A devoted cult has sprung up around Beach House following their two albums, Beach House and Devotion. Beach House's live performances create an intense and otherworldy space with organs, slide guitars, reverb, harmony, layers, echoes and melodies. As a special treat for Australian audiences, the Beach House duo will be accompanied by drummer and percussionist Dave Bergander of Baltimore art-rockers Celebration on their Australian tour in August.

Intimate and warm, sensual and hazy, the dreamlike magic and compelling beauty of Beach House provide the surefire antidote to the winter blues.
Wireless Bollinger is thrilled to reveal that Kings of Leon return with the release of their highly anticipated fourth album Only By The Night on Sat 20 September.
Kings of Leon also have some live European festival dates coming up which shouldn't be missed!

They may have ditched the white robes (now memorialised in an emblem on their new outfit) for a darker, more worldly stage presence comprising of black fatigues and clip-on red crosses with hearts but musically, The Polyphonic Spree still create euphoric, uplifting pop music and the sheer joy of their performance is a must see for all!

Augie March Album Update

Augie March have made three albums in twelve years. Glenn writes a lot of songs, so it's only the bluest-chip tunes that are deemed album-worthy. The band don't start making albums until they have enough of them blue-chippers. And that's aroundabout NOW. They are currently in Neil Finn's Roundhead Studios in Auckland, New Zealand with the wonderful Joe Chiccarelli (Beck, The Shins, White Stripes, My Morning Jacket + many more) making Album Number Four, due out in Australia in October this year. There are REGULAR studio blogs, video blogs and occasional snippets of new music over at www.augiemarch.com.au

But wait, there's more!

On a particularly puzzling, frazzling day involving a fried band and crew, the buzz of new promise in a big land, long-haul sleepless dementia and a 9.3 on the Collective Minibar Hangover Scale, the band tumbled out of a brown 15-seater and into

The music that inspired the Walkmen to compose You and Me follows in a tradition of song writing that goes back to early rock 'n' roll: the intimacy and energy of Elvis Presley's and Buddy Holly's early recordings. Wireless Bollinger are happy to announce The Walkman August tour and the track listing of the soon to be released You and Me.

With the imminent release of their debut album, Melbourne outfit Little Red have just announced their first headlining national tour. August and September sees the harmonically gifted quintet take their feel good sounds from coast to coast touting tunes from their debut long player Listen To Little Red which is out on the Sat 28 June (check out the WB review here).

Since they first appeared on the live circuit a year or so ago, Little Red have played at nearly every music festival in the country, and with just about every band you'd care to mention, but most of us were waiting patiently for the day when we could listen to Little Red in the comfort of our own conversation pits.
