The purpose of CrossFit is to train in all aspects of fitness.  This includes, running, gymnastics, weightlifting, kettle bell training, or anything else that you feel that you are bad at.  By working on the things that you are bad at, you get better at them as well as become a more fit human being.  It is our jobs as coaches to determine what you can and can not do and scale appropriately.  The reason you come to us is to get fit.  You must do everything in order to get fit.  Do not short change yourself.  After all it&#8217;s called CrossFit not Alltheshityoulike Fit.  Please do not make me resort to not posting WOD&#8217;s.  I do this as a resource to help you, not so you can pick whether or not you should come today.  That&#8217;s my soap box.  Here is the WOD.</p>
