Thanks to You Tubers! You Tube is always on my top list when it comes to makeup products, tips, Dos and Don'ts. Been to so many brow products but could not say which one works best until I tried this one. This is by far THE BEST BROW PENCIL ON THE PLANET!!! It will change your life :))) What is best about this pencil is the color formulation and the shape itself. It is so easy to use, long lasting and it doesn't look like you put a color on your brow. It is kinda pricey ($21) but, hell yeah! it is so worth it! Below is a product info from Sephora website: it tells you exactly what it can do to you. It is a totally an honest info because I have been using this pencil for 3 months now. What you see is what you get, plain and simple.

This girl has a perfect complexion and she knows what she wants. All she wanted was a simple, soft makeover. What I did was to bring out her best features for a natural looking glow. And since it's summer, I added a bronzer that will give her the effect of having a tan. Love it!

From tired eyes to wahla!

My friend and coworker was looking tired when she came to work the other day. I offered her a little bit of pampering in just 5 minutes of makeover. Since she was going to a dinner date that evening, I gave her a pop of color on her lips for her to look vibrant all throughtout the night. She didn't have her makeup bag with her, so I used the products in my bag. I gave her my Lipstick for a 'Goodluck' vibe before she left for dinner. :))

Mally Beauty Makeover and Review

1. BEAUTY.COM Mally Beauty Concealer System, Light/Medium

Pros:
Very good coverage, thick, creamy, lightweight and easy to blend. It comes with a setting powder, double-ended brush, and a pretty pink pouch that I can conveniently carry everywhere!

Cons:
It irritates my eyes. I can only use it as a brightener/undereye coverage. I avoid putting it on my eyelid area.

2. MALLY BEAUTY.COM Pro-tricks Correcting Palette in Deeper shade

Pros:
The colors are very natural and super blendable. Lighweight.

Cons:
I wish it comes with a contour brush like most of Mally's skin products.

3. MALLYBEAUTY.COM Shimmer, Shape and Glow in Deeper shade

Pros:
Highlighter, contour and blush in one palette is what I've been looking for. I am obsessed by this palette! Love, love, love it!!! The highlighter has a nice shimmering effect. The contour powder in Matte is ideal for a natural defined bone structure. It has a beautiful soft shaping effect. I also like to use it to sculpt my nose. The Blush powder has a warm and super natural glowing effect. It' s like you just had sex with Johny Depp as what Mally said :)) I carry this palette everyday to work. This palette is a MUST!

Cons:
The formulation is kind of dry. I have to swirl the brushes on it to get enough powders.

Overall:
I had the opportunity to do a makeover using Mally products on my friend. She totally loved the outcome. It has a very warm, subtle, natural effect on her skin. The Cancellation Concealer brightened her skin, the pro-tricks palette gave her a defined bone structure. The Shimmer, Shape and Glow brought her the healthy natural looking glow. :))

I love this double ended brush - Concealer and setting brush. The Setting brush is what I use for my eyeshadows also. The wand is made out of metal and looks durable.

This duo case is refillable. It comes in metal cases - sturdy and durable it could last longer.

you get a nice little pamphlet that tells you how to use it, step-by-step. it walks you through exactly how these products are intended to be used.

First impression: The pink metal case! It is so sturdy and feels durable and looks so fancy. This will be my to-go palette from now on. Love it!

Here's a peek of my May beauty subscription. I have always liked the products in my box. They are high quality and the colors are just perfect for my skintone. It's also a nice gift for someone who likes makeup if I decide to give it away.

Labella Donna Mineral Lipstick. It is in dark red and it's very pigmented. Although I like the color but I might give it away coz I don't use this color so often. I am more of a nude peachy type of gal. My niece would definitely like this color.

I can never have enough of eyebrow pencils!!

This is a gel liner in a stick form. The color is very nice. It's nice to play with cool tones. Maybe a Smokey eyes with a touch of purple shade.

I Love makeup brushes!!! this is an eyeshadow brush. It is very soft. I could also use it for face contouring because it is thin and not too big.

This massage tool caught my attention when I was at my friend's house. I thought it was just a kid's toy but when they showed it on me how to use it, I fell in love with it! This would be a very nice gift to someone who loves head massage. Lol. It's a stress reliever. My husband would love to have this for sure. I am hooked! It felt so good and will make you fall asleep, guaranteed! :))

1. SOAP and GLORY Sugar Crush Body Scrub: I went to Sephora and I was introduced to this new skincare product called, Sugar Crush. I was using a product from Bath and Body works (from previous post). I was happy with it until I found this one. They tried it on me and loved the outcome. Luckily, there was one left on their rack since this product became so popular that everybody would love to try it. Who doesn't want to pamper themselves? This product would last you for a year. For a $25.00 I paid, I think it's worth a dime.

