The toughest challenge for B2B companies that want to use Pinterest as a marketing channel is that there is a lack of visual content. Many B2B companies are selling product(s) or service(s) in industries that for the most part are not visual. In order, to make Pinterest work for you as a marketing channel you will need to get creative with visual content. Let’s have a look at some ideas.

1. The Visual Content you Already Have Access To – Perhaps you have some headshots of the executives you could create a management board and each person’s bio. Perhaps you have photos of all your staff, and then you could create boards by department or position. Maybe your company does charity work, and then you could create a board from some of the photos for the charity event. Think of the less than obvious photos that are there.

2. Use Images That are Beautiful, Clear, Crisp, and Visually Appealing on Your Blog Articles – When you go to add photos to your blog posts always keep in mind that you are going to pinning these photos to Pinterest.

3. Take Advantage of Data Charts and Infographics – Both of these are extremely popular right now throughout the internet, and that goes for Pinterest as well. If you have any interest data from your industry, brand, or company that might interest viewers use them. In fact, if they are industry data charts or infographics make sure you get around to pinning them before your competition does. You can also build charts and graphs in Excel if you like.

4. E-books and Whitepapers – If your company has recently released an e-book or whitepaper take a screenshot of the cover of the e-book or the whitepaper itself. If there is someone on your team that has authored a book in your industry take a picture of the author and pin it to Pinterest. It will certainly help you become a leader in Pinterest, and help to promote traffic to your site.

5. Customer Photos – What could be better for your business than posting photos of happy customers with a short testimonial? Create a board on Pinterest dedicated to customers smiling faces and happiness.

There you have five excellent ideas for using Pinterest for your marketing needs. Start here, and before long you will be coming up some other great ideas that you can implement. Why wait another day to start promoting.

As Pinterest gains more and more attention, people are flocking to the site wanting to sign up and discover what it’s all about. It is a big surprise to discover that you must be invited by someone in order to gain access. You can also request an invitation directly from Pinterest but be prepared to wait.

If you don’t have someone you know that can invite you, just go to the site at www.pinterest.com and click the “Request an Invite” link. You will be asked to enter your email address where you would like to be notified once your account has been created. Getting a friend or family member to invite you will grant you much faster access.

It’s important that you use the same email address that you use for your Facebook and Twitter account so that you can link all of these social media sites together. Once you receive your invite, it is better to sign in through your Twitter account rather than your Facebook account.

That’s because your pins cannot be posted to a Facebook business page and will show up on your personal profile, whereas when you use Twitter you are signing into your business Twitter account, which you can then have link back to your business page on Facebook.

Once your account is active, you can optimize your Pinterest profile, which is found under the settings tab. Here you will enter your company’s name as your user name, unless of course you are setting up Pinterest for your personal use. However, if you choose to do this, you are wasting an excellent opportunity to generate targeted traffic to your website.

You can upload your logo and you should provide a brief description of your business. If you have a slogan this is a good place to place it. Next, enter links to your website(s). Finally make sure that you set “Hide your Pinterest profile from the search engines” to OFF so that you are picked up by the search engines. This is very important to your Pinterest success.

Pinterest is really still in its infancy. Many Facebook users and Twitter users are not even aware it exists. However, when they discover it, and get an active account, it’s one of those sites that draws you in and hours can go by. In other words, users find it highly addictive. Take advantage of what it has to offer in the world of marketing and branding, and begin to reap the benefits sooner rather than later.

Facebook is now one of the largest websites on the planet. Naturally, with that much traffic, it only makes sense that someone who’s trying to get traffic to their website(s) should pay attention.

Marketing on Facebook doesn’t have to be difficult. Here are a few easy marketing strategies for beginners to get started.

Create a Page

At the most basic level, in order to market a business it makes sense to create a page.

Yes, it’s possible to market on Facebook from just your personal account. However, most people who’re interacting with a business rather than a person have come to expect pages rather than personal accounts.

