The CD/DVD Cabinet is a confirmation of this statement. Although mesh did a very good job in this cabinet, we found that adjustable shelving works so much better. Shelves can be adjusted to fit CD’s and DVD’s in any size of space of your comfort. That makes this cabinet more enjoyable and usable for anyone.

The story behind the Art Deco chair

Art Deco is an eclectic artistic design style that began in Paris in the 1920’s and flourished internationally throughout the 1930’s into the World War II era. Art Deco slowly lost patronage in the West after becoming mass-produced, when it began to be derided as gaudy and presenting a false image of luxury. Incanda accomplished to produce the Art Deco Chair to contribute this amazing heritage. Woodenways & Incanda upholster the Art Deco Chair in exotic Bovine- & Kudu Leather. Our contribution in keeping this era alive, Nguni skins and different modern fabric can be used for upholstering the perfect Art Deco Chair.

Already after their first meeting, Gerhard and Werner, the owners of Incanda and Woodenways respectively, realised there are similarities in their business philosophy. And after a few more flights between Cape Town and Gauteng, a co-operation agreement was formalised in order to exploit the shared business philosophy as well as other synergistic advantages.

The unique new look and feel of Woodenways derives itself from the creative shoot done in the immediate surrounds of the Mpumalanga town of Bethal. The concept behind the shoot was simple by design: “Capturing the unique essence of the surrounds yet still focussing on the furniture”