There is a dramatic effect after its use. Your skin looks very clean, very smooth and clearer in texture.

* It's best to apply when your skin is dry to be able to effectively exfoliate your skin.

* I like to use it on my elbows, armpit and knees.

2. CLINIQUE Acne Solutions Clarifying Lotion & CLINIQUE Acne Solutions Cleansing Foam:

I've had the worst skin since turning 30. I've begun to appreciate my skin even more since then. I've had own my bouts of acne in years now. I've tried so many products but none of them were so effective. I've switched products over time and sometimes I would go to the store counter and asked for samples but ended up not buying the full size products at all. You can't expect magic effect overnight when it comes to skincare. That's why I asks for samples because these are high end products and you have to use it for months but then eventually you realize that it's not for you and the only option is to throw it away or give it away. I cant afford throwing my money away because it adds up.

I have been using this for 2 weeks now and I haven't seen my skin this clear.

3. MURAD Acne Spot Fast Fix:

This is very effective. My acne is GONE the next day! The label clearly speaks for itself. * Best piece of advice: ALWAYS ask for a sample first coz you'll never know.

***I was going to buy the CLINIQUE Acne Solutions Clinical Clearing Gel . I had asked for a sample a week ago. But I noticed something different when I opened the bottled sample, the gel turned into a cream-like texture and there was no way for me to use it. It dried out! (thanks to the lovey hot weather 90F the day before). And so I went to Sephora to try out different brands, and one of the girls recommended Murad because it works on her.

Although it works and I thought I liked it but the healing process is slow unlike the Murad in which my acne healed fast (literally gone the next day). Also, it dries out when exposed to heat. It's always recommended to try out a sample first before making a purchase 'cause you'll never know.

Once again, Wantable never seem to disappoint me. I'm on my third box - happy and excited. WANTABLE is a monthly beauty subscription service for a $36 a month or for a one time purchase of $40. The quality of the products are just amazing. Among the products I got this month, my favorite is the Chella eyebrow pencil. I have been using it everyday. The cream eyeshadow in olive green looks so pretty and stays on your skin for a long period of time. I have not used the lip pencil and the cream blush yet but I can't wait to try them on. I only had one thing in mind when I went to the store, to buy a Lipgloss. I heard good things about Chanel Lipglosses so I decided to buy one. The sales associate was very friendly and helpful and as she goes, she had some others things like; the liquid foundation, lipsticks, a blusher and an eyeshadow. I tried them on and I ended up with these ones below. She also gave me samples of Le Lift eye firming anti wrinkle cream. If I decided to buy a complete makeup set it would cost me an arm and a leg since Chanel is known for their expensive but top quality makeup products. Overall, I'm very happy with my first purchase.

This lipgloss is Aaaamaazing. It is not sticky at all unlike the other brands that I wasn't very happy about, 'coz it was very sticky it gets into my hair.

I would buy this lipgloss over and over again.

I swear by this...this is my holy grail of a foundation. It is in soft Matte. It is very easy to apply and my skin looks smooth, silky and flawless.

AHHH, this is my all time favorite lemon cake! I've had lemon cakes before but this by far is the best. I could eat this whole thing in one sitting. It's such a delicious and satisfying treat. It's best with cofee and tea. Yum! :D

February 2014 Beauty Subscription: Birchbox

I am totally not impressed with my February box. The only item I really like in this month's subscription is the Cynthia Rowley liquid eyeliner because it's a full size product and everything else is average. I am contemplating whether to continue with my subscription or not but for a $10 you pay every month, well, I guess it's definitely worth a try.

Harvey Prince Hello (sample size). I like the smell of this. It has a sweet smell of flower-very earthy and fresh. It's made with eco-friendly ingredients. The scent stayed all day. It's perfect for spring or summer. I'm considering getting a full size bottle.

Absolutely the best facial cleanser I've ever had. It leaves your skin thorougly clean and very hydrating. I love the smell and the texture that gives my skin. I don't have to use face wipes anymore. Everytime I use wipes it doesn't feel natural and doesn't work the same as this cleanser. I absolutely, absolutely LOVE this product!