Create your page and make sure you name your page something that’s catchy and relevant. Make sure you add contact information, photographs and anything else you can to spruce it up.

Put Like Buttons on Your Site

Put a like button on your site to make it easy for people to “Like” your page. You can also put Facebook widgets on your site to show people how many people have already liked your Facebook page.

One of the easiest ways to get traffic to Facebook is to use your existing website traffic.

Adding a Facebook widget not only gets you traffic to your page, but builds credibility for your website by showing that you have a lot of Facebook followers and thus building social proof.

Give a Prize for Liking

One effective strategy for getting “Likes” is to give a prize for liking.

For example, you might create a special report on a topic that your audience wants to know about. You then send an email out to your list, saying that the report will be released in 72 hours to the Facebook group.

If they want access, go to the group and click “Like.” The report will be available for download then.

Essentially you make something the visitors want conditional upon liking your Facebook page. This can generate a lot more likes quickly than any other method.

Make It a Habit of Posting Content

Make a habit of posting content to your Facebook page at least twice a week.

The content should be entertaining and useful. Post a combination of text, video, events, news and other kinds of content. Post content from both your own website and other people’s websites.

The idea is to get people used to seeing your content in their Facebook feeds and get them used to reading your content, because your content is generally good and useful.

Then when you send out a promotional message, you’ll have built up enough goodwill that people will read it and respond.

These marketing strategies are easy enough that anyone can implement them and see results. Creating a page takes as little as 30 minutes and can have dramatic results on your bottom line.

CPA vs. Affiliate Marketing: Which One Makes You More Income? It’s a classic debate. And for a lot of people who failed to get affiliate marketing to work for them, but succeeded in CPA, it’s obvious who the clear winner is.

The same could be said for a lot of the top internet marketers today like Frank Kern, Perry Marshall, and others who made their living from affiliate marketing. So it all boils down to this:

Who’s right, and who’s wrong? The answer to this question is simple…
No one.

CPA marketing has been around for many years, but it wasn’t until 3-4 years ago when it really started to catch fire with both successful and struggling internet marketers because of CPA pioneers like Amish Shah who introduced this profitable business to the online community.

I know a few CPA enthusiasts who believe running a CPA business is easier than affiliate marketing by a long shot because it’s simpler for people to take actions that doesn’t require their credit card info for YOU to make money.

Another powerful benefit of CPA is the instant results and responses you can get from basic zip and email submit forms. Even if it’s a few dollars per day profit, it’s enough to inspire anyone to take that bit of success and grow on it — where’s affiliate marketing requires MORE patience and resilience to get results.

CPA marketing is all fine and dandy and it’s the rave in the IM community at this time, but let’s talk a little about what makes affiliate marketing a strong “contender” in this contest to see which business model is the best:

It’s said that “the bigger the risk you take in business, the bigger the reward”. Although not always the case, I’ve discovered from personal experience it’s fairly accurate. The more you risk, the more money and higher the profit margins you get in return.

Let’s say you have an affiliate product paying out $30 per sale in commissions (affiliate marketing). If you had a common CPA campaign set-up, it would take 35 people to take a specific action ($1.00 per zip/email submit) to get what only took ONE person to do with the $30 sale.

Also, with affiliate marketing you’re not at the mercy of the CPA merchant. Which means you rarely need to call anyone to get anybody’s approval to get set-up and making money.

As you can see there are both “positives and negatives” with both CPA and Affiliate Marketing. Starting out, I recommend CPA because the motivation to succeed grows even with small successes. As you start to make money, branch out into affiliate marketing to diversify your online income.

What Can One Expect When They Enter NewbieAffiliateVideos?

I’m sure you’ve come across many videos claiming to teach you how to make money online but which one is worth your attention?.. which one actually teaches you what you NEED to know?.. more importantly, which one can you trust?..

