ornament. She has his two sons at her house. One day I will remember to take pictures to post. Dusk wasn't even a year when she got sick and had to be put down, it was hard because she was my replacement child I mean for real I got super depressed getting her helped me a lot I cried. About a year later we got Abby and just last 2 weeks we got Toro. When he got sick my first thought was oh Please Don't Have Leukemia! and he didn't (so happy). He is almost all better and Abby still has some time to go. Hoping everyone can play soon so Fat Cat is quieter in the morning (she can be soooooo loud) >.< but we all Love her even if she wants all our food and complains if she doesn't get any of it. : /

Fat in all her Glory!

New Kitten

2012-05-12T17:38:00.001-07:00

So as you know from the title I got a new kitten (Toro), to be fair the house got a new kitten. I'm not going into detail about it so yeah. He is a very cute little boy who after one week has gotten better with the girls and is now sadly sick with the cold. He has been qurantined off in my bedroom for the time being till his Daddy gets home from a trip to take him in to the doctors. The girls are confused as to why he can't come play anymore and what to sneak in the room to find out. *sigh* Silly girls we can't have you sick too (fat cat)!! I don't know if you remember but Eve (aka fat cat) has a leukemia and can get super sick quick, oddly enough Abby doesn't have it. We don' t know about the kitten yet we have to wait till he is bigger to get shots for it and tested. Hopefully he does not because he is technically Eve's replacement for when she has to be put down. Eve is a super awesome cat and love her personalty, the hope is that the baby will be chill like her ( I have no idea if this will work) our last kitten we got "Abby" is a snide little thing but can be super sweet still hoping she grows up more. Any who now for some pictures!!!
