Palringo is the ultimate messaging application for Windows Mobile. Palringo is a personal favorite of mine when you get everybody you know to use it. It's great for group communication. Have one or more of your Windows Mobile friends install this app, then create a group for you both to join. Now you have the ability to very easily send voice/text/photo messages... even files to each other on the fly. Easily integrate ALL popular messaging platforms into your Palringo account: Windows Live Messenger, AIM, Yahoo! messenger, Google Talk, ICQ, Jabber, iChat, QQ, Gadu-Gadu, Facebook Chat. As easy as pie. Worth the download.

Fennec Alpha

The much anticipated Fennec mobile browser, made by the creators of Firefox, is finally in alpha stage. Now you have all the advantages of Firefox right on your Windows Mobile phone. Fennec's user interface controls have been rebuilt to be entirely CSS based. Fennec also supports (there is a Twitter add-on, for example). Fennec software is a 9 MB download file. Have patience while it downloads. And enjoy. Fennec developers are looking for feedback as well, if you come across any bugs.

BasicGPS is a free, simple to use Geocaching applicaton for Windows Mobile 6/6.1 phones. The main feature of BasicGPS is that the application actually talks to you, providing a range and bearing to the cache site. This is particularly useful in areas of high activity. You can put the phone in your pocket, use headphones, and the voice will guide you to the cache site.

iContact is an all-inclusive finger-friendly contact manager for Windows Mobile PocketPC phones. It's easily skinnable, intuitive, and replaces the standard Windows Mobile contact chooser. Translations are available for over 25 languages. iContact supports true VGA skins but also will support any screen size! The default skin has a diamond-like look and feel; other skins are available on the skins page. iContact settings can be found in the Windows Mobile system settings menu.

S2U2 1.50d

S2U2 (Slide 2 Unlock 2) is a simple lock/unlock application which has the iPhone style slide unlocking. It can be used as a screensaver while you aren't using your device. It has CallerID function (but some devices may not work, so please try it first); S2P (Slide 2 Play) control plugin; and volume control. S2U2 is now reached v1.50, it doesn't mean it can run perfectly on your device. Thanks to different devices produced by different vendors. Noni GPSPlot v2.74

This application allows you to locate your position in relation with other GPS points in order to see the journey you have traveled. You can find your way back to the harbor after a trip on boat, or locate your car in a huge parking lot. Your journeys and other saved points can be exported to Google Earth and to GPX standard. Trace past journeys with new ones, monitor the rate at which you are moving, and even view graphs of nearby altitude. Your phone needs to have GPS functionality for this software to work.

UI Tweaker