I’ve had my share of buying video courses on ‘making money online’ but I have to say that Affiliate Marketing for Newbies a.k.a. ‘Newbie Affiliate Videos’ did not fail to deliver.

Even if you’re a complete novice to the internet, or you’ve been struggling to make ends meet online you may want to consider this.

Why?.. If you stop to think about it, the answer is quite simple. There are millions of people the whole world over who – even as you are reading this – are browsing the web, looking for information and products to buy. And what specifically do they look for? They look for product relating to their hobbies, their interests and their lifestyle and to solve their problems. If they see a product that could improve or enhance any one of those things, they will very likely buy it.

Not only that but it’s far easier to target ‘willing-to-buy’ prospects than ‘just-browsing’ visitors. Anyone can set up a decent website – even if they pay someone else to do it for them – but unless you can find and drive traffic to it, you won’t sell a thing. This is just one of the techniques Newbie Affiliate Videos will teach. If people are searching for it, there’s most likely a market for it.. and yes you can put aside all those traffic generation eBooks and videos you’ve bought before and get straight down to business with NewbieAffiliateVideos!

Now, if you’ve make a few sales before as an affiliate this is where Auction4Newbies will help you out. After going through all 26 videos I was more than capable to dig deeper into my niche, find a new set of ‘buying’ keywords, get ranked quicking in the search engines for the important searches and even double my sales as a result of the traffic.

The videos were very clear, easy to follow and recorded at high resolution so you can see what to click and what to edit. Definitely makes life easier than someone ‘telling’ you what to do rather than ‘showing’ you.

Most online video courses only briefly cover beginner material and then just skip to talking about advanced stuff. NewbieAffiliateVideos literally take you by the hand and guide you every step of the way. The nine modules including the conclusion will guide you in a logical order and take you from account set up, through to market research, to which keywords you should be making use of, what’s worth selling, cloaking your links, where to submit your content, how to optimize your content and much more..

Overall I found this one of the best investments I’ve made this month for my business and I’m sure it will be a great buy for anyone else serious enough to take action and follow what’s been taught. Just having the confidence to go through it all has pocketed me a few hundred well-need dollars every month. In essence, this course provides the foundation you need. Once you have this foundation, making money on as an affiliate becomes much easier. Who knows.. with the extra money made I can re-invest it into the business again and learn new methods!

Your affiliate program has the potential to make money for you as long as you know how to put it all together. Let’s have a look at 4 key areas to making money from affiliate programs.

1. Make Sure Your Product, Content, and Visitor is Relevant

One of the most important elements in enjoying a high conversion rate is relevancy. If your visitors are women between the ages of 20 and 25 and you sell women’s clothing that targets that age group, then you add men’s shoes to the mix as an affiliate.

You shouldn’t be surprised if you fail miserably since you have not matched your visitors to your content and the product. Make relevant matches and you will be rewarded with the revenue generation that you were anticipating.

2. Trusting the Affiliate is Critical

There are all kinds of affiliates out there, but it’s important that you choose one that you feel comfortable with and trust. That trust extends the other direction as well. Your visitors need to have trust in you, which will increase the likelihood that you will be able to positively market the product(s).

3. Traffic to Your Site or Blog is Key

There are no sales unless you have traffic making it to your site. To increase the likelihood of a conversion you need to bring traffic to the site. The traffic that comes to your site needs to be targeted and relevant. It does you no good to have traffic that’s looking for gambling sites when you are selling digital cameras. That’s where keywords and search engine optimization come into play. To make money with your affiliate programs you need to put all the components together.

When you offer that targeted traffic a reason to return you convert them and at some point you hope to sell them something. However, in the mean time you’ll convert them by offering them something “a free book” “a monthly newsletter” or… well it could be just about anything that’s relevant to your site and your affiliate program.

4. Position Yourself
Finally, You need to position yourself. Affiliate programs don’t do well if all you do is toss up a banner add across the top of the screen or in the sidebar. Conversion will still happen but not nearly at the rate that conversion occurs if you position your product ads. For example, if you write about a specific product and then include a link to that product within that content your conversion rate will double even triple in some cases.

