Capital Assessment Clarification

noreply@blogger.com (Unknown) — Tue, 07 Oct 2014 18:13:00 +0000

I am writing this email to clarify some questions on the capital assessment starting in January 2015.

The capital assessment will be a quarterly assessment as follows:

Golf $136.00

Social $122.00

The summer capital assessment of $200.00, billed $50.00 a month for 4 months, will be discontinued.

This quarterly capital assessment is for debt service and will also contribute to our normal capital fund. This assessment will continue for 5 years.

If anyone would like to pay the quarterly capital assessment in an upfront payment, the amounts are as follows:

Golf $2,500.00

Social $2,250.00

Please contact Kelly at 828-680-9771 or khdwlcc@ccvn.com if you would like to pay the assessment in a lump sum. This information will be helpful in budgeting the capital project.

Sincerely,

Ken Faliero
