My neighbor's yard gnome is stuck in the storm drain outside my house. I tried to save him as he floated by, but my cat had decided at that moment that the best way to escape the rain was to climb inside my raincoat collar. It took 10 minutes and a layer of epidermis to peel him off. By the time I got to the drain Mr Gnome was wedged firmly and wouldn't &lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;