There you have it – 4 key areas to help you turn your affiliate program into a money making machine.

Even the worst quality PLR ever, can be worth a lot of money to you – you just have to think outside the box!

Thankfully someone stepped out of the box, so you don’t have to!

These guys have been using PLR in their business for over 7 years. They have made all the mistakes, and found all the stuff that works too.

And now they have turned it into a cheap as chips video course showing you 100 unique (and some suprising) ways you can turn PLR into cash…

I just went through this material myself and I was completely blown away by the many clever ideas (I had never thought of myself).

I’ll be referring back to these videos often as I implement the strategies in my own business…

… So at the insanely low price, this WSO was a great investment for me – and I highly recommend that you check it out too.

Perhaps it’s best summed up by one of the comments they received at the forum:

————-
“This is a very inspiring WSO… to get your creative juices flowing! Very useful OTO as well! I highly recommend it if you don’t already have this asset! This will give a nice boost to your online business”

Sandi Foster
————-

I don’t know how long this WSO will be available, so I do recommend that you check it out now, while it’s live and available at the lowest prossible price.

No matter what type of email you send out, you’ll need a mailing list. The basic way to build a mailing list is by capturing name and email address information for everyone who buys or shows interest in your product.

An email list that YOU COLLECT YOURSELF is worth its weight in gold. This can be accomplished by using a list manager on your site. List managers also provide the HTML coding for the form on the Gateway pages. A list manager collects the email addresses that are gathered with the form. Thus, your email list is collected. This might take some time so there are methods to use until you get your own email list built.

One way to build a mailing list is to do ad swaps with other list owners. The way this works is, you (as company A) have an email list that you send newsletters to and another list owner (company B) has a list they send newsletters to. Company A and Company B place ads on one another’s mailing lists. Each of you is promoting the other’s list.

You can rent or buy targeted email lists. The list you develop using your own customers’ names is called your “house list.” Of course, when you’re first starting out, your house list is likely to be skimpy. To augment it, one way to go is rent or buy a mailing list. There are two ways to buy or rent a mailing list—approaching the company you want to rent from directly or using a list broker. Any company that emails information to its customers usually has a list manager, who handles inquiries and orders for the mailing list.

Another way to build an email list is to list your newsletter in all of the ezine directories.

Private Label Rights (PLR) articles are hot right now. The only problem is that many people have tried them and been very disappointed. I can’t say I blame them. I’ve been disappointed, too.

Oftentimes, the PLR services you may have tried are lacking in several areas. So, what makes a good PLR service and how can you make sure that you don’t waste you money on a bad one?

Here are some questions to ask yourself before investing any money into a PLR package or membership.

1. What topics are you getting?
I mean, seriously, if you are promised 100 articles each month, but you end up receiving a selection on Laser Hair Removal and Divorce, when all your websites are about cooking… You just wasted money.

2. What quality are you getting?
Say you’re lucky enough to get a series of articles on your topic. Take a minute to look at them. Are they pure fluff? I’ve paid for articles that had no original ideas, or worse, were written so poorly that there’s no possible way I’d put them on my website. Make sure your PLR package contains quality articles. Otherwise, you just wasted money.

3. How many other people are getting the exact same articles?
If 1000 other people signed up to get the same articles, are you really receiving any value? Perhaps, if you don’t mind reworking the articles. However, if you’d like more unique articles, then you may consider a more limited PLR service.

4. Does the PLR service give you any extras?
Are they offering training on ways to use their PLR articles? Do they provide you with ways to monetize the articles you’ve purchased? Some PLR sites will include recommended affiliate programs and training on how to use their articles to get the most benefits from their service.

Really assess the value you’re receiving when investing in any PLR package or service so that you don’t end up wasting your money. I don’t want you to make the same mistakes I did.
